Outstanding men in here! They are very helpful and willing to assist if they do not have the part or they do not know what we are looking for. There are some things I wish they would carry so that we wouldn’t have to go to Home Depot or Moore’s.

They helped me figure out which cartridge I needed for a tub faucet that I installed back in 1994, and I couldnt recall the brand. Ordered it for me and I picked it up the next day. It works great! Thanks, Ferguson!

Very helpful to me. I went in to buy an expensive faucet cartridge that they had in stock. Instead of selling it to me they showed me how to contact Moen and get it for free.

This Lakeway location is out of stock in many of their pipe fittings and other bins. If I ever go again to this location, Id call ahead...even for standard fitting sizes.

October 15th my wife and I drove to the Ferguson showroom on St Elmo to get help choosing master bath fixtures. That is, were planning a new vanity with two sinks and wall mount faucets and two shower fixtures for our new 30+ square foot walk in shower. We waited only minutes before Rita greeted us and showed us displays and answered our questions. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Rita and her location of Ferguson to anyone.Today however, I drove by the Lakeway Ferguson, not knowing it was there, on my way to get gas and decided to stop in to ask some questions regarding designing a shower. I recognized right away it wasnt a showroom but assumed I could still get answers to some of my questions. Based on the casual conversations I witnessed I assumed there were a couple regular customers in the store. The atmosphere reminded me of an auto parts store. I waited until someone was free and Micheal greeted me with what appeared to be water filters in his arms. I began to tell him that my wife and I were remodeling our bathroom and he interrupted to ask me where she was. I told him she was at work. He began imediately giving me directions to the website and suggested thats where I start. I explained to him I only had some questions and he interrupted again saying Youre not the one making decisions are you? At that point I told him I would find someone else to answer my questions and I walked out.Not only will I not return to the Lakeway Ferguson for any of my future needs I wont mention the location to anyone I know. Gave one star only because I couldnt post with none.
