After being treated very rudely across the street at UPS in Lakeway, my Fiance & I were recommended by a fellow customer behind us to check out Pak Mail. We were SO happy we did! The owners went above & beyond to help us with what we needed. We will absolutely be returning customers!

I ran in to ship a UPS package and the owner helped put it in a box and helped to wrap it up. Very nice people that keep a clean store and very helpful.

I took an Amazon return on May 15, 2021.I received an e-mail from Amazon that they did not receive back a red iPhone XR unlocked, which I purchased along with a Cricket SIM Wireless kit. I really regret not dropping it off nearby at the UPS Store, in Lakeway. I will now be doing all my Amazon returns at the UPS Store in Lakeway. Amazon is now notifying me that I will not be refunded the $540.00. I put the UPS tracking number and it is showing that the Amazon return box has been received at their warehouse. Doesnt matter what kind of package it is - you can take it here. Location is convenient and staff is friendly. They also have great scanners & printers and offer notarization services as well. Just a really handy place to have here in Lakeway.

Love this new location in the Randall’s shopping center in Lakeway Texas. Neil is very helpful and always on point. I had to get 2 packages that were badly damaged to Las Vegas trade show. Neil re-packaged everything for me and reassured me everything would be there on time. I paid for some bubble wrap and he did the rest. That’s what I call service. I also found out they have a shredding service which I plan on using. Great family owned business. I’m grateful they are in Lakeway. Thank you and keep up the great work big guy.

After growing tired of the horrible USPS office here in Lakeway, I have switched to using the Pak Mail. I come in at least once a week shipping documents for my work, and I have always had great service! They will package, tape and label everything for me and know the cheapest way to ship. Im never inside for more than 5 minutes. Theyve definitely won me over.

Love these people, soo helpfull, they have moved over by the Randalls in Lakeway.

I live in STEINER Ranch but have chosen to use the Pak Mail in Lakeway because of their friendly service. I would encourage anyone to try this location because its worth the drive to get good service..
