So this is for anyone that is here from Instagram looking For Lusso Footcare with Miss B located in Cleveland. She is the most Unprofessional, unreliable individual I have ever met. I was going to her for a toenail restoration treatment, 1st of all she does not honor your appointment, She will cancel your appointment at the last minute, or forget your coming in, I literally watched her tell clients I can’t do you after having an appointment. I witnessed April aka Miss B Accept payments of $100 to be able to book with her in spite of no appointments being available and will just cancel your appointment. She does not respond to her clients concerns or needs. I have only received 3 treatments with her and my treatment stopped due to her continued neglect. Please be warned she is a nightmare to deal with. I wish somebody would have told me. You have been warned.

I simply cannot believe the incredible time I had with Lou today!! I needed a makeover as my skin is aging and needed some new products as well. From the foundation, concealer, eye shadows, etc I look like a new person! His products (that he makes) are the best out there. And the makeup tips that he provides are just as valuable.
