Love these stores. Always good to get back to Texas. Produce section is the best! Great job keeping it stocked.

I was injured there Mother’s Day weekend. (Cut deeply and bleeding from their freezer door slamming on my arm. I had my kids and grandchild visiting. Do they care? NO! I told them to fix the door before a child looses a finger. I’m not sure they did. I snail mailed, I emailed with pictures and I have spoken with 2 different people. It’s almost November. I was told since the store didn’t do anything to address this, corporate would. NO THEY DO NOT CARE - No Contact except when I made attempts. Please Beware of this store, managers and corporate. I didn’t sue. I thought they’d be a decent caring company. At least that’s how they portray themselves in ads. I am scarred on my arm. I will never go back!Do not tell me to call you. I have done that. Your turn to do something, anything with the exception of telling me to call you again and again. .As stated I called, wrote, emailed and have spoken several times with some representatives who said I would be contacted.I’d like to know the metal has been rounded down or rubberized so the door won’t take a finger off.

Always a Great place to shop for Groceries and General items. There are Gas ⛽ Pumps at just about any H-E-B Store. EMPLOYEES are always courteous and helpful. The Ratt in the Texas Hill Country. 🐭🐭🐭

This is a great store, that we dont have in west Texas. I enjoyed checking it out and prefer the experience to that other super store, you know the one... smiley face or star burst (Walmart). I had a great time browsing while my wife spent the money.

HEB is already my favorite grocery chain out there and this enormous location only takes the experience up another notch.Excellent selection, great prices, friendly staff who provide quick service, keep the store clean, and keep the shelves stocked.

Extremely rude service at the seafood counter today!!! I’m appalled. I asked a simple question and was greeted with quite possibly the worst attitude ever. Gross!

Love the selections of food. I also like using the shopping app to pick up my groceries.

This is an excellent HEB. Great service but it is time to stop requiring workers and customers to wear masks. Read the facts. Its all for theatre. Masks are not necessary. If people want to wear it, fine, but dont force it. Enough is enough.

This is supposed to be the Manager at this store, followed me the entire store. Groceries with hard worked money. The funny thing is that the people that come steal are the ones they don’t follow all around the store. Wake the hell up don’t judge base on color.

Beautiful location. The isles are well organized and irs very clean. Food is good and fresh. Bathrooms are typically clean also. Staff seems to be satisfied also. ( thats important?)

We always find hard to find items here. Store is well merchandised and neat and clean.

Love our Lakeway HEB. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar that has live music is closed for renovations but the attached grocery store is open so its still worthwhile going.... Well stocked, great Prime beef and dry aged steaks available. Big wine dept with knowledgeable staff.

H-E-B is a great company. Their curbside pickup is handled so well. Their staff/stores were ahead of the curve on creating a comfortable and safe environment during COVID-19. Their offerings and customer service is top notch. Years ago when we moved from Ohio we had liked Kroger and were sad they didn’t have a large presence here. Everyone here raved about H-E-B, and we found out soon after a couple trips exactly why. I highly recommend this grocery chain.

Clean, well stocked and staffed with a large variety of merchandise. Check out was short despite it being very busy at the time.

Our go-to for groceries in Lakeway but I need to give a shout out to the deli. They accidentally messed up our order and after the production team went home, Liz and team stepped up and fixed a new order. I highly recommend!

This is not a 24 store, they open at 6 amThe restroom is closed for cleaning at 6:05 amWhy not have night staff clean the restrooms after closing or during stocking hours?This scheduling shows no consideration for customers

Usually I don’t like to review bad but today I went to heb to buy my usual grocery . I was in the line after the other customer . I came little front to the counter thinking that he is done but the heb staff in the counter whose name starts with letter C told me to stay back as the other customer has to pay . I moved back and after that it was my turn . The guy did not respond to me well as the previous customer . I was surprised. I did not feel good about it. Customers are customers . Everyone should be treated equally .However I have to say, I love shopping in Heb . Most of the staffs are good and professional except few.

This place has absolutely everything you could dream of this is a superstore and has plants and all types of garden supplies including food groceries an amazing selection of everything.

Unsanitary, all the meat coolers have freezer doors on them (even the fresh meat.) I watched some nasty maskless lady lick her fingers to open a bag and then open the meat doors touch a bunch of meat and then put one in her bag, she had produce to so I just got my canned goods and left. HEB should really reevaluate how this is set up.

Would have easily given this HEB 5 stars, but between all of the customers, personal shoppers, and other employees, it was hard to get through the aisles. This HEB has a fantastic selection of many different products. The check out lines were moving very quickly. A nice bonus is that they have a really open part of the store where natural light flows in from skylights above, giving it a very cozy atmosphere.

Some HEB stores are better than others and this one seems dialed in despite the crowd....clean facility and helpful people all make it a good experience.

Lots of food options, but the mask rule was not enforced and was annoying. I even saw workers not wearing any. The prices were decent, but not fantastic.

Great grocery store with an awesome bakery, deli, and sushi selection. Prices are very competitive.

