I am so pleased with the service I received. There was a mistake made on the initial installation of a new motor but as soon as it was discovered it was immediately corrected. Mistakes happen so I am not faulting them, I am instead commending them for immediately working to resolve it. Todd was especially kind (the mistake was not his) and was determined to be sure all issues were resolved and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He was so patient and kind to explain what had happened and assured me it would be corrected. He took the time to explain was he was doing and did an excellent job. I am a widow and a senior and I always fear getting taken advantage of...lets face it...it happens. He understood that and was very respectful to address my question and concerns. We were having problems with our AC not cooling the house. I called to have a technician to come out. Very nervous that this would be an expensive repair. Jae responded and explained the drain tray needed to be cleaned. He was extremely nice and honest about what was wrong with the ac. After cleaning the ac and getting it working again, he told us how to keep it clean ourselves to keep our ac working properly. I definitely recommend Lakeland Air Conditioning and technician Jae.

Called for service on Sunday and was here 1st thing on Monday and after we talked about cost of repair verses replacing a 14yr old ac we decided to go with new air. Jay said I was 1st in Fl to have this unit which was installed on Tuesday and took all day. The unit cooled home down and it is definitely an upgraded from my old one. I had a 3 1/2 ton now a 4 ton and 21 cere. Very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing. My husband and I purchased a home last year and for the first time in over two decades found ourselves with a home with an older AC. Our previous homes were new constructions with new AC units. So, although we have lived in Lakeland for over 20 years, we had never needed or called an AIr Conditioning company. Although our unit was performing well we wanted to get it serviced ahead of the summer months.The tech that serviced our unit was Jae. He was exactly what you would want in a service tech. My heat stopped working, it being February,my house was getting cold. I got a call back from their office at 8 a.m. and by 9:30am it was fixed. I want to thank Jae for being professional and getting the job done quick. I am enjoying my warm house thanks to Jae and lakeland Air Conditioning.

Responded fast to online service request, even on a weekend. I had already diagnosed the problem (broken insulation on flexible duct in attic resulting in condensation and a wet spot on the ceiling], and they thought to ask for pictures, which I had l, so they could have repair materials with them instead of making two trips.Unless Im working with someone I have used before, I always get a couple of quotes. I know this was a small job, and estimated $250 for parts and labor.Other company showed up and quoted $850. You can read about that on their page.Tech arrived on time for scheduled appointment, and quickly quoted a fastz simple repair (versus the unnecessary replacement the other guys quoted), for a very reasonable $150. Not much more than a lot.of places charge for a service call, before even doing any work.Appreciate the honesty and the reasonable price. In and out fast, and quality or work was excellent. Tech even shot photos of the repair and sent them to.me without asking.My first and probably only call next time.

Boy oh boy, why haven’t I found this company sooner! I had an air conditioning system that was old and leaking. Tired of paying for a service call, and to fill it with refrigerant, I decided to replace it. Me being who I am, I had 17 air conditioning companies give us quotes. Of all the quotes, Lakeland AC was one of only three that said they could ensure they would fix my AC door after installation [not easy compared to all of the other AC companies that came out]. Their prices were fair, and they were able to install in quick order! But what put them over the top is their reviews on google/facebook and elsewhere.On the day of installation, they came exactly at the agreed upon time. They were polite, prompt, and followed all COVID-19 mitigation steps for the duration of the install. All work exceeded my expectations. The system is AMAZING! No more whole-house light-dimming when the AC kicks on. And baby does this thing get COLD! From the quote to the installation, I can’t recommend Lakeland AC enough. A very professional company, that doesn’t charge a fortune, but stands by their work. I will use them for years to come.

I decided to call Lakeland Air Conditioning based on the reviews on Google and will say I was not disappointed. My mothers AC was out and given the Florida summer it was unbearable in her home. Tony went by after work on his way home. He was thorough in his assessment of what was wrong and we came to the conclusion that my mom needed a whole new unit. However, what touched me was when he called to say he was going to send two guys immediately to put a mobile AC at my mom while we decided what to do because he felt bad for her because of how hot it was in her home. He did this under no expectation of getting the job. He installed a new unit the next day at a great price. I highly recommend Tony and his company.

I called on a hot Saturday when I noticed my A/C fan was no longer spinning. Devon made himself available immediately. He did a quick diagnostic on the A/C and wanted to test the least expensive fix first. When that didnt work, he gave me all the information I needed to make the decision to replace the engine. Had an issue with my 2-year old Bryan system. Nest thermostat said that the Rh power had been lost and system totally quit. “Cold-called” to Jay after reading their review on Yelp. Told Jay my issue and he knew exactly what the problem was and told me how to fix it without him having to come out. I know from experience other companies would send a service tech out on an emergency call and charge me a couple hundred to do the same exact thing. Jay was top notch and very helpful. I absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs AC/HVAC service. BTW-Jay is coming out tomorrow (a Sunday) to service my system to make sure all is well and is charging a very reasonable price for the weekend service call. Thank you again Jay.

Within 4 hours of contacting this company about my air conditioner failing they were at my house to assess situation. My unit is at least 15 years old or older. At this point they could tell me anything they want and really rip me off. But they didnt do that. They were able to repair my unit and the price was very reasonable. So relieved to find a great honest company that did a fast repair. My bff went with another company and on a newer unit ended up having to replace hers for 6000, My repair - 450.

Yesterday I was told by someone from another local company, who did not even check the interior unit, that the evaporator coil was shot and leaking and needed to be replaced for upwards of $2300. Today I had a visit from Jay with The Lakeland A/C Company, who promptly checked everything (inside and out) and assured me there are NO leaks in the system, the only issue was a clogged drain line which took seconds to clear and cost me $75 for the service call. I called several companies before calling this company. My neighbor referred me. Other companies were quoting me these ridiculous prices. There prices were very reasonable. Jae showed up during the time that was given to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I had an AC unit that froze up over night and cool air was not being distributed through the home. Jae came out on time and told me the common causes of the issue and filled up my unit with Freon. The issue did reappear overnight but Jae came out in a timely manner the next day, was very professional and honest, and fixed the issue (bad AC capacitor) quickly and efficiently free of charge. Also great with dogs!

Lakeland Air Conditioning Company came out within a couple of hours of my call yesterday, and diagnosed the problem right away. They showed me exactly what and where the problem was. I was offered a couple of solutions (replace or repair) with details and timelines. We would have to wait about 6 days for a part. Once they got back to their shop, Clay found that they had that part in a scrapped machine and called to give me that option. They were out here this morning, and we are happily chilling in here. We know this was basically a bandaid to get us through a few more months, and will absolutely be buying our new air conditioner from them when it’s time.Note: we had another company come out a few years ago, when the unit was only a year old, and tell us the same part was no good. Tony came in for the quote to replace a 11 year old unit I had and he was honest and straight forward. His prices backed it up. After getting quotes from 6 different companies in the area, Lakeland A.C. company had the lowest and after doing research of the unit I was getting, I was very satisfied with the price. I was offered 12 month no interest financing, which was very helpful. On the day of the install, the communication was great. The job was done by John and Bobby in under 4 hours and everything works great. They hauled away my old units and cleaned up as if they were never there. I called them because of all the good reviews. The reviews were right. They were really awesome. Tony and Devon did a great job. I was surprised at how reasonably priced it was to come and make sure the AC was running properly after a backup that caused a leak and then install a float switch. I’ll be calling them annually to come and give the unit a tune up.
