Unlike brokers they have their own inventory and are fully transparent of the engines heritage and provide the VIN number of the donor car. Amber was great to deal with and was able to answer all my questions about the engine condition and their return and warranty policies. Upon request they provided the results of a compression test.Engine was palleted and delivered on time. So far no issues.

I was totally impressed with Nationwide Auto Recycling. The first people I ran into was Nick and his Step father Chris. I am 70 yrs old and a Retired Marine. Us older guys seem to hold onto vehicles, why get rid of a good thing. They had my part and they are friendly with a Veterans discount. So if your a Veteran, or just looking for a part, I would recommend Nationwide. They will also mail it anywhere in the country.

Called them on a Thursday, lucky for me they were close by. I was able to pick up a transmission next day. Sales staff was very helpful, working with their sales representative Billy was super easy. The biggest thing I would remind everyone about is to follow the information on the back of the invoice for warranty.

I purchased a Becker CD changer from Nationwide on eBay and received it quickly. Upon arrival it was determined to be non functional. I contacted David and he apologized that it arrived DOA and explained that items pulled from a salvage vehicle cant always be tested beforehand and quickly offered a refund. I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee radio from CJ on eBay for my car because my old one simply stopped working. I have researched it and see that this is a common problem with Jeeps. If I were to have gotten it straight from the dealer themself, it would have cost me close to a grand. By doing my own research and finding the radio online, I cut down the cost by about HALF. Oredered a couple radiator fans for my 986. The price was very favorable (I researched). I thought the $45 shipping expense was a little high... although 13 pounds from Massachusetts to California. However, when the package arrived I could see why it was $45. The parts professionally were packaged. The box incredibly was secure.Now... already I had removed my existing fans... and it was no pleasure cruise. So... $45 for the labor to remove the parts (2)... secure and package them... and that doesn;t include the costs associated with inventoring the parts... taking pictures... authoring descriptions... posting on the website... all in all... $45 is a bargain.I have Nationwide bookmarked. Sold me a radiator and gave me an AC condenser. Called in to fix the situation, turns out they dont even have the radiator that they claimed to have on hand! Hands down one of the best experiences Ive had purchasing. I worked with Scott, he was great all around in service and professionalism. I ordered a hood on Saturday and received it Wednesday. Unreal customer service and honest almost to a fault. CJ helped me find a full engine assembly when my car jumped chain, called me constantly with updates and were quick to answer any questions. Didnt end up finding a motor I could use for my A4, but they took two out for me and were honest enough to let me know about there concerns when they found damage. They stand by there guarantees. They have the best inventory search tool for reused auto parts Ive ever seen.

I purchased a pair of axles that were advertised as OEM. Only one of the axles sold was OEM, the left-front was aftermarket.On 4/5/2019 I purchased a pair of axles that were advertised as OEM. What was sent was one OEM axle and one aftermarket axle. I did not open the package and realize this until 1/15/2020.Today, 1/20/2020, I contacted the company via their websites sales chat service and was told that theyre is nothing that they can do.I understand that a significant amount of time has passed since the purchase however I feel advertising something as OEM and sending something aftermarket instead is an extenuating circumstance, especially when considering the price difference between aftermarket and OEM for this particular item. Generally, NEW aftermarket axles are available from $50 - $100 while NEW OEM axles are over $800. I paid $100 for a used aftermarket axle.
