Lush has always been my favorite place for face/body washes and soap. The bath bombs are to die for, and the employees are super friendly and helpful.10/10, will shop here again.

I personally love LUSH products. However, I rate this location as a 4-star only because I know online that they have A LOT of products and this is a small store so they only carry a fraction of what can be found online. I get that this has more to do with the location than the store itself, so they choose to carry the more popular items. As a person with curly hair I wish they carried some of their curly hair specific products, but so far I have not seen them here.

I have only ever visited LUSH online, this was my first time in a LUSH store. I went twice in one week while I was out of town, the ladies helped me so so much! They pointed me to fantastic products for my skin, they asked questions and picked the best products for me and didnt just pick the most expensive. Love how everything is so clean. Wish I lived closer to a store! I loved trying and smelling everything before buying!

I have been in the store and purchased many items some good some ok. Went the other day and found the staff to be very rude and dismissive. I get the mall is dying but try to get what customers you can

My first time at a Lush store. The associates were AMAZING. They were taking every precaution to ensure everyones safety while still giving excellent customer service.I worked one on one with an associate Lauren (I believe is her name). She answered every single one of my questions and was able to recommend so many products for me. I could not have been happier. Im only in the area for a short period of time due to work, but I will certainly be a Lush customer for life now.

Excellent service and the face mask I bought is fantastic

The governors orders are that a child three & over should be wearing a mask. Children two and under aren’t required. LUSH refused me service because my child, who is two wasn’t wearing a mask, and refused to wear one. The woman kept saying “we’re following orders, we’re trying to do everything right” where does it say that a two year old must wear a mask? Especially a child that is being tested for autism. Y’all are ignorant and I will not be returning.

This is a very nice store the envioment is amazing and the smell of all there products even better. The bath bombs are my Favorite product now let me tell you all the cheapskates out there these products are EXPENSIVE like $10 for 3 ozs of shampoo its worth it for me because my hair was been so smoth as its gets amazing.

This location is very small but that doesnt affect customer service. The staff take the time to teach you about items and test samples even in the busiest hours. I have sensitive skin and they send me home with samples of face masks to try, that kind of customer service keeps me coming back.

Best bath bombs you could get in any store.

My family was waiting in line for over 45 minutes to buy Christmas gifts while I bought snacks and drinks. I brought snacks over to where they were standing in line. I was not in line and a worker from Lush told me I needed to get my mask on even though I was clearly eating and drinking. I told her I was eating and she said I’m going to need you to get your mask on. She was very rude to me! No where are you expected to have a mask on while eating or drinking. This was way out of line.

Like most LUSH stores, the store was small and crowded, which makes it difficult to navigate. Staff was very friendly but not helpful. The store smells VERY STRONGLY of various perfumes and oils; be very cautious if you are sensitive to strong scents.

They require a child two years old to wear a mask what child wears a mask at two years old and then instead of asking you they assume that policy is dumb maybe they should think again

If I could give Lush 10 stars I would!! Theyre products are safe for the environment, if you use up 3 plastic containers and bring them back you get 1 free, like theyre so efficient and they bring love to all customers. If you have a question they got you and everything else they use! They are so good with giving out free samples and their products actually work and there is always something for your needs! I went in not knowing what to get and I asked someone and I left with a product I will always use! I 100% recommend going here, nothing is rushed, and even everything looks so homemade and adorable! This is by far my favorite store!!!

If youre planning to visit during COVID save your time if you have to travel. I live over an hour away and decided to take the trip. Theres only two people allowed in the store at once which is fine but if theres a line (Of four people) the staff wants to rush you out. Instead of the employees trying to help me find products like they usually used to do, she asked me if I was ready to check out after picking up one product and under a minute of being there. I thought maybe because I was sort of close to the cash register she genuinely thought I was ready but as Im across the store and about a minute goes by she came up and asked if I was ready again. Mind you there were three employees in the store. (Two talking to each other and one at the cash register) and the only time they talked to me was to tell me the COVID guidelines for the store at the entrance and to ask if I was ready to leave. I just bought what I had in my hands and left. Very disappointing they never used to be like that. If youre planning a trip and would like to explore and take your time, wait until COVID is over so you can actually enjoy your time.

I’ve been to many Lush shops all around the world, and this is by far my favorite. The people who work here are always amazing and insightful, and are genuinely nice and caring people. They are super helpful with picking out new products and giving suggestions. I always have a lovely time and buy new and amazing products that become by favorites. Thanks for being so wonderful! I would highly recommend this shop! Excellent quality products!

