Ive had several great experiences with Photonics over the past seven years servicing my Quanta for Tattoo Removal. Steve is an ACE of a guy who truly cares about his clients.The techs at Photonics have always done an amazing job reconditioning my Laser back to power every year. Which needs to be done every year or less if you run a busy practice. If you want to give your clients full efficacy and safety, keep up the service with these guys. Its well worth the money.I just bought a used Evo from Steve. The laser is exactly how it was advertised, and more. He reconditioned the laser before shipping, and flew out here to install and RE recondition it upon arrival. Honestly, I was blown away with his professionalism. So many business owners can learn from Steve on how to treat your clients, this is how its done.There are not very many people I trust in this industry. I trust Steve and Photonics 100% with my lasers.

Just had our Qunata Q-plus C serviced on Thursday for our Laser Tattoo Removal business and these guys are great. The president Steve came out and worked on our ruby side of the system, he had us taken care of in a few hours. Fast reliable and friendly, we would recommend these guys to anyone.

Always a great experience having Steve coming to do the yearly preventative maintenance on my laser. I have never had a bad experience on the phone with any of photonics employees and had tons of help recently walking me through how to facilitate getting Steve up to Canada to work. I can recommend them enough.

If there was an option to put no stars on this review i would - This place has sent us a faulty item costing $10,000.00 with no offer of a refund. They have also kept the faulty item as well. HORRIBLE SERVICE - Takes days to reply to emails if at all.

If I could give less than one star I would. Stay away from this company. Sent us faulty products and flat out refused to send non faulty items. Told us we made it up and they wouldnt refund us. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Rude and out of touch.

Great Service!

We had an issue with our Qantas laser and Steve was able to come and diagnosed and fixed the issue. We had a little bit of a schedule conflict with clients and he was very accommodating! Steve is great and would recommend!
