Horrible experiences. The pharmacist has now on three occasions refused to talk to us even though we are within ear shot.Just be prepared to be treated poorly and that your time is worthless compared to theirs.If you have no choice and can’t make it to the CVS or frankly ANY other Walgreens I am sorry but this place has always left me disappointed.

Bunch of sloths working! They take forever to assist you, went to pick up my prescription for my kids, called ahead of time to the store to find out if its ready to be picked up, and they said “its all ready” went into the drive thru, they said it’ll take another 20 minutes cos they are working on the insurance😓😓 I just leave it right here, no one applogized for their inconvenience and this is just how they run a pharmacy! 😒😒

Horrible like all Walgreens. Waiting forever in line inside or in the car and not there for you during ice storms. HEB accepts Blue Cross across the street and Ill be going there. Good riddance!!

Had to transfer pick-up of 4 prescriptions to this location at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. They had 3of4 ready for pick-up in under 2 hours (good) but did not have the 4th medicine in stock and could not get it until Monday (3 days later). Pharmacy staff was surprisingly polite and professional. The pharmacist on duty was not wearing his lab coat, just a t-shirt. No line at 5p...wow.

The new pharmacist, Jessica S. is the highest quality person to hold this position in the 9 years I have been using that store! She is friendly, kind, competent, empathetic, and unbelievably, she remembered me after seeing me just three times! NEVER before has any pharmacist, even made eye contact with me, much less remembered me after going there for 9 years. I can only hope that store does everything in their power to keep her! She is a GEM!

Staff in store so bad they are creepy just go across the street.

This pharmacy is in need of serious help. Not once have I been able to get out in under 40 mins. Always always a line. They need some better management here.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever experienced. One time I waited for twenty minutes in the drive through, stuck between cars, with only one in front of me. When finally it was my turn the Tech apologized over and over for the wait but I could see no cause for the wait. I have had so many issues with this pharmacy since I moved to the location. May switch to the one in Bee Caves because once they had to fill my scripts because this one didnt have my antibiotics in stock! Now, Im dealing with issues for refill authorization on THEIR end, not my doctors.

The Walgreens Schramm Ranch in Lakeway, Texas is an excellent Walgreens location with friendly and helpful service. There is ample free and accessible parking adjacent to the entrance.

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life today. This Walgreens location customer service is just hideous. I was dealing with the store manager who was very rude and condensing. She did not even allow me to voice my concern before she rudely interrupted me. Total lack of communication skills and extremely disrespectful person. She gives Walgreens a bad name.I will truly never visit this location AGAIN . shame on you Walgreens for hiring people with zero people skills.....and a manger at that.

The photo department at this store badly needs to be closed. They miss basic deadlines, loudly squabble and each other and blame the customer for being in a hurry. I waited 45 minutes for 2 posters and the woman working there had no idea how to work any of the machines. As each person walked up for their photos she would loudly complain to each customer about how tired she was. Its a shame they make you give between 1 and 5 stars because this was a 0 star experience. Close this store down and let literally anything else take the space.

This is the worse pharmacy of all. They never have anything ready regardless if youve called it in 4 days ago or not. I called to have a rx transferred and they called for the transfer at 545pm, once the other was closed. They never have things in stock and dont have decency to let you know. I have issues every time I come here and a few pharmacist are rude and just dont care if people have their meds or not.I was told they would look into getting a medicine from another location and they would let me know whether they found it or not and again, didnt hear a word. You can never get through on the phone lines either.

The people who work in the pharmacy were extremely unhelpful. I went to CVS and CVS had the issue worked out in less than 3 minutes. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time at this Walgreens.

The pharmacy here sucks. Their drive thru takes no less than 20 minutes, the staff walk around like they have all the time in the world and are constantly messing up refills.
