Dan is the guy you want to call in the 4th Quarter, down by 7, 4th down on the 10 yard line. The man get the job done, professional, quick & passionate about what he does. Why would you want to support any corporations when he is a small business that is the backbone of this country. Would recommend him over and over.

I called from Chicago the last week of Dec 2020 to schedule a Jan 1st balloon delivery for my mom’s friend who turned 90 1/1/21.Dan was very helpful, thorough and promised delivery on the 1st.He was extremely diligent in calling to alert the bday girl about the delivery, left numerous messages and followed up after delivery to confirm, since she was not answering the phone.He made extra efforts to leave the balloons in a safe place since no one answered the door or calls.Happily the bday girl received the balloons and has been inundated with flowers, cards and calls!Very pleased to recommend Dan & his team for outstanding customer service and communication.

Really great place and Dan is extremely helpful. I live in Chicago and needed a birthday balloon bouquet for my daughter-in-law. Dan helped with a design, which was really cute. He delivered the bouquet on the morning of her birthday and called my son to let him know they were there. A real Lakewood treasure. Thank You Dan!

They have the large number balloons, many decorated mylar and solid color helium balloons. They called 10 minutes before we said we would pick up our order to let us know they were ready and had all of our balloons grouped together and even inside a large plastic bag so no one strayed away. Super friendly staff, too. My first and not the last time using them

It’s crazy!My daughter birthday is today. I drove to this place and they got a open sign that’s on and the lights where off and doors where locked,but then it says it’s open? That’s just ridiculous. P.S and you get one star so I could post my review.

Owner came in to blow up balloons on his day off while store was closed so that I could have my balloons ready 1st thing Monday morning for my sons 10th birthday. Great service!

Used him for my sons bday. The letter balloons stayed inflated for almost a month and so did batman. This guy has quality material at a decent price. Will definatly use again and refer people to.
