Yesterday I went to get the spiderman game, it was a used spiderman game with the disc damaged. Why would they be selling it if the disc is not useable. Whoever apporved of this being useable need some glasses. Anyways the cashier was super nice and helpful, but the quality of the disc is awful.

Walked into the store today with no customer service at all from employees one guy was helping another customer but another lady a heavier set lady with glasses was not very helpful and quickly answered questions like she didnt want to be bothered. I mean we go in to shop and expect help especially in this kind of store. She needs to brush up on her customer service or find another job that doesnt deal with the public. Not expecting to walk back into that store and will be telling people I know to just avoid the store not worth it.

Always good deals snd knowledgeable staff. Found the game my boy has been looking for, so missing accomplished.

Maria!!!! What a life saver. I had purchased a xbox one x just as covid hit. Unfortunately it stopped working with in the week. I have spent the last 5 months with a broken system and have had no luck with other gamestops.. thankfully Maria was there!!! Best customer service Ive ever experienced. She made sure I left a happy customer. Give that girl a raise, promotion, hell, the store!!!! Thank you

Oddly, severely limited selection. If I am only supposed to go into the store to pick out the most popular games, why would I not just go online? Or really buy them through the console? Its a real.shame

Once again poor management prevents me from shopping at this location. Idk why if there is a 3 person max in the store that there are 6 people in the store but Im required to wait outside for 20mins while everyone brouses.i had money and knew what I wanted. They dont have curbside pick up and they basically refused me service

Out of the last 3 preordered games i picked up, noone called to let me know they were in. You used to always call about preordered games, you guys figure you dont have to now with covid or what?

Horrible customer service one super tall employee said aloud Jesus we have too many people in here shortly after which he went to break . we then asked the short Asian guy working there not wearing his face mask for help he replied he was not on the clock and kinda chuckled. After all this we find out game stop does not carry Xboxes right now at this location...... Not gonna lie I wont be back!

The employees are so nice. I never feel pressured into buying anything, and they share my passion for games. Ill definitely do all my game shopping here.

Great prices on used games! My son is 11 and getting more into the advanced games. Its nice for me to be able to talk to the staff and get their opinion on the level of violence and appropriateness for my son. They didnt have the action figures he was looking for, but those are always a hit and miss at game stores.

This store is an extra 10 minutes away from me then the nearest GameStop, but the staff here is absolutely phenomenal and worth the drive. I called around to multiple locations trying to find when the switch V2 would be available, and this was the only store who could even help me with that answer, let alone help me put one on pre-order, and called me back to the store when they realized that I had left my microSD card on the counter top. Garrick and the other employees here are top notch!

My brother and I picked 2 games and head to the counter to make the purchase. We were in line for around 15~20 minutes, and got completely ignored by their empolyees. There were 2 groups of people who came after us got served first. The employees quickly turned their back on us regardless the fact that weve been standing at the check out waving at them.When its our turn, the 2 game we picked are out of stock. We waited 20 minutes for nothing. Why put the box on the shelf if you dont have the game in the first place? I dont even know whether its true that they dont have the game, or just simply dont want to serve us.That really left us with the bad taste that day.

I am more than happy with the service I received today Sunday the 7th the three people working are the best GameStop workers I’ve ever dealt with and I’ll definitely remember it and in the future bring them something for their work! Rudy is by far the best person I’ve ever had to deal with buying anything!

I brought in 9 games to trade in. We had brought in 2 of the same game, one of which was still in its original packaging. The clerk proceeded to tell me I cant accept this game, because its still wrapped.I explained that we had received 1 as a birthday present and we did already own the game. With no need to open the packaging, we figured it was a perfectly good game.The clerk then replies, Unfortunately, we dont know if you stole it or not. So I cant accept it for trade in.ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Went to pick up a ship and they said it didnt arrive. Recieved an email saying I didnt pick it up the next day. They should be fired.

Probably the best Gamestop Ive been to. The staff always seem to try to get me the best deal. Id say 90% of my Gamestop experiences are negative, but Ive had good service here nearly every time.

I have been a fan and customer of GameStop for many years now and spent many thousands of dollars on games inside your stores. I now live an hour away from the closest GameStop which I drive when I want to buy a new game or use game or any game. I have been down there twice in the past week not for the pleasure of buying a game, but rather because the first time I bought a copy of Assassins Creed 4 it was marked as back play compatible which it is not. The second time will be to return the Xbox One version that I had returned the 360 version for and purchased because the Xbox One version does not load past the first bit of play. This seemed like a fun game and I will be looking at one of your independent competitors to take my business to now.

Friendly, helpful employees, many of whom love gaming themselves. A good resource for finding out about whats coming as they often know and have opinions to share.

The staff is really nice, but the prices and availability just arent up to online stores.

Good customer service nd what else can i say. Its a gamestop inside a mall so it was small but it was still gamestop.

The stores selection is awesome, did not like the manager. She was very rude and unapologetic. Store would not take my phone|watch without chord on trade. But would take my old cell phone without the chord, both use the same exact chord to power it. Would only trust this store for implementing exchanges as the manager is too incompetent.

This is always a great place to get games, consoles, controllers etc., at a good price and they always have what youre looking for and in case they dont, theyll help you find what youre looking for somewhere else, in general the staff is always helpful and nice!!
