Eric came out late on a Sunday evening. He was friendly and professional, even at the end of a very long day. He was straight forward with me on what the issues were and got my AC running for the night so I could get some immediate comfort. Then came back the next day to replace my thermostat and get the AC back up and running. He showed me how to operate the new thermostat and also cleaned out and leveled my condenser unit (which was filthy). I will definitely be calling Aero Designed Systems for future AC/HVAC issues & maintenance.

Aero repaired an ancient unit when another service had failed. Paul knows his business. He told us what we had, what we needed, and what we could live with until a remodel. Once we got to the remodel stage, which included relocating one of the inside until, he was gracious with his time and provided exceptional guidance to us and our general contractor. I will never use another AC service.

I literally had 5 HVAC contractors out to simply unclog my primary condensation line. Only Aero (which was the 5th) fixed the problem. Two of the contractors even insisted that the condensation line was not where I thought it was. I am so thankful a friend recommended Aero!

Ive been using them for years have had a few different guys come out and theyve all been really wonderful!

My 20 year old Trane unit finally hit the dust in the middle of summer. Margie answered on the first ring, and Paul was at my house within the hour on Wednesday. Install scheduled on Friday 8 AM. Paul and the crew showed up on time and finished the job in 5 hours. I have a hard to get to attic and they were able to navigate through no problem.I got quotes from a few other companies in the Lakeway area. Either the company couldn’t order the unit and do install within a short time frame, or they required payment in full upfront... which is unheard of.Do yourself a favor and just call this company. Easy to work with, fair price, great service.

Our central gas heating failed during the winter storm in Feb 2021. The day power was fully restored Aero/Paul arrived in the early afternoon. After listening to my explanation of events he checked our controllers and then the main unit. Within a minute he diagnosed the problem. Our high efficiency system even produces condensation during heating and during the power outage it froze. He easily pulled the pipes apart and problem solved. Everyone we dealt with from office staff to technicians fro Aero have always been professional and courteous. We will continue to use them and recommend them to others.additional visit on 6/2021 Juan Aguilar came to do our pre-summer AC check. He arrived as scheduled and checked both of our systems to include rinsing out the condenser. He explained many of the tasks he was performing in an understandable manner. After being told my AC unit had to be replaced I called Paul for a second opinion. He arrived later that day, was on time and had knowledge of the unit and what needed to be done. I was quoted a minimum of 1800.00 from the first company and Paul fixed the problem for 180.00. Excellent service. I highly recommend this company!

Called Roger when our system wouldn’t fire on after moving a thermostat on a Sunday, he offered to come out same day and also suggested I check a few items. Of course it was one of the items he suggested and the system came right on! I have used Aero Designs on multiple occasions. They are very friendly and I do not feel like they are trying to sell me on extra stuff. Outstanding service and end result. We had to get our entire system replaced since it was over 20 years old and dying a slow and expensive death. Aero wasnt the cheapest bid by any means, but Paul and Roger totally made up for that with their professionalism, knowledge and product. Not only that, when they came to do the job, they were quick, efficient, clean, friendly, polite and super professional.My house is now a spaceship...a VERY QUIET SPACESHIP! Noise pollution during the summer at our house was a very real problem due to our old unit (it sounded like a jet engine taking off every time it kicked into gear.) Now I wish my neighbors would follow suit.Last thing. We have now had the system for over half a year now. With our old system, our May 2016 utility bill was over $600. May 2017s utility bill was less than $350. June and July were $400 instead of $700. Im not kidding. I sent Paul our bills to prove it. The only thing that has changed from last year to this year is our HVAC system.

Aero Designed Systems in Lakeway, Texas has handled my HVAC service needs since 2010. I live in a condominium community where the outdoor HVAC equipment is located on the rooftops of the buildings. Some HVAC companies refuse to do work at our condos because of where the equipment is located but not Aero Designed Systems. Theyll do the job no matter what the conditions.Paul Slack and his team are very knowledgeable in all areas of HVAC service. They always deliver a high quality job in a very timely manner, typically within one or two business days. Paul worked his magic again for me recently when he resolved an annoying knocking in my wall that had been going on intermittently for over two years. The knocking was caused by loose refrigerant lines that ran from the air handler in my neighbors condo downstairs up through my walls and on up to the rooftop. Paul was able to assess and resolve the problem within 45 minutes. He secured the loose refrigerant lines so they no longer knocked against each other and - voila! - the knocking was gone.I highly recommend Paul Slack and Aero Designed Systems. What a great experience. After trying to install an Ecobee wifi thermostat on a frigid Sunday afternoon, I found my system no longer working after moving around the wires in the furnace. I called ADS to set up a house call, and not only were they able to come out on a Sunday night, but before they did, he helped troubleshoot what potentially was the issue - talking me through reading the fault code, and then suggesting what it likely was - an open circuit that needed a fuse. I went to Home Depot and swapped out the fuse and the system was fixed. When I called back he was happy that I was able to repair it myself, not concerned about the business he didnt get that night. Needless to say - this is the only company I will call in the future (and yes, it will likely start with help getting that darn Ecobee installed). Thanks ADS!
