So my boyfriend and I came in hoping to get our galaxy s4 turned back on, but unfortunately we were unable to due to AT&T buying out cricket.But, the manager Armando was so nice for helping us find the right phone for us to upgrade to. He went above and beyond any other phone company or manager Ive had in the past, even getting us a great deal on the phone itself as well as a great plan. We are both in love with the new phone.10/10 will definitely be going to him any time we have a question or need help with something.

This is my favorite Cricket store in East County. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, a very knowledgeable salesman was able to help me choose a phone based on my needs without upselling me on a more expensive phone. He also helped me find a discount and noticed that I was not on the new network which saved me money and got me more full speed data.The entire experience took me less than 30 minutes and I got a wonderful new phone that I love!Thank you!!!

I walked in to this store thinking their going to cell me the phone and put me in a plan and thats it.... well no the girl there was very helpful she listen to me before telling me what they were offering she asked me some questions and then pointed out they had free phone asked me how much I used my phone and put me in one I had no problem at all she also told me about the insurance and how much I would pay every month. My husband loved the phone as well as me I just want to say thank you Naomi for the advise on the phones.

They dont take care of their established customers. I got charged extra for a new phone . $50 more because Im already a customer. The sale price was only if you are new. Instead they charged me the price in small print on the sale sign. Nice, huh?

Veronica helped me out after a bad experience with another phone service. She was nice and prompt and basically did everything I needed. I left there under 20 minutes with a new phone and my old number

Every time I do something stupid and break my phone the mostly young staff are hapoy to help me fix things. Usually have soecific chargers and cases etc. For your phone model.

Sales lady was rude when I came in to cancel my earlier request as well as taking $89 because I could get no refund even though the network was down. very disappointed!!

I used cricket over and over and I always have had really good service, any time I had problems, and believe me my husband and I are not real tech wizards so we used to need help all the time, they were always ready to help us at no cost.

They will make you happy .lol

The prices are for the most part reasonable for the plans, although the prices of the phones can get pretty pricey...

Horrible & Dishonest people. Dont go there.
