I am very pleased with the service of all of the staff at Central Texas Hearing Center Lakeway. Dr. Ramirez has been most helpful in my transition to hearing aids. I highly recommend this establishment.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ramirez at the Lakeway location. He was very professional and efficient. I had a through hearing test and was escorted to my second appointment on time to see Dr. Dharamsi. I was also given a print out of my exam results by Dr. Dharamsi.

I love Dr. Guempel! She is absolutely amazing. I was in town visiting my daughter and needed to get my hearing aids cleaned and adjusted. Scheduling was easy and I was impressed by her knowledge and her professionalism. Dr. Guempel is amazing! I was extremely nervous about getting my hearing checked and the prospect of getting hearing aids. She was compassionate, patient and professional in assessing my needs and finding the right solution for me! She was thorough throughout the whole process and patiently explained everything in detail. I can be a bit of a headache but have never experienced such professionalism!
