While we all sometimes dread going to the cable store to buy a cellphone or exchange a box. I am a new costumer of Xfinity and I wanted to be on the Xfinity Mobile service since they piggy back on Verizons towers and I had Verizon so I know the service will be reliable. Their employee Travis Fox made our cellphone purchase very enjoyable. Mr. Fox made jokes and made it fun to be in the store.
Store is awesome. Got my mobile upgrades. Xfinity mobile is awesome save lots of money and get the greatest phones. Plus the people there are the best. Super friendly and helpful.

Stole money from me due to incompetence or sin, I cant tell. Got charged for services I never used, was passed around between three different people to get the issue resolved but none of them could make a simple fix. Get it together.
Beware!! They will do anything here to make a sale. We went in to purchase a new phone for myself and to also switch me over to my husbands mobile plan. The sales rep ended up selling us a wifi/cable/phone package and assured us that we could get Xfinity at our home. After we signed the contract and made our initial payment a tech showed up to the scheduled appointment only to inform me that Xfinity had not yet reached our neighborhood and was nowhere nearby. We went back into the store and our rep refused to honor the original price we were quoted even though it was their mistake in selling us something that did not exist. We were told we would each have to pay an extra $25 a month because we cannot get the wifi or cable plan. We will both be leaving Xfinity for AT&T. My family has had a plan with them for years and we have experienced nothing but amazing service. We wasted so much time and money when this whole experience could have been avoided. Save yourself the time and frustration and search for service elsewhere.
Super unhelpful. They just kept saying they couldn’t fix the problem. When I asked for a supervisor I was told he wasn’t there. They don’t have a number for the store directly to save people a trip in. And for people who sell internet and phones, their lack of basic knowledge is very obvious. Save yourself time and money and pick a different location to go to.

I am not a fan of Comcast TV at all. But the people in this store were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly. This was a food experience.
By far the worst service i have ever experienced, they will find any way to rip you off also i have never experienced a representative from a company straight up lie to me. zero communication between co workers they honestly just dont care and its evident. this company will crash and burn if this continues as you can see all the other poor reviews speaks for your service step it up .
When I walked into the store I was extremely ticked off from the customer service representative on the phone. Ms. Jean completely changed my mood. I was a bit of not nice person coming in but that didnt have an effect on her customer service. She helped me out tremendously with everything I had issues with. She got my bill lower then what I was paying and understood where I was coming from. I felt bad for being in mood when I came in but Id rather deal with her then people over the phone.

Very rude employees. I was told by one person on the phone if I bought my new phone in they would transfer all of my information from the old phone to new one and I did not have to get any numbers from Verizon to give them to port over my number. Well when I got into store they told me they don’t do that. Not only was I lied to but I was called a liar from saying that the women on the phone did not say that. The person I spoke too was a customer service rep from x-finitely. They were extremely rude and I was embarrassed. Needless to say I did not get my phone activated. If I had known what they weren’t going to do I would have made sure to make lists of all contents on my phone prior to going in. So now I have two phones one of my husbands and one of mine we are not presently using
Clerk took back my return but when asked about deals for their services online, he was clueless. I just signed up for a 2 yr plan and upgraded service and received a new router and he says there was nothing done to my account. So gave me yet another number to call and see if I can get a plan. We Comcast had already sent a new 2 yr plan supposedly? What the heck?
Expect the same service you get with any monopoly. They dont care about service or giving you the runaround, there attitude is so sad too bad.
I have been in here twice and so far the people are very helpful, professional, and kind. I have not had a problem here and I would continue to go here for services.
Phone deals seem great but turned out 600 almost in taxes? Ive never had that before seemed so high.

Xfinity is the absolute worst when it comes to mobile. They dont give you all of the information when it comes to certain products and services and wasted 6 trips to xfinity trying to simply upgrade phones. I left xfinity to better provider.

Needed to get a new power cable for our modem router and was told to take a seat and someone would help me shortly. To get a replacement cable took me almost an hour.

This store employs some of the rudest people I have ever dealt except one exception one a young Male salesman.
My Android phone was having issues. I went to Lincoln Hwy and discovered they moved. No signage on the door, had to use Google to see where they moved to.Went to new location. Wait time wasnt but maybe 10-15 minutes. However, when person looked at my phone and the account seeing phone was under manufacturers warranty, he said that there was nothing he could do. I would need to contact Motorola directly. Said theyre not trained in technical support. I asked for a number for Motorola. He said he didnt have one, just Google it. To me that was very lazy on his part.So today I did call Motorola. That was a joke. First, didnt speak English well, and sounded like she was reading from a script. Wanted me to either send them my phone and theyll look at it or have them send me a replacement for $24.99 plus a $200 deposit. I told them neither was an option. Transferred me to tech support, they said all they could do was a hard reset. Told them Ill just call Comcast and never again buy a Motorola phone.Called Comcast. Lady was so nice and was English so no difficulties with communication. It was a lengthy phone call with necessary troubleshooting, but in the end I have a new phone coming.Also told me that the rep in the store should not have told me to call Motorola. That isnt policy. Even checked to confirm this.The lady was wonderful. Dont think Ive had a better experience talking with a Comcast person!! Told me if I have anything further or with next phone to call back. I drove to the location because I was not having any luck with customer service over the phone. I wanted to be able to have a conversation and review packages to see what was the best fit. No luck! I never felt so unwanted at a business. I left with none of my questions answered and a feeling that they could care less.
Well this is actually Denises husband writing this review. This review is both a ZERO and a 5. Zero for Monday and Tuesdays experience when I simply tried to swap out an old cable box for a new X1 box. Both times the agent provided minimal service which basically amounted to giving me the box. Nothing else. Box 1 just did not work after working on it for 6 hours. Box 2 turned out was not even scanned in correctly to my account so back to the store today. Thankfully I had Travis who took the time to listen to my problem and then provide the solution - not only did he go above and beyond he gave me a box that the other 2 folks didnt even recommend. He took the time to explain how this box works and he also noticed I had a tech visit scheduled for the next day to try and resolve a modem problem - the other 2 folks didnt even acknowledge when I said I had a modem problem. Travis supplied me a new modem and showed me on their TV how to reset the entire system and then how to set up the new box and then the new modem. 1 hour later the box was running and our internet speeds are significantly faster! Thanks Travis.
My Wife got her cell phone service through themShe had to buy a new phone 400.00 SamsungThen was told she couldn’t pay it off had to stretch it out for two yearsThe problem is yesterday her phone went dark took it to them because it’s still under warranty they told her nothing they could do for her told her to call SamsungThis is unacceptable they should stand behind what they sell and they don’tBeware

