Brought some great spices and sugar cookie mix.

...the staff in this particular store were great. Very helpful. Would have rated it higher but havent been there enough times to know this is the consistant. Will return in the future and actually bring my wife with me...just sayin.

Before anyone reads this, I would first like to say this 2star rating doesnt reflect most of the store staff. They always have been friendly and helpful.This rating pertains to a recent Christmas gift purchase.On December 17th I purchased a Staub Dutch Oven. Nick informed me that they they didnt have one in the store, but could order it online and it would be delivered by Saturday 12/21. When I got home, I had received an email with an updated delivery of 12/23 by end of day. No big deal, since I didnt need it until12/24. Late afternoon on the 23rd, I received an email that my payment information needed to be updated before they could send the product. Then I got an email from my bank that I had a decline on my credit card. I finally got through to customer service on 12/24. They said I purchased two of the same product and the payment was declined. I contacted my bank and they said there was a transaction on 12/17 and the payment went through on 12/18. Customer service told me they couldnt do anything until I contacted the bank released the declined payment.Once I could make it to the store to inform them what happened, they said the product was now on back order until 2/19/2020. Gina got on the phone and found what I was looking for at a store about 67 miles away and they would put it back for me to pick up myself. Obviously I had to what until after 12/25. I had to pay the full price $386.90 because I had $15 in key rewards on the original transaction of $371.90.They said when the new product came in Feb., I could bring it back, and they would credit that one and I would get it for the original total.I still dont understand why the store couldnt just give me the one I picked up for what my original total.The more I thought about it, I decided this was crazy and have since cancelled the back order one so that my money wouldnt be tied up for two months, and would take my loss. ( gas money and the $15 dollars key rewards)Again, if it wasnt for the store staff, the rating would have been lower.We really liked this store, and purchased quite a bit these last few months, but what recently has happened, We wont be back.

Every kitchen gadget under the sun can be found at this store! The staff is friendly and helpful. Plus they were doing demos of yummy foods we got to sample!

This Williams and Sonoma was beautiful and was nicely organized. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Joy was the lady who helped me and she was extremely nice! It has a very inviting atmosphere and I would recommend this Williams and Sonoma.

Do you love your kitchen? Can you not have enough gadgets? Can you fit another specialty appliance into that cabinet? Do you also hate money? Then Williams Sonoma is you store! Look, theyre great at what they do. Their hand towels are the only ones well use in our kitchen. They are expensive though. Granted theyre selling high-end stuff but be prepared to spend big money.

This location specificly I would not rate highly. They have very limited stock in store (3 separate times Ive gone and didnt have some basic items). To be fair they offered to order online but if I wanted to do that I wouldnt have gone to the store and ordered it myself. They also close the store randomly for invintory days and theres no way to know until you get there. If you plan to visit this location, CALL AHEAD the day before you plan to visit. Ask if theyre open and ask if they have the specific item you are looking for in stock and if they can hold it.
