My Wife and me ave been there twice in the past two weeks. Josh has waited on us both times. All I can say is, excellent service and Josh is very knowledgeable about shoes and sneakers and knows the right size to fit. No pressure what so ever. They will tend to your needs or if they dont have it, they will order it.

Great store. It carries many comfortable shoes. If one is having trouble with feet - this is the store to go. They have licensed/professional shoe fitters. Also the last time i shopped there i received a huge wooden shoe horn as a present. It works great and i dont have to bend any more to put my shoes on. Recommend this store.

Im a patient at Orthostep and i come in for Diabetic Shoes. I am always fitted properly and never have any issues. They educated me very well on how to take care of my shoes and inserts. Customer service is just wonderful.

On the 23rd of December we got a gift certificate for ugg boots and called OrthoStep before going to the store and checked my size if its available. They said yes all the colors are available on my size. Same day, few minutes after the phone call, i got to the store and expecting to pick up the shoes. When I got there, they told me they dont have my size and just come back or give them a call of what color Ive decided to get so they can order it for me. I called them back the same day and told them AGAIN what my size and what color i want to get. They told me they will call me back once they receive it and i could pick it up. Its been more that a week now and I called them asking for my shoes and the lady i talked to just transferred me to the voicemail of the person i looked for. I wonder why cant they just do their job and look for customers needs anyway? Poor customer service. Very disappointing.
