The female who was w on bring did an amazing job, despite the fact of her coworker taking his time coming off of break. The store had a line and she had done 3 orders before me, then here he comes around the counter to fill his cup up... I mean my god hellva work ethic there guy! I tip the lady a $5 👍🏻

Although it took us 40 mins to get our order (only three people in line) the manager was doing her very best. Only so much she can do when she has employees who no call no show. You really just cant get good help these days.

Absolutely horrible. Seems like they know theyre the only real option for fast food in the area, and they definitely take advantage of the fact. They are constantly out of stock of something, and the manager is rude when you call to complain of an incorrect order.

Its a shame that the owner of Subway is too cheap to have 2 people closing at night. These places are robbed often and theyre shouldnt be a female closing the store by herself. I was robbed twice so I indeed have the knowledge to speak on this matter.Other then that, store was clean, food looked and tasted great, and service was on point.

We went in this evening. Everything was going expected. The lady that made sandwiches. She told my hubby that the wrapped bag in a basket on top of the cookie rack was a grab bag of cookies for 5.99. Opened up it is a bag of companies sliced black olives!! She was the only lady working co worker was leaving when walked in.

Only one employee there and he did great! Very fast and efficient and got all the orders correct! There was a long line of people, and I was at the back, but it didnt take long for him to get to me.

Its a nice clean store, but perhaps a bit understaffed. I was the third customer in line (and there were no other customers), the first customer was finishing up with his order and was on his way in about 7 minutes. It took another twenty minutes between helping the second customer and getting to be for my simple order. If there would have been another choice in Ellicott that offered decent sandwiches I would have left. At least the sandwich ingredients were fresh, the bread was good. So, if you have plenty of time to stand around and wait, you wont have any problems with this store.

Worst subway ever, they never have enough staff so they are always slow and last time I went in there they were out of lettuce and most types of bread, how the hell does a sandwich shop run out of lettuce and bread

Very disappointed. Service was slow. Host ran out of Veggies. Only got one tiny scoop of tuna. Hard bread. Host didnt know what she was doing. I love Subway. Dont think I will be coming back to this store. Id rather drive into town to Walmart to get my Subway.

I need an adult and so does subway. I usually come in around 7. Always friendly but the food sucks. Ive seen a roll of dimes given as change. Thank god I had ones. Tonight I was offered 10% off because they only had a half bowl of soup. Teach these kids fractions before you abandon them to fend for themselves. I cant hate on the kids left to fend for themselves. This place lacks management or ownership. Cant blame the terrible quality on kids under 18 with no proper training. Subway send us a grown up to run the show before the locals stop coming. Its not like youll get drive by traffic out here

I was there a month ago and the young man clearly was annoyed I came in. The vegetables were old and gross and he was is a horrible mood. I won’t be back. It was horrible food and the worst experience I’ve had at a subway.

Small store I get it...but 1 employee? AND a line out the door....and the poor kid had to argue with a customer about the precedent of ordering......sad

Sorry about the wait. — employees, literally every time Ive been. I mean, theyre always nice and attentive, but the store consistently has a considerable wait, whether its breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Not saying to rush, but an appreciable sense of urgency for the lines would be appreciated.

My husband and I went in on a Wednesday night at 6:00pm to get dinner. When we arrived, there was four other customers in front of us and there was only one employee present. The first two customers had received their food with no issue. The third customer walked up to the counter and tried to order a sub. She was told that there was only two types of bread left and there wasnt much in the way of veggies. My husband and I and the fourth customer had heard this, which caused all four of us to leave. Closing time is 10:00pm and they were already out of almost everything. We are very disappointed in the lack of stock for the restaurant.

I went in to this subway yesterday because its the only place for miles, just for some older lady who was clearly hungover and still a little buzzed who kept trying to sell me a sandwich that i kept saying i didnt want. She was very rude. And when I asked if there was a manager that i can speak to about about my service she said that she was the general manager and she could not give me a number to speak to someone else incharge. My family has been coming here since they opened but in the last few months theyre always out of everything. And the nice young lady that was opening all the time a few weeks ago isnt there anymore. If i could give this place zero stars I would.

Right. So this place first of all is dirty. I know that its a dirt parking lot and people drag it in. But there was dirt everywhere. All the way to the womens restroom, which was disgusting but I dont feel like getting into it. There was food all over the floor and the drink station had dried sticky soda or tea everywhere. And there were ants everywhere so I didnt want to sit down.The lady had short curly blond hair and was rude. She was obviously tired at the 5 pm but that isnt my fault. I saw someone order a wrap and it looked really good so I ordered the same thing but she said they were out of chicken. which I should have known would happen because this happens everytime I come in. I ordered 2 footlongs and it took 20 minutes and my food was cold by the time I got it. The cucumbers in the line were squishy and old and I think there should be a rule to throw old food out like a regular establishment. I ended up throwing my sandwiches away because the bread was hard.This is the only establishment besides the mexican place across the road which should motivate them to step it up. If 16 year olds can work there, it shouldnt be hard. I could do it with a blindfold on.

The staff at this location is particularly friendly, they always make me smile and answer any questions I ask. The food is also terrific, always fresh.

The staff tries, but they seem to have a revolving door for employees. Not sure how good the management it, but the good is ok. Wait times can be dreadfully long even with only one or two patrons. It is nice having something all the way out 94 by Ellicott though.

The franchise owner of this location obviously doesnt care about this store. There is a very high turn over of staff. Last three times I was in either the meat was disgusting or the veggies were not fresh at all. Wont be back.

Worst subway I ever saw. The bread was stale and crumbled in my hands. The mens bathroom had no paper towels, no toilet paper, and no dryer for hands. Pathetic!