They were very quick and helpful for swapping out a modem that went bad. I stood in line outside for about 15 minutes and didnt even have to go inside to get the new modem. Quick and easy.

I switched from ATT where I was paying $185 per month and my first month bill at Xfinity was app. $90 and that includes 3 new cell phones. Thanks to Travis Fox for helping us out so much. Did I mention the service is so much better?

I have very recently moved to a new address and was having issues with the self serve installation at my new house. I gave the customer support number a call to try and resolve the issues I was having. Patrick answered and instantly turned my frustration into a great evening. I was already irritated with a long day and my router not working on my service day was the topping on the cake for me. I explained the problem I was having, he gave me several options we could try to fix the problem. We did eventually have to try ALL of them but all the while having a very pleasant conversation. He explained every step he was taking and the reasoning. He also explained why I was having the problems I was. He took it upon himself to get in contact with someone else instead of transferring me and giving me the run around. He helped me tremendously and kept me calm and happy on the phone. We completely figured out the problem, he fixed their side of the issue, and was able to get me the very first appt the very next day for someone to come out and make sure everything is hooked up correctly. So thank you, Patrick, for not only fixing the issue, but for making my very complicated problem into a very easy fix.

Very Unknowledgeable, service rep arguing about service, consistently bad service. Problems with service continue, even with service call which they didnt show up on scheduled time frame, equipment swapped out twice, etc.
Over the years I’ve had to go to several Comcast stores both here and in Indiana and I never thought I’d give them a 5 star rating but here it is! I had finally bought a replacement modem/router so I could stop paying the ridiculous rental fees so I was bringing the rental unit into the store.Instead of a small store with a counter and a high line of people waiting, it was like walking into an Apple store — big with different sections for different services and lots of staff. I found someone right away who took back my unit and also helped me with questions I had about connectivity.Now, of course, I’m still paying too much for cable tv and internet but that’s a rant for another day.

If you try to drop cable they will charge you double for your internet. It would be nice to experiment with other streaming options to save money but the monopoly of comcast will not allow this.

The wait for someone to service is rediculously long. Service is terrible. Other location on Lincoln Highway, recently vacated, had much better customer service!

Refused entry even though I made them aware of my medical condition in regards to face coverings. Gave me no other options.
Visited store to do early upgrades on 2 phones. Xfinity employee Phil tried to help me but failed to provide me the correct payment amount I needed to make to be eligible for early upgrade and told me I had to wait until the next day to see if the payment posted. I looked at my account online the next day and realized Phil didnt have me pay enough to cover the calculated final payment overage amount, preventing my early upgrade. I successfully corrected that issue directly myself. Phil also told me there was no way to transfer data from an android phone to apple phone without doing the transfer manually, once we were able to purchase the new Iphones.Thankfully, the following day I was helped by Xfinity employee Travis. That man is a rockstar! He listened to my situation completely before offering solutions, answering my many questions. He walked me through the process of upgrading. He showed us a Move to IOS App that transferred the necessary data direct from the old android phone to the new Iphone, saving me countless hours of manual data entry/importing. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my visit prior to me leaving the store. He is a great example of how customer service should be done and should be commended for his efforts.

It’s Comcast customer at its worst. Rude young lady at check in, a clueless manager, and unresolved billing issues for our cell service. If you are thinking of switching to xfinity wireless, don’t. Run away, fast.
Employee ordered the wrong phone color, I took it to the store they told me if I wanted the right color I had to repay the fee and wait 2-3 weeks for my money back from the other phone, he told me he did not know what the conversation was prior to me getting the phone so he couldn’t do anything, how do you let a new customer leave your store unsatisfied?
I have the best internet plan and it still goes out 3-4 times a day and is slow all the time, they always jack the prices up and customer service is straight up garbage.

What a scary customers service that I got today. I was trying to transfer my Xfinity Internet service to the new place. And the person who tries to help me at the front customers services in the store is not even trying to keep me in, to have the service of Xfinity! He was very aggressive, looks mad 😡 so and so. Wow❗ I dont think this is how should be serving people in person. Also, this is not the way how businesses promotion looks. Hes like it is what it is take it❗ wow moment for me the experience I had today. Im not keeping the same service I got then no way 🤷🏽♀️😂🙄even if I want it, I will not have with this kind of help no-no-no. Every time Ive been in their store they tell me they cant do anything due to internet issues. A store that one of their main focuses is selling internet services, shouldnt have all these internet issues.
