Horrible customer service. Made an appointment online for an alignment, got a confirmation email saying my appointment was all set up, went to my appointment and the receptionist seems like he didn’t want to work that day or something. I told him why i was there and he asked me why i needed an alignment i described him my issues and he proceeded to tell me that my car needed to have a check up not an alignment and that he didn’t have time do that (even though i had an appointment for service). I mean if you don’t want to work cancel your appointments ahead of time and avoid wasting people’s time when they come to your shop to be told the workers don’t have time to work. Ended up going to firestone down the road and they checked my car for free and made me an appointment for later that same day.

Amazing customer service!! We were on our way to a wedding and had about 3 hours to go when we ran over something in the road that punctured our tire about 8 minutes down I4 from this location. When we arrived here they quickly helped us out so we could be on our way as soon as possible. They were a pleasure to work and talk with. Would highly recommend them. We just wish they were located closer to home. Special shout-out to Jim Palmer for all your efforts!

So I made an appointment to get my tires changed and got a confirmation email one of the only appointments they had available was 7:00 am so I went ahead and made it well I wake up at 5:30 and show up at 6:30 the guys are walking around in the shop already so I don’t want to bug them before my appointment so I wait and 7:00 comes around I walk in and say I have an appointment they immediately say ya today that don’t matter we are short handed today so we can’t take you you will have to comes back another day or you could leave it with us today and we will work on it through out the day but there no telling when we will have it back to you so long story short would I recommend this place absolutely not

Jim, the manager said he would give a refund for a misdiagnosis of our van for almost $300 once we took our van elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. After coming in the shop 3x and calling mutiple for our refund, we finally got ahold of him for him to go back on his word stating he wouldnt give us a refund as he gave us a free battery. We purchased our battery from OReillys and have the receipt. He argued we had his green interstate battery so after popping the hood and confirming it was in fact not his, he then said he wouldnt refund us unless we call corporate. Also he stated in not a machinic once I asked him how he put in a new battery when the diagnosis of his included a part needing programed by the dealership or it would fry the alternator and battery. Save your money and go to someone honest and knows what they are actually doing! Almost cost us over 2k if we hadnt went for a 2nd opinion!

I had an appointment at 8am for flat repair, oil change, and alignment check . By 9:30am they had not even finished the oil change or flat repair, l had them cancel the free alignment check so I was able to leave By 9:47am. I would not recommend waiting on your vehicle or maybe going somewhere else.

2nd time me going here the first time I went james helped me out with getting my tire on my car and no problem with it being a tire I got online. The second time was just an oil change and I dropped off my car and it was ready by the time I got off work I will be coming back for more work.

In top of the long wait to be service, the receptionist was not very helpful. We decided to go elsewhere.

They were very friendly and their prices were reasonable. They replaced my tire and did an oil change in about an hour and a half. Which is good because they were busy.

This place would get 5 stars from me. It is close by. They do quick and quality work. However the customer service is highly lacking. Ive had to change my plans for my whole day because Jim forgot to call and tell me my car was ready HOURS AGO.

I dropped my car (2012 Buick) off Friday 7/17/2020 evening and it was ready on Sunday 7/19/2020 as promised. Mr. Palmer was very courteous, friendly, pleasant and professional. He went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about him. He even followed up with me today 7/20/2020 as promised about another service that I need. I don’t even live in this city anymore and am just here due to family. So I am/will be back and forth frequently. And because of Jim I will definitely continue to return to have any work done. I brought my truck there for an AC repair. $850 later and 2 more trips costing me another 287 they then decided OH it’s the compressor and I had to pay another 527 but they decided that I wasn’t suppose to pay the 287 and gave me a credit which brought my bill down to 527. They acted like oh well when I complained nicely. Even spoke with the manager who said we will see what we can do. Poorest customer service and poorest work. I’m so disappointed. I’m a business owner and i can’t imagine who else is getting ripped off. Diagnostic checks and at no point did you decide it was the compressor until you repaired and charged me for stuff that had nothing to do with the initial AC issues. I will NEVER go there again for anything. Don’t take your vehicle there!! RIP OFF CITYMs Rogers

Brought our F-250 in for death wobble they guessed 4K worth of wrong repairs and then told me they don’t know how to fix it. Turns out my hubs were shot and $800 later at a different mechanic my vehicle runs fine, They do not stand behind their work and they ripped my husband who is a 90% disabled veteran off. Then he drove off with squeaky breaks (that they just replaced) never take your vehicle here.

