What a great company. If you need a simple window repair theyre the company to call. I had called and emailed close to two dozen companies to do a repair on my bedroom window. Best Value Glass was the only company to come out to evaluate and repair my window. Their technician was professional, courteous and efficient. When I do need to replace windows in my home or another simple repair, Best Value Glass is the company I will call, without hesitation.

This company is beyond professional! They came in and took measurements, explained the process to us thoroughly, gave us estimate date of arrival and installation, and discussed possible setbacks due to the entrance door restrictions and suggested remedies.They installed all of our mirrored glass (huge wall size 3 pieces) and installed glass for our custom made desk.Everything they did was amazing! Clean and just perfect!Their estimate was below 3 other companies.

If you are looking to have glass or mirrors cut and it is a small project beware. I called to ask if they can cut to size because I have several small pieces and I was told yes. I get there and they then tell me they have a minimum of $15 per piece. That is a ridiculous amount to pay for glass that is 10”x10” with no special features. So my order was going to be $45 instead of around less than $20 for the whole thing. Drive from Alpine and wasted my time. Should have stated on the phone there is a minimum charge when I said I had a few SMALL PIECES. Try a1 on broadway in El Cajon. They have special cutting hours though.

If you value your time, dont use this company. It has taken over 2 months to get mirrors installed! They schedule an appointment and never show up for the install! Not to mention, they never called to cancel the appointment as they didnt have the product ready!Find another glass/mirror company to do your work!!!
