Absolutely incredible company! Their customer service is impeccable. I had an issue with the delivery address and asked for help last second. Tom was extremely amazing and had the delivery address and new tracking confirmation number out within 5 min. I greatly appreciated all of their hard work!

I would not recommend ordering your items from this company, especially, if you are planning to do pickup at their location and need any sewing work done on your flight suits, uniforms, etc.I had placed my order for flight suit name tags weeks in advance. Had multiple phone conversations with an employee there that I would need velcro backing for just one name tag sewed onto one flight suit. She assured me this would only take about 5 minutes and would be no issue. Called the day before arrival to confirm name tags were ready and to re-affirm the sewing I needed done. Arrived, and spoke with woman at front desk. (a different employee) We dont have time to sew the velcro to your flight suit, she said, but I can give you the velcro and you can go down the road and have someone else do it. I informed her that I had spoken with the same employee on multiple occasions and that work I needed done was only a five minute job. I assured her that I had just confirmed this work I needed the day before, and could we check with that employee. That employee didnt have the authority to approve that work she quipped back.Im sorry, I replied, but I really dont feel this should be a conversation about rights and responsibilities of your employees, but the fact that a customer (me) had inquired about work to be done, Id been told the work would be done for me, and I took an hour out of my day to be here to have that work done. If a company wont honor its commitment to deliver upon a product or service, then customers may want to re-evaluate their decisions to use that company. After all, we are all only as good as our commitments and promises. If people cant trust us at our word, what can they trust us with?I asked her if she could tell me specifically why she couldnt do the work to my flight suit that would only take 5 minutes. She replied with, I have other customers uniforms that Im working on, particularly the sheriffs office. I reminded her that Im a customer too, and that they had known about my arrival weeks in advance. If you cant have a seamstress help a customer with five minutes of their time, to fulfill a commitment made to a customer, perhaps you should re-examine your customer service policies. I wound up taking an extra half hour of my time, going down the road, to another seamstress to have the velcro sewn to my flight suit. My time, like yours, is valuable, so if Id known I was going to be given the runaround. Drive 20 miles out of my way, waste an hour and a half of my day, Id just had the work done somewhere else to begin with. You should too.Id like to note, that the employee I had communicated with for weeks was pleasant, customer service oriented, and took the time to get answers to my questions. Shell be an asset to any company, so I hope she does well at her next place of employment.

Called at 4:41 pm to let them know I was on the way and that Id be running late, no answer. Called again at 4:57 pm, still no answer. Pulled in at 5:01 pm, lady told me they were closed but apparently they had been closed the last twenty minutes as well.Have never dealt with this company and never will. 0/10, not worth the drive.

I have been using Williams & Williams since 2015 for logo embroidery on shirts. Albeit, I have not done a lot of business over the years, I knew that the work was high-quality and the customer service was good. I called today and asked what was required of them to make a change in my logo, and I was told that they were not accepting new customers. I explained that I was not a new customer, I just needed to change my logo, and I was told it was still considered being a new customer. ????

Ordered a custom hat and badge in late Nov. Delighted with the quality and detail. Takes a few days longer for custom work, but well worth the wait. ✅
