I was a walk-in appt, Satellite antenna needed replaced . These guys were fantastic. Able to handle specialized installation that car dealer said couldn’t be done . Big on skills 👍👍👍👍😎

Excellent customer service. Went there after our car stereo stopped working. The gentleman told us exactly what was wrong with it and that we could do it ourselves. He was right. Was a 2 minute fix. Will definitely be coming back if we have any car audio needs. Highly recommend Car Audio Lakeland.

I didnt have a clue what kind of car stereo I wanted, I just knew I wanted a cd player. Mike tried his best to make something work out with his stock, recommended I buy the stereo at a competitor, installed it and had me out the door in about 2 hours. Did it cheaper and faster than all the previous places I visited before BLVD. 5 stars at least.

I came on Wednesday and the guy told me that he is booked until Friday he can get me in at 9am. Here it is Friday and I get there and the other worker says oh he is on vacation but he did say he told you to come but we have other appointments we can do your later. So I took off work this morning because he told me 9 am and now they can’t do it. Not good service.

In & out in less than 1 hour.....Mike hooked me up!! Thanks guys will be back.
