Unfortunately my boyfriend got me another pandora ring from here as an upgrade and not even 3 days after buying it. the ring turned black. my previous ring from pandora i’ve had for years and it never once turned black. i called and asked for a refund they said they can’t refund my money bc the ring is used. they can clean it. i don’t suggest this place for any rings. go to pandora for one if you want. im very upset i have to receipt and everything

I am aware that other people have given this store positive ratings, but my experience was different. You have been warned. And if you are thinking about buying anything as a gift, be aware that they do not refund your money under any circumstance if the recipient does not like it, and you cant even return it after 7 days for a store credit. You can buy this stuff anywhere. I suggest you go somewhere where you can also get the kind of customer service you deserve for spending your money in their store.