I always enjoy going to Lush because of the incredible products and wonderful staff. This visit was especially enjoyable due to Andrew! He was very helpful and charismatic and hilarious, also his makeup was sick. You’re the best Andrew!

Main reason I go is because there is less packaging/plastic. They will also refill containers that are plastic. Claim to be cruelty free and more natural ingredients. I think thats just wonderful. Staff tend to be very helpful as well. Highly recommend.

I went here about 2-3 weeks ago to look for a possible replacement for Vanishing Cream (a facial moisturizer good for oily skin) since its a bit expensive ($45 for 1.5 oz I believe). It does wonders for my facial acne but again the price is a bit steep. One of the associates told me that Light Touch could be a really good replacement because of the similar ingredients and its just under $13. I bought it and noticed a day or so ago that my face is breaking out on a couple different areas on my face and that my face was redder than usual. I finally looked up the ingredients for LT and its a solid oil bar. Now, when explaining my skin to the associate, I know I stated that my skin tends to be more oily than dry because thats important when choosing face products. If I had known while at the store that it was an oil bar I wouldnt have gotten it. Putting oil on my face is and has proven to been a mistake. No other changes have been made to my routine so I dont see anything else being the cause. Im disappointed because besides LT being an oil I honestly didnt really see any other similar ingredients between it and Vanishing Cream. Instead of being out of $45 its now $60+ because I had to go back to buy VC. I love the products and the staff there but this was definitely again a pretty big disappointment.

Just had my first visit to Lush after considering buying their stuff online for a long time, especially with their company reputation for being anti-animal testing and having an awesome activism track record. The employee that helped me today—sadly I didnt catch her name, but she had black hair, bangs, glasses and gauges—was so friendly and so helpful. When I asked about the ingredients of the products because my husband has allergies, she was so kind and gave recommendations for products that would be safe to use, and then gave me free samples on my way out. If any management happens to be reading these reviews, please forward the compliment her way :)Only downside is the smell in the store is a little bit strong, but otherwise its a fantastic experience.

This is my new favorite store! The products are great and I love that they arent full of chemicals. Just real, pure, ingredients. Kudos to the staff who is always friendly and helpful which is hard to find in stores nowadays. I also love the free samples you hand out at the end of the sale. Its a good way to try something new and of course fall in love with. Ive never heard of this company before you came to Park City, so thanks for coming to Lancaster!

Emily is the freaking bomb. I used to not want to pay lush prices.... But Emily is so nice and made me feel like I belonged there and she always recognizes me. Also, the products are great? But mostly Emily is great

The staff was incredible and the product is amazing!! The bath bombs look sharp and smell great! Also the Dark Angels scrub feels great. My friends and I were helped by Emily, who was incredibly friendly and showed my friends some bath bombs in the demo tank. This is a great store!

This is one of my favorite Lush’s:) I love visiting Lush in all the states I travel to because each store has its own special feel. The workers were very pleasant and helped me select two moisturizers to sample and compare, a toner that I purchased along with Boom toothy tabs. I highly recommend the tabs in place of your average toothpaste. After one brushing your teeth are visibly whiter and your mouth will feel clean for a long time. Thank you for the fun shopping experience

LOVE this store!!! Everyone here is so super-friendly! Its a great experience every single time I shop here! The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and ingredients and are more than willing to assist you and give samples of their products! Many times, after receiving samples, I have ran back to the store the following week to purchase the products! I buy great-smelling shampoos, shower gels and creams, jellies, bubble bars, hand lotions, face masks, massage bars, lip scrubs, and LOTS of other awesome products for myself, my family, and friends.

I love Lush and their commitment to activism and fair trade practices. The products are fantastic.Everyone is so nice and helpful, but sometimes it can be overwhelming. I will never be rude to a clerk just doing their job, but sometimes Im afraid that it comes across rudely after having said no, Im fine, Im just browsing while being unable to shake the sales person.

This lovely place and people have a wonderful atmosphere,the great soaps,many bath fizzes, shampoos, everything,all are very non- animal tested,they have a wonderful book that explains exactly what is in each product,( oil, natural products,and how to use,plus a phone number to call in case of questions) I found the 🐢,to be a wonderful,help for me, plus they all know me so well that any products I want or am looking for,I just say nothing grapefruit and they already know. Wonderful, kind, people,and love to help,and will answer any questions you may have. Love them all. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!
