If it was such a great product, it would sell itself, saw comment review which was same experience, was tracked down as I passed store to come in for a sample cream, them was dabbed a cream under each eye which tingled and supposed to reduce lines, told it cost 600, then 400, then as I was about to leave he showed me a box bent on corners that he would let me have it …, thinking free, but he said for 149.00. I laughed and left. At same time thinking what an insult to scam people into buying. This was at Park City, Lancaster. Never ever bothered doing review on people who are honestly doing their job, but I hate scam tactics, especially obviously ones.

Orogold is amazing Tony brought me in and tried out the 24K DMAE Deep Wrinkle tightening solution and in 3 minutes my crows feet... 3rd eye wrinkle diminished. I am so excited I found a product that really works and the employees are the kindest, very knowledgeable! I will be bringing my mother back as well. The 24K multi vitamin deep peel before my eyes smoothed my skin and sucked the moisturizer right up.. In was dewy and I like it best!

Couldnt buy any products but believe they work. My eyes looked so much better. Tony was a very good salesman and even though he couldnt make the sale today I will be back.

Snide, high-pressure sales tactics. Each time I refused to buy an exorbitantly expensive product, the price dropped. The salesperson tried to convince me that his advice should supersede that of my dermatologist for skincare. If you have sensitive skin, proceed with caution - I had to wash off the products used immediately when I returned home as I had a reaction to the eye serum and the exfoliant. Quite an unfortunate experience - I’m glad someone was with me to witness the unprofessional sales behavior!

Wow I was so amazed by the experience and expertise of the skin specialists! Very high quality products. Definitely will be repurchasing these products; after seeing that they are the only products Ive tried that have really worked with my skin type.

This place is such a scam. Unbelievable. Lured me into the store. Wanted to charge me 699.00! for the magic eye cream, then 499.00. Finally when I was leaving he went down to 149.00. He said it was his price. He put an exfoliate on my hand then asked if I only bathe once a week. I was so highly insulted. Omg, this place is high pressure awful. Stay away, avoid them at the mall.

Ripe off. The eye product does work great. Purchased for 400. Jessica said use twice a week. Also in the Big looking syringe there was enough product to last for 2 years. LIE. I used 2 x. A week for 4 weeks. Empty now. Con artists.

High pressure sales tactics, (think timeshare BS). The eye serum they put on my eye bags worked ... but for $800? Then $500. Then $250 (whispered to me like she shouldnt do this). Read ALL the reviews of this sleazy outfit. The product is supposed to last 2 years, someone said it ran out in a month. The good reviews are written by their friends. DO NOT get into a conversation with these professional con artists! You can get the same products at Nordstrom for $35.

If I could give it a lower review I would. I was at Park City mall early this afternoon, and while the salesman stood at the door giving every Caucasian person samples he didn’t bother to offer me one. I don’t apologize for not being the correct skin color for your place of business. I can afford your place of business, and while I was tempted to go in because I love skin care, I will never because of your salesman. I past this place twice. Going to and from the apple store, so he had 2 opportunities but once again the white people in front and behind me were his go to.

The product is amazing works very well, but the staff is very unorganized and gave me two free facials because I bought a lot of product from them. So when I went to book them they only gave me one and said I needed to pay for the second. Amazon has similar products at 90% less then what theyre trying to sell and so I would hate to see anyone walk out of this store with products supporting them.

Products seem nice. Too $$$$ for my budget. Sales tactics are a turnoff and immediately put me on high alert. Sad, because Id be more inclined to purchase without the pressure.

I had a great experience today with Mati and I’m glad Jessica asked me to come in a couple of days ago. If you’re serious about you’re skincare, this is the place to go.

Dont go into this store!!!!! They are con artists at their best. I have been ripped off and attempted to get a refund within minutes of buying the product because my eye was burning before I left the store. The girl who waited on me, who said she could initially discount my product, was nowhere in site.The guy who she said was the owner now said he wasnt and couldnt do the refund because he needed a code from the girl. Finally after some insisting and and obvious red tearing eye the guy did a refund. he gave me fraudulent receipt!!!!!!! Im now writing the mall manager and the Attorney General and refusing the charge through my bank!!! I have Googled and read dozens of other reviews of people who have the same experience.

Bought deep wrinkle eye serum and was told the exfoliator was a gift....out right lied to was charged for both.,will never go back...what a scam