Its the closest HEB to my home. They have a great beer and wine selection, great deli, bakery, and produce. But they havent had the 2 for $3 6-packs of the store brand apple soda for quite a while now, like they stopped carrying them.. Those were my favorite.. Got addicted to them and the low price of them and then theyre just gone suddenly. Those are the only reason I took a star away from my rating.

This place is busy all the time but its because they have some great items and thier produce is better than most farmers markets!! Great atmosphere for such a busy store.

A Texas institution. H-E-B forever!

I have been shopping here for 4 years (and spent a great deal over that course of time) with my “registered ESA dog” which all the staff members would usually say how cute to him as we would pass by so nothing new here.Not tonight, I walked in this evening to be treated like absolute dirt with no explanation.Nothing is updated on the website and I saw no signs permitting otherwise.I will give all my business to Whole Foods or anywhere else where they won’t treat me with disrespect. I have every right and a proper license to take my ESA dog everywhere. So upset about how it was handled, I expected better from HEB!!

We have lived in five different states and there is no better company than HEB. Texas is spoiled and they dont even know it. Fantastic in all categories.

I like this location. Tall ceilings, not too crammed. The bakery did a great job making cupcakes just like I wanted at a great price. The shopping cart cars make shopping with kids way easier!

Nice store but,management is horrible. I have Experience. Paul isnt a Leader at this store. He nees s to be placed in another role other than Management. Once again this store is ran poorly from the Lack of Leaders!

Great, great, store, except for the fact that our checker was on his cell phone between customers. No greeting, no thank you for bagging my own groceries. Guess he was waiting to get back to his phone. All and all still a great store.

H-E-B Lakeway is the best and most pleasant shopping experience I have ever had. I am 77 years old and my parents took me to one of HEBs first grocery stores at Alice, Texas at age five. It was a great experience then as they had an in-store bakery. Never dreamed that I would still be enjoying HEB for over 75 years. H-E-B is of course bigger and better offering an even greater variety of goods and services.

Spacious isles. Very clean. All employees are very friendly. Great organic selections.

This is a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Half the customers werent wearing masks at all, and half the employees werent covering their noses. This company cares more about narcissists feelings than public health. And they primarily sell food, so thats not a good look.Yes they would lose customers and employees if they started enforcing masks. But those people are choosing to be public health risks.

H-E-B has been my store for most of my life. I have experienced many other grocery chains but this store is still at the top overall. The selection, prices, and fried atmosphere are what make it unique. On top of that they are a great company always looking to help their fellow Texans

I dont always give 5 stars because there is usually something left out that could make a huge difference in some way.Everyone Ive encountered at this HEB was/is very kind and helpful.I only get to shop at this HEB on weekends when I come to see my beautiful girlfriend... we both shop here because of the people and the store...5 stars is well deserved.

We just love HEB. Recently moved here from Maui and was shocked when i saw the prices and bargains. If HEB had a hotel/water slide/tattoo shop etc, thered be no reason to leave the property.Its only rock and roll.

This place is a joke!!!You need to go to the Bee Cave store and watch how they are handling this social distancing issue.They absolutely don’t allow 109 people in the store at once. They monitor the in and out flow to keep the amount of people actually in the store to a minimum. There’s zero adherence in this store. Isles and isles full of people, it’s like a hoard inside.Do your Jobs correctly. Don’t attempt to do it...Unbelievable!!!!

I’ve been going to this store for years. Today could be the last time I will go there. The stoking and shopping employees where stand around talk to each other like nothing was happening. which do not brother me until I went to check out and the line lady was so freaking rude that I could not believe she worked for HEB as long has she has. The the cashier was rude also and the cashier in the line over was rude. Come HEB, now that You are one of the only industry making money. please I mean please you have You teach You employees how to be nice to people. For years they have been just standing around and did not need people skills. The time has come to teach the people skills.

I love this place. Ive been doing pick up for so long I couldnt find the cereal. Really? Lol and why is there no more jalapeno crab dip?!? So not cool. I do not need a reason to go into Randalls I hate that place but I must have my jalapeno crab dip! Still nobody beats HEB! Love this place!!!

Im giving this HEB 1 star because they seem to actively discourage the use of their 3 EV charging stations. They have two over on the first row and one right next to the handicap spaces. They are all marked poorly but beyond that they seem to encourage their employees to park in these spaces. I went at 6:30 in the morning and you could tell that all the employees were parked in the first row and gas cars were parked in the EV spaces blocking the chargers. The rest of the parking lot was empty except for this row and 4-5 cars near the entrance. Of the 4-5 cars near the entrance one was handicap, another gas car was parked in the last EV space, and a few others around it. So with the parking lot empty all 3 EV spaces were taken up by gas cars. When I came back out of the store every other car had left except for the car parked in the EV space next to the handicap space. This could be an inconsiderate customer, but it almost feels like the management actively encourages their employees to park in the EV spaces. Better signage is needed and the management needs to discourage employees from parking in these spaces.Otherwise the HEB seems like your typical HEB, but the bathroom was a mess at 6:30 in the morning.

HEB is by far the best grocery store in Austin. You want it they got it! I would not shop any where else. The store manager should be complimented for running such a fantastic store!
