Car experienced severe hail damage in March hail storm. Dealership wanted to remove top of truck and hood. The dealership estimated about a 2- month time frame for repair. A friend had used Fix - A - Dent on his daughters car and he urged me several times to try them out. I was reluctant because the dealership was going to cover most of my $1000 deductible. In the end I decided to use Fix-A-Dent and it proved to be the correct decision. Car was ready in 3 weeks and it had a perfect finish again. Melissa and David are easy to work with and it is clear they take pride in their work. Both have been doing this for some time and they know how to navigate the insurance companies. The money I forfeited was money well spent. Also, it was important to me that they put all vehicles inside their facility at night.

The team did a great job with my car that had substantial damage to the bumper and front fender. I was self paying rather than going through insurance so Melissa coordinated getting certified aftermarket parts and then did an excellent job with the repair. The entire repair was less than half the cost of other bids.I was so pleased with the work that I took a second car there for dent repair, and they did a great job with that too.

Some dope (OK, it was me!), knocked some items off a high shelf and on to the hood of my wifes Caddy. I took the car to David who examined the dents and scratches, pronounced them fixable and quoted me a reasonable price. Got the car back today and it looks great. Cant even see where the dents were. Not only did they do a great job, they gave me a great rate and they really showed that they care about their customers. I had a new bumper repainted and installed for a much better rate than any other body shop in the area would give, and the work was top notch.

The absolute best. Their work is exceptional and they handled all the communication with insurance company for supplemental damage they found. I had a good experience with Fixadent in Lakeway. I had a dent in my hood and they not only gave me an estimate but, were able to fix the problem while I waited. Very fair price and not one of these high priced corporate body repair shops

So these guys are amazing! Ive been here twice, once with my Tesla Model Y which had a nasty crown bent trunk hatch which I thought needed the attention of body work and paint. David was able to fix all of it without having to paint at all. Second vehicle they fixed was Audi Q3, cone fell off truck and crunched in the front inserts and dislodged fender. Again this shop fixed all of it for me with no problems!

The owner picked up my car on time just like he said he would. He worked with me and gave me a fair price lower than the other people that came to view my Cadillac with hail damage all over the car. I thought I was never going to be able to see my beautiful car the same again. He called me a whole day early and said my car was finished. I was skeptical about the paint less debt repair since it was my first time having hail damage. To my surprise every single dent was gone. There were several dents and chips, front hood needed to be replaced due to a very bad dent. Involved painting and matching colors all around. The quality of work was excellent beyond my expectations, price was reasonable. I volunteered to pay more than what they quoted. Best part was communication. I had a dent that was bothering me on my car. I reached out to Fix a Dent in Lakeway, and they had time the next day, and let me bring it in after hours. When I arrived, I showed Dave the spot I was concerned about. He took the time to go over the entire car with me, and found a few other small dents.He gave me a very reasonable price to fix them all, and said it would be ready the next day. It was ready the following afternoon, so I picked it up and was on my way with no more dents. The process could not have been easier.

Just had my windshield replaced and had the cleanest, nicest work done on the installation. It looks better than it ever has and they were extremely knowledgeable with the friendliest service. Gave me the best price in town (i searched for hours) and i could not be happier with the quality of the work and the speed at which they finished the job. Amazing service! I took a truck in with a dent and needed it back the next day. They fixed the dent beautifully and had it back to me right when I needed it. Excellent Service, Very friendly and responsive ownership team. Not only did David (Owner) and Melissa (Owner) fix the dent and scratch in my car, they drove me home after I dropped off the car, helped remove decals from the back of car (lease inspection next day) at no additional charge and returned the car to me cleaner than I dropped it off. Finally, they offered to continue to work on the repair if the inspector had any issues. The work was excellent and I expect the Audi inspector to pass without comment. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for dent hail or paint repair. Overall, a very good experience.

The work is perfection - like the dents never happened! The pricing is very reasonable and fair too. I brought my 4Runner in with its first dents after a year of ownership (I always park at the far end of parking lots). Within 15 minutes of arrival it was back in pristine shape. Undetectable and I’m a bit of a perfectionist. They showed me a hail damaged car that was beat to a pulp with dents everywhere. They had done half of it so far and that half was back in factory fresh shape! Like the damage never occurred. I love this Fix-A-Dent shop and the people there are super friendly too.
