Extremely rude store manager. She has no concept of other people. And when asking a simple question nicely she respondes with an attitude or just completely ignores you. And the food honestly isnt that great nor are the prices.

Extremely hostile and rude manager. Gets really cranky when you try to use the bathroom. I got criticized just for waiting in line. Our sandwiches were bare-minimum, and she used plain yellow mustard on them instead of the traditional Honeybaked brand. Another group came in, and she was just as curt - when they asked for ice. She just snapped, no when they asked if she had any. Really seemed to resent her job - and the customers who ultimately keep her employed.

Best ham around. Spiral cut honey baked ham!! But it comes with a price...a high price!!

I felt like I was Starving when I walked in there. While the girl was nice enough she didn’t really pay attention to what I said. I ordered a cup of soup. And a Cobb salad. It came to over $10. The split pea soup was NOT my idea of split pea. It had good flavor but was very brothy. While I was eating my soup the girl brought out my salad. I was shocked. It was minuscule. Shoved into a little soup bowl.Super disappointed in the portions and prices. I won’t be back. Going home to eat. I’m still hungry.

Great place to eat. My family and I stopped here for lunch. Friendly service. We all got the special of the day...the Classic Ham. It was delicious and a good value. We will be back!

Very rude manager/owner that I spoke to on the phone. I explained that the ham that I purchased the whole sheet of glaze just lifted off and was hard and did not melted on the ham. She told me that was because it did not have time to settle on the ham, they must have just glazed it!! What did I want her to do?? Try being a little polite for starters! I have been purchasing hams from them since they opened, but that will be my last. I will drive out of town like I did before they came to Lancaster. Im sure she is the same person, who always comes out of the little office with the frown on her face when she sees customers in line. You would think she would smile and say hello!

There food is great, but there customer service sucks. When calling about an order they just cut you off and talk over you just to get you off the phone. Im hoping my order is right since I the person who answer never asked me what my name was and what it was u order... she never even gave me a chance to say anything other I put an order in.. And she went on to say that all the orders are there with out even knowing what it was.

Throughout my time working under Lynn Thompson I was disrespected, unappreciated, and treated unfairly. I was forced to quit last week because the owner Lynn Thompson cut my hours drastically and consistently disrespected me and my integrity as a hard worker. I had expressed my concern about drug addicts working and doing drugs on the job. As I expressed this concern Lynn expressed to me that I can only do my own job and if they are doing drugs and I feel uncomfortable Im just supposed to remove myself from the situation. Lynn did not do anything about the drug addicts working at honey baked ham. I worked very hard and even came in extra days to help out and I am still waiting to get payed for my hard work. I should have been payed for 65 hours last week on Friday and I am still waiting to be payed. Lynn is purposely holding my check because everyone else at honey baked ham got payed when they were supposed to. Through the months I worked for this company I have NEVER gotten a break. On my last day working for honey baked ham I was forced to quit due to the owner Lynn Thompson bullying me. We were behind due to a large catering order and I was working alone at a fast pace to care for the customers. I had 3 orders one Mediterranean veggie sandwich one BBQ smoke stacker and one chicken salad sandwich I took 15 minutes to make and prepare these meals and the entire time I was being criticized and yelled at because Lynn thought I needed to work faster yet she did not try to help me to make the meals faster. Constantly telling me I need to work faster I needed to hustle I needed to work harder became overwhelming for me and caused me to have an anxiety attack. I took a minute to try to recollect myself and instead of letting me have a minute she came at me yelling about customers in the front when there were other employees that couldve tended to the customers. When this occurred I quit and she told me to get off the premises and as I was walking towards the front to leave she comes up too close to my head too close to my personal space telling me to behave myself because she didnt want the customers to see. Honey baked ham has bee the worst place Ive ever been employed at and I dont recommend working here to anyone. No employee should have to put up with that kind of treatment i was treated very unfairly and I will continue to report this until I receive the money owed to me.

The first cafe I ever went to that doesnt serve cafe drinks. Im talking about lattes, teas, smoothies, etc. what happened to proper standards?Dont call yourselves a cafe. Its a joke. This is a butcher shop

Omg I havent had a fresh sandwich like this in a long time . I wish they had a lot more stores around Id get fat because of this place. . Thanks guys and great food.=)
