They take and give excellent care to their clients. Questions are answered in a way that is easy for everyone to understand. Will work with you to be sure you have a comfortable fitting aid. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids. Everyone is pleasant, welcoming, and ready to assist you. Miracle-Ear of Lancaster provides courteous and professional service. Everyone in the office greets you warmly and is happy to assist with whatever you need. I’ve been with Patrick for over 30 years and with Maureen since she started. They are both very competent and professional. I could go to a miracle-ear center closer to home but prefer to drive 1 hour each way to receive their outstanding care.

The friendly service makes you at ease from the start. I have had needed follow-up service for my hearing aids and getting an fast appointment has been no problem. The crew even helped me when I was working in Alaska. As my hearing loss changes, getting my hearing aids tweaked has been no problem.

I have been bringing my mother to Miracle Ear for about 3 years since she has moved to an assisted living facility in Lancaster county. Due to her impaired judgment and memory loss, getting feedback from her is challenging, but I have always felt that staff has been very courteous and professional and accommodating in servicing her needs. While my mother is not as mobile now, I am able to bring in the hearing aids for testing and cleaning. We have been very satisfied to-date with both product and service.

Why did I wait so long. NOW I know I havent been hearing well for 20 or more years. With my 2 new ears I hear the birds flying and singing...which Ive been missing. I hear everyone clearly...without repeats. And, my wifes voice sounds wonderful again. Dont make my mistake. Go now. It is so worth it.

Even when Leon had problems with his hearing aids, the warranty was honored, and he received a new pair of hearing aids, for free, no questions asked. They are very easy to work with. We would recommend Patricks services to everyone.

The worst experience of my life! Their product is junk and the staff is extremely greedy. They lied to me about the product and were very uncooperative when I told them the product did not work and only made my hearing worse.
