5 stars plus I spent 2 months looking for the perfect Lexus for my wife and looked at many cars, The price and condition of the car I bought from express auto was second to none, plus came with every option Lexus offered, and the service I got from the owners was top notch! I wanted the car checked out by a reputable mechanic before I bought it and Lacho called around till he got a Lexus dealership to do a pre buy inspection right away and came with me for the inspection, Who does that ? I purchased a vehicle from them in May 2018. They didnt send in the proper info and a fee the lender, which resulted in not being able to plate the vehicle. I had to personally send this info in and pay the fee. I have proof from the lender that it was Express Autos fault, but they take no responsibility. Found out also the car is missing the spare tire. Super sketchy place that buys wrecked total loss cars and sells them at retail prices. Beware
