Went in to purchase some 6x9 speakers. Sales person (forgot his name but, the long time manager at Colfax & Carr knows who), very accommodating and listened to my needs and wants. Even let me use his phone to sample different styles of music to choose the right speakers. Will go back again for other goodies in the future.

These guys are awesome. Joe was excellent. He explained and listened to what I was looking for. There was a small issue with the install. But the manager set it all straight. These guys worked quickly to resolve things and now couldnt be happier. Theyll be who I go to finish the sound for my ride. Thanks guys keep up the excellent work.

This store manager was able to fit me in, after I had purchased the alarm system package at the Northglenn location and that store would not refund my card, after an ERROR THEY had made. The Lakewood location did a fabulous job with the installation and you cant even see the wires and such. Its been a month since the installation and I am still happy and secure with it. When I went to pick up my car, they were very polite and helpful in showing me how to use the alarm fob along with my car fob. I am a very satisfied customer!

If I could rate this place higher I would!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was stuck on a stomp looking at the big selection of products. One of the staff members asked me what I was looking to gain out of the aftermarket audio system and set me back on track. I love bass and they recommend a perfect set up.

My family had an amazing experience with Quality Audio. We brought our boat in to fix the tower speakers and Chris and his team got the issue fixed and installed a new amp in just a couple hours. Chris also hooked us up with a package to make it cost effective. We will definitely be back for all future audio needs!

I had an alarm system installed in my older car and they made it happen! I wasnt sure exactly what type of system I needed but the staff was happy to walk me through each of the options available. The customer service was excellent and they completed all the work on schedule. I had to schedule the install pretty far (3 weeks) in advance because they were busy but it was worth the wait.

I ran into a problem with a car restoration regarding a speaker that would bolt into the frame without modifying it. My salesman who was very easy to work with found a set on the second try in speakers. Very pleased with the professionalism in the staff.

Would leave 0 stars if able to. Purchased car Stereo at the other location in Denver paid for install at the Lakewood store. Then when I tried to get the install done at Lakewood they told me it was going to be a month for install try to receive a refund because that timeline would not work for me and was told they were unable to refund because they don’t issue refunds. Now I’m unable to get the radio installed anywhere else because quality audio won’t refund me for the services they are unable to perform. Then they tried to brag about how busy they were while literally no one was in their store in the middle of the day, and one lone installer was barely working in their large install shop. My advice stay very very far away from this company who hold your install money hostage even when they clearly are in able to actually handle it in any kind of a timely manner.

Will never go back this is kind of work they do guy had a fit because he had to move the speaker easy job . But destroyed the unit I just bought . And had installed they did replace it but still did not install correctly just shoved in no screws have to investigate a little more think they also damage my dash

Chris took care of me and it was a very nice experience. I had to come in for some warranty work and come to find out the warranty was up on my deck, my backup camera stopped working/ was intermediate, the backup camera port on my deck was going out and they fixed it without having to send my deck to pioneer to get fixed. He worked with my situation and had me in and out within 2 hrs. The guys that did the install and fixed it did a great job. Ill be back for sure in the future to get a deck installed on my wifes car.

Joe (who I spoke with) was great. BUT, I Came in for a quick job, and got my truck back smelling like cigarette smoke. Clearly someone smoked in it, or near it with the doors open. Not happy.

Its crazy to think i brought them a brand new 2020 jeep wrangler last year, to simply install 2 pairs of component speakers. They had the car for multiple days, and it wasnt finished. Had to bring it back, still not done. Bought all the parts they recommended and they still couldnt get my speakers working correctly. I ended up leaving and not coming back, knowing i couldnt get any money or my old speakers back. Its now been over a year and i am STILL finding more things wrong since i have not been able to get them properly fixed. Missing screws, blown speakers, some screws were replaced with the wrong ones. I have holes in my sound bar now because of it. Absolutely insane. Wish i could get atleast some money back. Especially with a “year warranty”

I needed a simple reprogram on my after market stereo and Chris was kind and extremely helpful. Ive, always, had great customer service with Quality Auto Sound.

If I could give a negative review i would. When we ordered a stereo they claimed it would take 2 weeks to get in. So we put down a deposit. Well fast forward 6 weeks later! We had an appointment set up, get there and the Littleton location is closed! And they didnt bother to let us know. And they didnt even have the stereo at the other locations. They lied and lied and lied and stole our money. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

I had them hardwire my dashcam so that it can be on 24/7 in case of hit and runs. Before it was just connected to a USB port and it only would be on if the car was on and I didnt like that. They had my car on some of the time and they were giving my car compliments but at some point they were also reving my car. I personally didnt have a issue since they liked my car but I know theres people out who wouldnt like that happening to their car. So I would probably say from now on Quality Auto Sound, I would maybe stop doing that because theres Karens out there. Other than that you guys did a nice job on my Infiniti!

Easy Experience. Honestly Ive never had to buy a car stereo before, but when mine stopped working suddenly, I took my car to this team. Great service and quality work. For the record, I purchased one of the least expensive stereos on the floor to replace the one before it because I have an old car and dont consider myself a car audio aficionado. I was given a list of of materials I would need to install a new GPS/stereo system into my 11 year old Toyota Rav 4 SUV. This included the exact amount I would pay for the whole installation, including a discount for a part the Rav didnt need. My choice of product was indeed expensive but I was never mislead. Included with the stereo was education on how to use it and the assurance of continuing education should more questions/ complications arise, along with a one year warranty. I am pleased with Quality Auto Sound service.

I went to that store and they were just as friendly they didn’t have the part and had to pick it up form another store and had it at 9 the next day. Though they were booked out a month for install due to having the right correct parts needed installation was easy and fast.Thank you!

No 1$ install I have bought many stereo systems through quality Auto sound but their prices are getting higher and higher. I understand times have changed but its getting ridiculous to get a car stereo and youre talking about spending $300 to $500 just for an install of a deck no speakers no anything else just the deck wow disappointed
