I came here asking for moissanite and the manger looked at me like 🤢...and said..we do not deal with that in our company, we just carry real diamonds. Poor lady, she needs a little more education and get out of her bubble. She would have been different and I probably would have buy something here.

Really bad customer service. My husband and I walked in for a wedding anniversary ring and walked out very shortly after because the woman helping us was very short and unpleasant. We took our business elsewhere.

Megan assisted my fiance at Park City Mall on the engagement ring he gave me. She walked him through the whole process, found the perfect ring, explained all the warranty information and answered all his questions. After he proposed, I went in and spoke with her and she gave me all the advice she could on how to get an appraisal and insure my ring. I would never buy from another sales rep at any other Zales as she has earned our trust completely. If youre looking for a no hassle experience, with a sales person who knows about the products theyre selling, go in and ask her Megan. Would highly recommend her!

Horrible experience. After being promised yesterday that they would have my rings rodiumed that are soldered together even know I have a care plan we paid 100.00$ for... they are now telling me I have to pay (55.00) to have my ring tightened and cleaned. What’s the point of even buying a care plan? Beware Megan was awful to deal with and this company does not stand behind their word when it comes to promises and prices. Refuses to work with me and blames the “miscommunication” on her employee being new. Not okay. Very rude and has no competency for customer service. Won’t be back.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THEIR ONLINE STORE!my fiance and i are very upset. he ordered my engagement ring a size 7.5. he he proposed we were shocked it didnt fit. we come to find out the order was correct, the packing slip however reflected they sent a size 5. upon calling customer service they said to send it back and with in a week of it being sent back a exchange would be sent at the correct size. once the package was confirmed there my fiance called to ensure that it was there and that the correct one would be sent. the told him that there are no exchanges done except in store. so the would issue a refund after 30 days. and once we receive the refund we are to reorder the ring. For something that is solely their fault is a nightmare for us. I planned an engagement party and photos which i had non-refundable deposits placed and now since i have to cancel i will lose roughly $500. This is completely unacceptable from a huge corporation. both of us work in customer service if either one of us would pull a stunt like this we would be without a job. Zales claims to want to make this occasion a special time instead they are just a nightmare!

Dont even know where to start without rambling so Im gonna keep this short and sweet. Ive been a Zales card member for about 3 years. Tried using my card (in good standing) today and was told that since I went 12 months without using it, it was now cancelled and I had to re-apply over the store phone to reinstate....are you kidding me? What a pain in my rear-end on a Saturday trying to find purchase a gift for my sons girlfriends birthday! Now I know why I never wanted to deal with them in the 1st place! Helzberg Diamonds will receive all of my business moving forward. Even if I have to drive a bit of distance to a retail location...

I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at this location.It started a few years ago when my fiancée and I went in to look at engagement rings. She loved a Vera Wang ring but the stone was too small for my taste. Several employees came together and we came up with a custom order that imitated the style of the Vera with a larger center stone at a much more budget friendly price.Fast forward a few months and I buy my wedding band there. Again they were super helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted.A few more months go by and I got horribly sick and gained weight. Unfortunately my wedding band is stainless steel and cannot be resized. I went back in and they were able to find the same exact ring in a size that fits.Every time my fiancée and I went in they remembered us. And every time we go in for a cleaning, the team that helped design the custom work wants to see it, as it turned out that great.I will definitely continue to use this location for all of my fine jewelry needs.

Husband purchased engagement ring back in 2014 . Not a cheap ring either .$ 3,400 first week of having it solitaire diamond fell out, had it replace With brand new ring, two years later diamond fell out once again and repaired . Today diamond fell out once again . Me not having my ring day of a special bday dinner with family I would not buy jewelry here again I never had this issue with any other jewelry store ... very poor quality jewelry in my Opinion would rather buy from KAys

Im on my third ring since been married since May ...the first 2 the diamonds kept falling out...they wont allow a cash refund so Im stuck with my 3rd ring from there so wel see were that goes ..long waits to get jewelry back,diamonds always pop out an only store credit back if your not happy...dont recommend
