I won a free pedicure for teacher appreciation day last spring and finally found time to use it. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, very brief wait time. I enjoyed talking with Sam as she did my toes. Comfortable, relaxing, and my toes came out great! I will definitely come back….with a few friends next time!

I love this school. With them, I earned my Massage Therapy Certification and Massage Therapist State Licensing. At present, I am often called in as a Substitute Massage Therapy Instructor when necessary and when Im available to accept the assignment. The school is filled with an excellent body of employees who truly care about the outcomes of their students. Future Massage Therapist, Estheticians, Nail Technicians and Cosmetologists all learn and grow here before moving forward to become prosperous.

Attention to detail with color and cut. These students are learning the trade so give them time & your patience. I walked out happy with my finished look. Good price. Be prepared to stay a while though.

Went to get my hair flat ironed due to my arm being messed yp from surgery. The girl had no idea what she was doing. She filled my hair with oil! Another student tried to tell her she was doing it wrong but this girl didnt care. I had her wash my hair back out to get all the oil out. I told the teacher I was there for 2 hours amd left looking like I did when I got there. She simply said well their students! She was rude and left me standing at the counter forever. Needless to say I will NEVER return . Empire beauty school is better and nicer!

Wont take appointments for manicure and pedicure but when I walked in I was told the students were all booked for the rest of the day. So you take your chances. Drove all the way in just to be disappointed. Wont make that mistake again.

Ive come here a bunch of times and tried a little bit of everything. Its so much fun and theres always so much happening. The students are excited to use their newly acquired skills and the instructors are super attentive to both helping them with technique and ensuring the client is happy.There have been a time or two where something wasnt exactly right, however, this is a learning environment- no one comes out of the womb fully fledged in their career. If someone expects a $100 set of nails for $15, they arent being realistic. And, the student and instructor are happy to keep working until youre happy.I recently had my hair colored by such a talented stylist and couldnt be happier- they spent almost 4 hours making sure my hair was perfect and Im so grateful!

Dont count on very much customer service from staff and certainly dont count on getting service all the time. I arrived within a half hour of opening and was told student salon services are filled...i only saw 2 customers. I dont appreciate coming from out of town for nothing!!! The students are great!! Should have a much better system and kinder staff!!

Today I had a haircut and highlights done by Diana. Not only was Diana personable and great to talk with, but it was evident that she has such a passion for cutting and styling hair. I have not been this happy with my hair in years!!! She is amazing! The prices for services are great and the wait was not bad either. Thank you and keep up the great work with your students!!

The only place I will get my hair done. Stylists are friendly, knowledgeable, and do a wonderful job with hair/nails...Etc. You can’t beat the salon prices. Instructors are always on site making sure that service is satisfactory. Highly recommend!!!

Frustrated with this place. I have gotten my hair colored and cut here before, but today it’s a no go. I drive and hour and 15 minutes, arrived at 12:45pm. They close at 4pm. I was denied a color and cut because they said the students leave at 2pm. Wait a minute, you are open until 4pm. So I ask for just a cut, they denied me for that also. Really????? Unbelievable!

Great place to get your haircut! A student will be chosen to do your hair, its no charge for you, because they are doing it for learning hours. If they need help, a teacher will jump in and show him or her. This prevents mess-ups which I have never received.

Always go here when I want my hair done trendy or certain way. They always do a great job, even if a student doesnt know exactly what to do, there are teachers with lots of experience to make sure your hair comes out right.

Had a manicure and a pedicure and wasnt very satisfied. Had a French manicure and the girl who did it never had done it before and it showed. I came straight home and removed it and painted my nails myself.

I currently attend school here and am shocked by some of the negative reviews I have seen. If you are disrespectful to the educators and the staff at ANY school, they are not going to be receptive to that. As an adult learner, you are held to a higher standard on how to conduct yourself and how to behave in a learning environment. This isnt high school. There are rules and policies in place such as the dress code. If you dont want to follow those rules, then do not attend. You interrupt the education of your fellow classmates when you feel that you are above the rules. There will always be people who arent satisfied, but stop and consider how serious they were about their own success before taking a negative review into consideration. I am proud to be a student here.

Had a wash and style. My hair is fine and thin and it can be hard to find a style that looks good. My stylist knew just what to do. She layered my hair a bit (I told her I didnt want short layers and she listened) and took a little off the length and its the best style Ive had for a long time. Looks much fuller and thicker. She also used a volume booster and gave it a strong recommendation, so I bought a bottle (although she made no real sales pitch) and really like it. All in all, I was very satisfied with this first experience here and you sure cant beat the price! Plan to go back soon for lowlights.

Friendly staff, but I got a rash around my eyes, and on my neck after the fascial. I had to spend money to go to the doctor, co-pay, $20.00. Thanks to my doctor, he prescribed medication, but he gave me samples.

My girlfriend went through hell and back at that school.

This is the worst school EVER!!! I was in the Esthetics class, it was a 17.5 week coarse. We had 2 teachers quit and had multiple fill in teachers. Two of them were the office workers and one student teacher. That is FIVE teachers in 17.5 wks. The only hands on experience we recieved was learinig to do a facial (because they have clinic days and having paying customers). So we made them alot of money. We never learned any of the machines, no waxing, no peels, no euopean facials. Oh and the products we had to use were disgusting. We were told to scrape MOLD out of lotion buckets and we had to use them on our selves and clients, oils were rancid and smelled bad. There was never enough equipment for all the students (spatulas, gauze etc) so we had to buy and use our own supplies on the public. On graduation day they didnt have all the diplomas or transcripts so students had to wait over and hour for these. Save you money and find another school.
