Sandra service was outstanding! She took her time with us, making sure we were fitted with the best mattress. We effortlessly purchased our King split adjustable bed and left the store. My husband commented that we were in the store for a good hour. We both agreed that it did not feel like it as Sandra showed us many different mattresses and let us take our time deciding. She was not pushy or rushing us. She knows her stuff! Her laugh is contagious! I have never had so much fun purchasing a mattress! 🤣. Delivery is in two days and we are so excited! I am confident that this is a new beginning to the best night’s sleep!

Sadly I have to give this company 2 stars. The customer service at the beginning was great, the sales person helped us pick out a great mattress, but the reason for the low star rating is that the day of delivery, I found out by my chiropractor if you are under a doctors care you can get sales tax removed from mattress. I called the store right away and was told that Yes this is true, just bring in note from doctor, I brought note in and they DID NOT remove the sales tax. Also Wells Fargo whom the financing goes through told me they sent me my bill on July 14, today is Aug 11 I STILL have NOT received a statement. I feel this is purposely done, because you have a certain number of months to pay off mattress without finance charges, BUT if you skip a payment, than the charges are added. Thankfully I called wellsfargo and got my account number and made payment before due date, but this is just all around shady by both Factory Mattress and Wells Fargo.Im still waiting on response to get the taxes REMOVED from the bill

Very helpful sales person! I had already been shopping for a mattress but Factory Mattress had the system which allowed you to find the best mattress for your body type and the way you sleep. And they were less expensive than the other mattress company I visited. I love my new mattress! So comfortable -- its hard to get out of bed!

My husband and I had to purchase three beds for our new home. Being new to the area and doing some online research, I read about Factory Mattress and learned it was a family owned business. We fully support family owed businesses especially in trying times from COVID. We were dreading the process as my husband and I couldn’t be more different with what we like and how we sleep.As soon we entered the store, David Gonzalez greeted us kindly and was full of warm energy. Knowing that we had someone like that would at least make the process bearable. But to our surprise, it was the best experience we had. Not only did he hook us up to a testing bed system that helps reduce the options, he was so knowledgeable about brands and styles. What we thought was going to be hours, we were done in 20 minutes. We took his recommendations, prices were amazing with the July 4th sale, he made sure we had all we needed and fully took care of us. Best part, we were able to get shipment the following day.He spoke so highly of the company and thanked us their business, which only solidified that we made the right move going with him. My husband and I have been wanting to pull the plug on getting cooling pillows and I finally went into factory mattress today here Lake wave since its local and I live here. I walked in with a million questions and John was awesome to help me out and answer any questions and make recommendations I was typically gonna go with the tempurpedic and then he recommended storm which I realized was much cooler too. Cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with Factory Mattress at this location. After a disaster with an online mattress company (hello US-Mattress), my wife called this location and had a great conversation with Al, who assisted her in determining a good mattress solution for our needs. I dropped by that afternoon to complete the purchase, but had to wait a good while as Al already had two parties in the store ahead of me. I am generally not good at waiting to purchase something in this type of situation, but Al performed the simple yet often missing customer service practice of consistently thanking me for waiting and informing me of my likely timeline. I waited for a while and it was well worth the wait. Al was friendly and helpful, and we quickly got a mattress picked out. Unfortunately, both Al and I dropped the ball and forgot that my wife wanted a low profile box springs. When the mattress & box springs were delivered (the next day!), we discovered the error. We immediately called the location and then Cy stepped in to help us. Cy could not have been nicer or more helpful, and he and my wife quickly figured out what would work best with our specific bedframe. Within 24 hours, Factory Mattress had delivered a replacement box springs and removed the previously-delivered box springs. Fantastic service, great product, all-around wonderful experience. Thanks so much guys!

For many years, we have slept in a “sleep number” bed, but decided to make a change and recently purchased a ProadaptTempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable frame. It has been an extraordinary experience sleeping on a mattress that you have no points of pressure. Additionally, I was concerned about the mattress getting warm, but with the new technology this has not been an issue! We highly recommend this mattress and our salesperson was excellent. He was very focused on us as customers and answered every question very effectively. This was a delightful experience!

The service in this store was excellent. Justin walked us through the entire process of picking out our new bed, BUT, when we laid down on the beds that measure and profile your body for the best fit…we found the mattress that worked for both of us in 5 minutes!!! We have been looking for 2 years! That is an AWESOME advantage of shopping at this store. If you are planning on buying a new mattress, go here first and see what your body type is and what mattresses actually are best for you. We also really like that this is a locally owned store. Horrific Experience. Bought a mattress at this location, and I feel like I was ripped off. The mattress is much much firmer than the showroom one, and it is causing my back and neck terrible pain. I tried to exchange or return and I am three days past the return date, but I need to keep sleeping on it for two more weeks to exchange it?????? What type of policy is this. I would love to buy a new one from them, but I cant risk my health sleeping on this horrifically bad mattress for two weeks!!Would never recommend due to this policy, and the feeling that I was ripped off.

Factory Mattress was the 5th mattress company that we visited. Our salesperson, Aaron, was very cordial, professional, and very helpful. We picked a mattress from a good selection of named brands at a very good price. The delivery was on time, and the men set up our new mattress very quickly. We are very pleased and recommend this local company.

Had a great experience with the Lakeway team in purchasing a mattress. Originally we were going to order a mattress online and test a few out so did hours worth of research and read thousands of reviews but couldnt agree on which ones to select. This ultimately led to us visiting a variety of local stores to get a good feel of what fit us the best. Our chiropractor recommended Factory Mattress and we used the sleep tool to help us narrow down our choices. We went with a temper-pedic hybrid, medium firm. The delivery was within 24 hours and the team arrived a few minutes early which was perfect for us. So far its been a week and we can say that the mattress is significantly cooler than our previous Serta memory foam mattress (8 years old) and we no longer sink in the middle of the bed thus providing good support for our backs. Would definitely recommend visiting the store and purchasing from here.

We had actually already made a decision at another local mattress place before we walked in the door. Due diligence we thought we would stop by and see if there was any difference. So glad we did - HUGE difference! Not only did they beat the price but the 25 year guarantee on the lift mechanism came with the purchase and at the other place you had to purchase a 5 or 10 year plan - seemed a little shady, like they didnt trust their own product. Aaron was knowledgeable and after just a couple minutes of chatting, he asked all the right questions and pointed us to exactly what we needed. While we were in FM the other mattress place called my husband and offered another $1,000 off but it wasnt enough- Factory Mattress is it for us!! Soooo happy with our bed!

Justin was so very helpful to my husband and myself at this great Lakeway, TX store. We are seeking new Tempurpedic Mattresses and he was able to tell us what mattresses would be best for us. We both have back issues and getting the right mattress is so important. We are so happy Factory Mattress carries the Tempurpedic brand, because it is truly the best memory foam mattress for us, they stand firmly by their 10 year mattress warranty and it is worth the extra cost because your body will appreciate it now or down the road. This Lakeway store is very clean, set up well and Justin is simply the best. They have plenty of other brand beds, lovely sheets and a wide variety of wonderful pillows. If you feel it is time for a new mattress, sheets, pillows, etc. dont forget this little gem of a store Factory Mattress nestled in the strip center where Mod Pizza, Torchys Tacos, Mad Greens etc.are and across from the large Lakeway HEB at 1900 RR 620, #100 in Lakeway, TX. We were not given anything to write our review either - we were just impressed with everything.
