I really love the Thai tea sno. Its so light and fluffy. This place is also always immaculately clean.

Staff are super friendly and it’s a nice clean space to get some fluffy snow ice desserts.

It’s good, i got the asian ice which is basically ice but in the shake of snow but in threads of snow which we’re like star shaped and a cm diameter but that was like how it was but it clumped in mouth like snow very fast and it’s basically ice with random shots of bvanillabin the ice it’s honestly really good i highly recommend but get a tiny the sizes are misleading but otherwise it’s really good.

Came in here hoping for good milk tea or just tea. It just tastes really watered down and has no flavor what so ever. Maybe I’ll come back and try the ice sometime though

Customer service of the employees were nice, however when my drink came with an after taste they were unwilling to substitute despite having only taken a sip. This is after they called to confirm with their boss whether anything additionally could be possible. They instead let me know I could put any toppings. After adding sugar and taro pudding, it was not improved and there was nothing additional they could do. This is the best place to get ice cream. They shave the ice so thin, it becomes soft and just melts in your mouth. They have SO MANY OPTIONS is crazy! The people that work there are the sweetest and very patient when it comes to customers decisions. I am very happy I found this place and will be returning soon.

I am from Houston, Texas and every time I come visit my relatives, I ALWAYS have to come here and get their Vietnamese Coffee w/ boba or their coffee snow ice with mochi. And compared to boba pearls in Houston, I LOVE this place!! hands down, the best and perfect texture/chewiness which they make fresh every day and during the day

Excellent shaved ice. My favorite was mango shave ice with condensed milk, taro chunks, and mochi. Not only was the ice delicious, the service was very friendly.

It was HORRIBLE there.First of all the employees, they got our order wrong and then blamed us for it. The woman at the counter even read out our order and still got it wrong when they made it.Second of all, it took them an hour, an HOUR, to make our orders, yet it only took them 5 minutes for them to make another family’s order.Third of all, it is INFESTED with cockroaches. Big and small ones. I saw about five on the ceiling, two on the wall and four where they were making a incorrect orders.0/10 do not recommend. Stay clear of this place!!

Love this place, the delicious and innovative shaved ice, with so many options on flavors, fruits, sweets, exotic toppings, they are just amazingly nice, great costumer service, enjoyable environment and NOW wonton soup, shut up!!!! DELICIOUS!

Great snow ice and milk tea in the area

I drive in from Marble Falls at least twice a month to visit this amazing place. Always sweet and professional.Love them!!

Not very friendly on our first visit. No sanitary measures taken by staff preparing the orders. Our order had hair and shaved plastic pieces in it.

They forgot my iced coffee and the rest of my group had already finished most of their snow ice (I placed my drink order before them). the manager seemed sincere and apologetic, but I had to follow up and check on it myself. I know they were busy but one would think a small place would have a more efficient/ streamlined way of managing orders for a quick-service establishment. Great stuff, but be vigilant when you visit and order.

My favorite place to go for cool sweet treats. All of their sweets are delicious and the owner is so wonderful. One time she even covered the few cents I was short.Talk about great hospitality!

The product is as good as man-made chemical products can be. The husband is great and one of the nicest people, unfortunately the wife is one of the meanest owners Ive ever encountered. I used to frequent here a lot, until I kept running into her. So we limited our visits. Its my daughters favorite place, and even she had to cut down the amount of times coming here.We saw wife owner do curbside delivery today, and I asked my daughter whether shes sure she wants to come in. We often turn around to head home when we see her, my daughter hesitated but finally came in. She orders the same thing every time. Non-dairy mango shaved ice, boba, and real mangoes. She received no mangoes and popping boba instead. Its COVID-19 time - my daughter had mask on when she spoke, so maybe thats the reason for the lady owners mis-hearing the order. Daughter came back in to ask for the dark glutaneous boba she normally gets, and the mean lady owner says ok, well you should pay attention when I read back the order! Yes maam!! Maybe if you didnt have a muddled voice as you wore your mask also, then maybe shed understand you. But really.... Isnt there a better way to respond to a customer? This is not the first time of you being rude.Your food is not good (wonton and pate chaud) . Your boba is decent but not premium quality. Your tea is not premium quality. The price is not cheap. But your customer service is horrendous to Asians (key word, Asian) And weve been there plenty of times, introduced your place to many friends throughout the years, bought gift cards for friends.I am the idiot who keeps coming back to get abused by a fellow VNmese. This is the last time. Thanks but no thanks for your poor service. Its okay not to sound angry all the time.Every one else here is nice though.

Ingredients are very fresh. My husband had a strawberry waffle with chocolate chips and it was made to order. I had a matcha tea with pearls. It was a little bitter but was easily corrected with some syrup. Friendly service. Very reasonably priced too.

Personable and friendly staff. Delicious, homemade treats and edibles with a pan-Asian flare. The waffles are crisp and full of flavor; get a scoop of ice cream on top, and let it melt a bit. Truly heaven on a plate!

Our favorite place to get shaved ice. We love love love the taro, horchata and mango flavors. The owner suggested taro with tapioca and I’ve never looked back!

So glad to have a place like this near my moms house. Ive tried the lychee snow ice and Mango kiwi smoothie both of which were really good.

The sno mo is definatly interesting, but just isnt quiet as good as Ice Cream is. The waffles here are decent, and their Boba Tea is pretty good. Overall a good store.

Best way to beat the heat - try one of Sno Monsters yummy sno ice treats. Try two tinys - my fave is matcha and coconut, but the kids lived grape, strawberry, peach and chocolate. Everyone who works there is super friendly as well....great place to take the kids plus there is a small patio out back that overlooks the golf course. Definitely a place to try this summer.
