If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a rasp plate from them at a state fair and I LOVE their product, but their customer service? Not so much. I ordered something over a month ago and got an email saying my order had gone through, but that email was promptly followed with something from MAILER DAMION saying my email hadnt gone through. I sent them an email and they said they would make sure my order was sent out if I told them what it was, so I did. Somehow, even though the email that contained my order hadnt gone through they were able to take my $44.99 the very next day. All that was over a month ago. Every time I call them, the woman I call tells me she KNOWS it has already been shipped out based on my order number, but that I should give her my phone number and name and shell do some checking for me. The first time this happened she called me two days later, but I was unable to answer her. The voice-mail I received from them wasnt much of a voice-mail since it was clear they thought theyd hung up on me and were gossiping in the background about some wedding. Every time Ive tried to contact them since then I either get their voice-mail or ONCE I got the woman again and she has yet to call me back and its been at LEAST two days. She told me, again, that she knew it had been sent out because of the order number and she didnt know why I hadnt gotten an email telling me my order has shipped. Honestly, at this point I just want my money back. Their product is great, but it isnt worth the hassle to try to order it directly from them.

I got the small grinder dish. I live in So Fla and got it at a nautical flea market. Used it last night. Love it. The brush really works!!
