These guys deserve every start I can give. Had the seat on my 95 road king custom fit to me, has changed my entire long ride experience, no more numbness, great low speed ballanced, and takes a pot hole much better two. They took the time to work with me and make the seat perfect. Not only is it the best but also super knowledgeable in harleys in general. We went over some great upgrades and little things he noticed about my bike. Support business like this, they are worth every penny and really cool guys.

I havent gotten the seat done yet. However Im writing this after waiting a couple months for the appointment because they were awesome in identifying what I need. They didnt push to make a sale now. Their priority was making sure it was the right decision long term. Since Im going to be replacing me fender soon, we collectively decided to wait and reschedule. They took the time to look at the bike, the fender Im looking at, the frame, etc to point out what I needed to look for. After meeting with them, Im looking forward to putting my seat in their hands even more than I was previously. Ive seen their work and was already impressed. Working with them is even better. I am so happy with the quality of my bike seat recover!! Dan really cares about what he does and there are so much evidence around the shop of how he takes pride in EVERYTHING. His customer service is second to none. I also felt like he was more than fair in coming up with a price then stuck to it after some unexpected labor. Dan was wonderful!! He spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what he could do for me to get my seat lower and he succeeded! He was able to complete my seat shaving the same day as a drop-in. It also was a great price, especially considering I can now touch the ground with both toes. Will totally go back if I ever need any other seat needs!

If you want a comfortable motorcycle seat, this is the place to go. Theyll custom make whatever you need. I recommend paying a little extra and getting the gel insert in your seat. I could barely stand to put 50 miles on my bike before. Now I can ride for hours.

Doing business the old School way. Couldnt have met nicer people. I called for a quote and made an appointment. they told me the fitting would be about 2 to 3 hours. When I showed up they took me right in, and i got to hang out in a fantastic and very interesting waiting area. They did a stellar job as I expected, and the best news was the bill actually was less than half of what they quoted. When does that ever happen? Like never. Highly recommend these guys you cant go wrong. Dont blow a thousand dollars on a bike seat that may not fit you, when you can have these guys work with the seat you have. you will be very satisfied.

Im on my third Bitchn Stichn seat (third bike.) About 150K miles. Flawless. Dan is a full custom builder and he understands anatomy. There are only a handful of true, one at a time, custom sear builders in the U.S.and I believe Dan is the best. I am a long distance rider on a BMW GSA. They also do show bikes and exotic hides.

Super cool guys that make you feel at home. Dan altered my stock seat for a better fit for me. Did a great job and was very professional! Had me out and back on the road same day.

As long as you are willing to do it their way youll be fine. As soon as you ask for something that goes against what their expert opinion is you will get an argument. We needed to remove some in our seat to be able to reach the ground better. They did the work and did their best to fit both me and my wife. After we rode it for a longer ride I realized that the scoop of foam they took out of the top and the ridges they added to the back/sides made it feel like I was sitting on a toilet seat and it did not provide the support I needed. After only an hour I was hurting. They also had to remove some from the front/sides to help get our legs down sooner. I realize of course we lost some support there. However, when I called back and said all I want is to add back the scoop that was taken out of the top I was told to bring it in and if I was right about the issue then no problem. I asked point blank will you just put back that scoop of foam. I even asked how much it would cost to do that so I wouldnt have to deal with the argument but I still got the same response, if youre right about it.... Whether Im right or wrong Im the paying customer and thats the work I wanted done. He seems to have lost the concept that it should be how the paying customer wants it done, not how he wants it done. Were the ones that have to use the product going forward. Whatever happened to that? Now we have a seat thats far worse for comfort than when we started and well have to go somewhere else or buy a new seat after the $300 we already paid here. Not good customer service.Update:After posting this he texted me with offers on how to fix including doing work for free to make it right, which is good. For that Ill change from 2 to 3 stars. Problem is my trust that they will do what I ask and not whatever they think without regard for my wishes just isnt there at this point. If I decide to go back I will edit this post again with an update.

Dan is very skilled and passionate about what he does. Hes worked on three of my biikes now. The only way to get a really good seat is have it custom made. It costs less than you think to have a way better seat in quality and comfort than the factory seat. Ill never go anywhere else.

Make this review count for two, as my brother and I both got seats done for our bike. My brother for his V-Strom and I for my Super Tenere.These guys are amazing!The quality of their work, the attention to detail, the materials, and their dedication to craftsmanship is rare to find these days.I could never ride over 100 miles on any of my bikes (including my beemer with a Sargent seat...) without some major butt pain.I use my brand-new custom seat on a 3000 mile trip to LA and I could go as long as I wanted and I was always comfortable.I will be back for seats for my other bikes and I will recommend these guys to anyone who is even considering a Sargent or a Corbin.

Had my 78 Harley XLCR seat remade and it came out exactly like the original seat - just how I imagined it would. The service was great and the quality of work was spot on!! Ive already made arrangements to have a new seat made up for my Road King. Nice work Dan!