Unfriendly receptionist who refused to consider helping in an emergency tire situation because they were already slammed. Completely did not care. (Go to Tire Kingdom a couple blocks away. They were just as busy but still bent over backward to help us.)

I made a appointment to have a alignment done on 06 trailblazer which they had aligned before when they were under different management so they said the alignment would cost over 300 dollars to align because the trailblazer has shim suspension its what the management said so I took the vehicle to willies auto repair and the alignment done there and the technician said the vehicle has no shim suspension SHAME on you tire plus

The staff is nice. There is usually a wait to get my car in but they always do a good job. They are thorough and offer multiple different services. They sell tires and do alignments with a warranty too. Clean environment good people.

I had my front brake pads changed on Sunday. I was very pleased with the service and the mechanic whos name is Gugel (pronounced google). I also was pleased with the manager Rob. I was quoted at $200.00 and the total came to $172.92. They allowed me to stand outside the work area and watch my vehicle while they worked on it. I now watch my vehicle because I lost a set of tires by not watching once upon a time.

Cant get any service walks in is non existent. Leave your car is a constant thing even when you make a appointment.

My experience was horrible. I had a 11am appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early. They didnt take my vehicle for an hour later. I was there until after 2pm. All I got done was 4 tires installed and alignment. This was insane.

I have brought several cars to this establishment. Always get treated very well. The staff and mechanics are always helpful. Quick clean and will match other prices great place to go.

This is the only place to go and Lakeland for tires, for tire repair for vehicle repair! I have frequented this store for sometime, every experience has been pleasant and successful. The crew here give exceptional customer service and they are very honest. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. I really don’t see why anyone would go anywhere else, I know I won’t!!!!

I made an appointment for an oil change and alignment. I saw they were busy so I knew I was going to have to wait but in about 15 min I see my vehicle being pulled in to the building. In all I was extremely impressed of how fast the technicians were working and satisfied with their performance. I definitely recommend calling and scheduling and appointment it’s a lot easier and faster.

So my brother-in-law and myself went there last Saturday for a quick oil change. The employee at the counter at the time was talking to another customer which was sitting down in a chair. We walked in, we did not get acknowledged until like after 10 minutes we were standing there. Why didnt we walked out after being ignorer for so long? Our wives were already at the store behind this place shopping, and we decided to let them do their shopping. Not once the employee apologized for ignoring us.And for those reasons I give it one star, only because the place was cleaned.

Ive been here several times for vehicle inspections, repairs, & alignments and Ive always been happy with their customer service & handy work. All of the employees are awesome! Today Jim P. helped me check my tire pressure in the pouring rain. I was on call at the hospital & in a hurry to get my tires checked out. They were very busy but Jim saw I was in distress thinking I had a flat tire & jumped in to help. You cant get service like this just anywhere! Thanks again Jim P. & thanks Tires Plus.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my 10:00 am appointment to get all the paperwork completed. First of all my husband had called in the appointment for new tires & oil change a week earlier. When they told me that I was scheduled for new tires & alignment I questioned them about the oil change, no it wasnt listed, so I assumed maybe my husband added the alignment to the order so I told them to go ahead with it. They told me it would take about 2 1/2 hours so having no transmission I walked around and came back 3 hours later to find my car still no tires so I asked why. My tires were sold to someone else and had to order new ones. Long story short; I left there around 3:30 pm, happy they were done but unhappy it took most of the day, and even though I did need an alignment MY HUSBAND DIDNT ORDER IT. Is this a case of taking advantage of a woman? Management did assure me that he talked to his staff about the mistake made with the tires and apologized for the inconvenience.

I went there to get a new tire put on my truck and they scratched up my black rim and put gauges into the aluminum. When I showed the manager Rob he was worthless and unhelpful. I wouldnt take a bike tire to them to change out

They are horrible! They only want to sell new tires. I have been there twice with a flat tire and they would not fix the tire. But they will sell you a new one! Its all rigged to sell new tires. The days of the decent guy who would fix a flat are gone at that place. Do not waste your time going there. Its s rip off!

After blowing my tire out down the road I contact the store regarding my situation and was given a affordable price for my repair, after arriving there was immediately greeted and assisted. Within the neck 10 minutes they finished with precision giving me unexpected satisfaction, if anyone needed a new tire or any type of tire repair would highly recommend this store.

At first, I was told one thing, my tire could be patched. Then, I had to get a new tire, and that I had been misinformed. Nate and Jeff are awesome! After an emotional couple of days I had had I was on my way home from Orlando headed to Clearwater, I blew a tire late on a Friday night on I-4 .... After someone graciously changed my tire for me I called Tires Plus to see if they could look at my tire so I could get home. It was just before closing time and Jeff said he would wait for me to get there even though I was a bit away! I finally arrived and he had waited after closing time like he said he would!! Tires plus on the northside by the mall blew me away with their customer service. After getting a screw in my tire, they replaced my tire and were just fantastic. Will definitely be going back for quality car service!

Service manager Jim was unprofessional, argumentative, and rude. His “management style” is unacceptable. I hope the other employees see his hot temper, lack of communication skills and unacceptable customer service as an example to learn from. There are many other quality tire shops nearby. Do NOT tolerate this behavior.

These guys are Incredible. Its convenient that they do so much more than Tires. I actually went for just an oil change and to have them check my radiator and they discovered a couple of things that I was not aware of, which I am very grateful for since I was heading on a long hot road trip. I would definitely recommend them.

Went in to get tires and ended up getting a whole bunch of work done, which was good for my truck. They told me it would be ready by a certain time and it wasnt ready. At first I was gone give a bad review but the men at the store made my day better with my wait being that it was going to be longer. They rented me a rental car for the day while they finished my car, so I could run my errands. Customer service was good and would recommend them to others being they have lifetime warranty on their parts. Thanks guys

A balance and rotation was over $54.00. Is this out of the world? Everything is so expensive. Fools talk about raising the minimum wage but no one mentions the associated rate hikes. This location is always friendly and as fast as possible. Small parking lot but it works well for what they need. It is in walking distance from Zaxbys so you can grab lunch while your vehicle is being worked on.

The worst place to take your vehicle for mechanic work! They do not know what they are doing! They need to stick with changing tires, and even that they can’t do right. Took my expedition they diagnosed it being a sensor, they changed it and still doing same sputtering. Paid over $400 for them to make truck run worse! It’s still sitting in my yard after 2 weeks of them touching it and still NOT RUNNING!They are the worse and will be calling a news channel to put the word out!

Steve, Rob and Nate were awesome to work with and really took good care of us. We went in to get new tires and alignment. They had tires we wanted and didnt try sell us stuff we didnt need. There prices were better than all other quotes from their competitors and offered us a lot more for our money. They even helped us get financed and was back on road with no money down. I will definately be going back to get tires on my other vehicles. Great customer service, professional and took time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this store.

They fixed an A/C evaporator issue and replaced the struts on my large SUV. Staff there were very friendly to me and everyone else I saw being helped. I did have one small issue after they fixed my car, but when I brought to their attention they fixed it, no problem. My SUV is working great, and am willing to go back to this location for future work for sure.

Worst tires plus Ive ever been to. Take all day for a road side Hazzard tire. Still paid 80 bucks and this is the second time the Firestone fuel fighters have had something puncture the side wall no bigger than a tac size. Once again all day one tire. Horrible service.

Very friendly, service oriented staff there and they fit my service in at the end of the day when I was in a pinch. I believe the management has changed in the last few months and that it wasnt as good before. I recommend this location and will be taking my vehicle there again!

Wait was way to long. My car sat there while they worked on other cars that got here after me. Not happy with wait, however the people were nice

I came in to get an oil change. There was an hour and a half wait so I left and came back. I had to wait about 20 more min before they brought my car in. They also checked a couple noises my car was making when I put it in Park and Neutral. My engine light was on so they said they would check that for me also. I am still waiting to find out the results of the Engine Light but the noises were coming from the Motor Mount. They are going to give me an estimate for the Motor mounts and I will go from there. I would definitely come back again in the future.
