Last Weekend was my Mom birthday and My wife and I 6 years Anniversary. We recently moved to the AV and did not know anyone who could have help us with the Party Supplies we needed. I found P&M Rentals online and we decided to give them a visit. It was the best decision we made. At P&M we met Marvin and he was so courteous and polite. Marvin and his Team provided everything we needed. His team was on time and worked quickly to get everything set up properly. I would recommend his service to anyone who is in need of great party supplies and amazing customer service!!

🚩🚩🚩P&M Party Rental🚩🚩🚩I contracted their services about a year ago, due to the pandemic my event got postponed until this weekend. I’ve been trying to reach P&M all this week trying to add more things to my reservation. I never got a call back . Finally today I stopped by their store front to try and set up a time for them to drop off the things in my reservation. Upon arriving I found the store closed. Since I hadn’t heard back from them all week I started panicking a little, a person outside the store was there as well she told me they’ve been closed for a couple a weeks now. Seems like the store owner got in trouble with the law. If you have a future reservation with them be aware they most likely won’t show up.Where’s the 0 stars when you need it!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would! Needed an enclosed canopy and a couple of heaters for our reception. We put down a large deposit because he was promising to bring it a day or 2 before our wedding. The day before our wedding and we had to call him from different numbers because he was purposely ignoring our calls. He was apologizing over and over again with ridiculous excuses on why he wasn’t there with the canopy. My father in law was trying to get through to him while we were in the middle of our rehearsal and Marvin was so rude to say we will get there when we get there and proceeds to hang up on my father in law. They got there late the night before the wedding and didn’t finish putting it up till after 11 PM. We still had to set up all of the tables, chairs, decorations, and did I mention he forgot the heaters? THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING Marvin had the audacity ask for the remainder of the payment! The canopy wasn’t even picked up till 3 days after!! Such a pain in the butt dealing with this “business”. Do not waste your time especially your money because this business should be out of business!

Please be aware of this business and do not rent from them. I contacted Marvin for some artificial turf to be set out for a baby shower of our newborn soon to arrive. I contacted him about 2 months before our event thinking we can book ahead of time to not have any issues. He gave me a good price and told me to come in to his store so I could make a deposit. The first day we agreed on a time and canceled because he said he was out measuring for a different party and asked if I could return tomorrow. The following day when I arrived I noticed his door was locked, I called and he said he was in the back room. He came out and locked the door behind me, didnt think too much of it, thinking maybe he just was closed and didnt want anyone else coming in. But now I know its because hes hiding from people he has taken money from. We talked a bit, and he started to mention everything else he could get me for our party. He gave me some really great prices and I told him I needed to talk it over with my wife, but I would pay the deposit up front for the turf. Payed and contacted him a few days later to see if I could go back and put a second deposit for the additional stuff he wanted to sell me. He stopped answering my calls and never returned my messages, and thats when I started noticing all the negative reviews about this business and how he is taking people money. Today is the Monday after my event, never got a call or message from this guy.Please if you are in the process of planning a party do not rent from this business. I was lucky enough that all I put down was a deposit for the turf, I cant imagine being asked out for more, if I would of made another deposit. Once I saw the negative reviews, I knew he would not respond back. I know he reads these reviews, so Marvin stop taking peoples money and you are ruining special days and events for people by not showing up or never responding. The company that I ended up using also mentioned they have heard negative feedback from customers they have to cover after Marvins company doesnt respond.

I cant say much about the type of service one might expect to get from this company because I called a few times yesterday starting in the morning and I also sent a text message because the mailbox was full and as of this afternoon I still havent received a call back. I am kind of glad because Yelp has this company @ about 2.5 stars and I see that Google rates them pretty high. Based on my own experience trying to reach the company and some of the reviews from some of the people who tried to do business with them Im inclined to believe that they are not very professional at all. If you are in business and cannot take the time to clear your voicemails and/or return calls if someone texts you it would appear to me that you are either very overwhelmed or simply dont care for customers both of which would probably make for a pretty disappointing experience so I guess I dodged a bullet.

This company is a joke. They were paid in advance to set up a big tent with four sides, a dance floor and other things for a wedding. They were supposed to set it up the night before the 3:00 PM wedding. They didn’t get to the place to set it up until 1 hr before the wedding. The wedding had to start 2 hrs late because of this company. In the 3 hrs the company was there they got the tent and just one side setup. They didn’t set up the other 3 sides, dance floor and other things. Their excuse for being late was that someone left the equipment in their garage.The company finally agreed to refund most of the money back. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no refund. As of a couple of days ago, the tent was still up at the place it was installed.So if you want a party, wedding or anything else ruined, hire this company.

I would highly recommend this business.. I planned a Service/Celebration of Life Party for my wife .. I spoke with Marvin and he helped me out tremendously with the things I wanted and needed.. I called around and his price and service was the BEST.. Everything went better than planned.. I WOULD use P &M Party Rental AGAIN ...

A friend of mine hired them for a wedding. They ordered a tent with tables and chairs. The day of the wedding comes and only two people show up to set up a six person tent. After struggling to set up only half the tent for the wedding, we call it good enough. Almost a full week after the wedding now and the rental company still hasnt showed up to take down their tent nor have we heard any word from them or have they returned any of our calls.

Horrible experience, if no stars would be an option. Booking was no problem, we rented a waterslide and a mechanical Bull for my sons birthday, paid a 200$ deposit.We were told that they would arrive between 8-1130 on the day of the party. They never showed and did not return my calls or texts.

I had a last minute dinner party and was in need of table cloths and chair covers. I called around town and came across P&M party rental. They are so amazing and helpful they had everything I need and more. They went above and beyond to help me with the short time I gave them . Will definitely go back for all my party rentals.

THEY ARE A SCAM. We contacted P&M for turf rental and paid the balance in full. After a few days we tried to contact them to add tables and chairs and we were not able to get a hold of anyone. They took our money and never should up to our event. They screened our calls and never responded to our text msg.

In the beginning I was excited about my purchase. 40 chairs, 6 tables, prop #2 & 3, with shimmering table clothe. Because this was for my daughters memorial I received a discount. I was told I would be contacted a day prior to the event for drop off time. As Im preparing the arrangements for my daughter, I realized that no one has reached out to me. So as the site states 24hr service. I texted, called, went by the business. Deserted!!! After about the 20th call/text/voice-mail....my event is to start in 25mins. Im crying!!! Then after & about an hour later a truck comes rolling up...You still want your tables and chairs? Not only were they Late. They didnt fill my order. I didnt have my #23 props w/ balloons or the shimmering clothes to make my daughters memorial service beautiful. YOU GUYS DROPPED THE BALL BIG ON THIS ONE.I have plans on spending big mulah for by birthday, but I recommend this place to No One.Also, thinking about it. I didnt even receive a phone call or text for their f-up.

Super pleased with the balloon garland we ordered for my sisters drive by baby shower. It was exactly what we wanted and Marvin gave us a ton of advice that worked out perfectly. We also rented a water slide and the kids were thrilled. It made our celebration fun for the whole family. We will definitely use their services in the future.

Stay away. This business is a scam. They charged my card a little over $3000 for services that were canceled. Ive been chasing them around for a week now and cant reach anyone.The owner Marvin responded a couple of times by text messages and promised to call back with a refund proof but never did.Pursuing this legally at this point until they cooperate and return the money owed.

I was referred by a relative of mine and I could not be happier! They decorated my wedding beautifully and even took the stress of looking for a bakery for my wedding cake, they handled it for me and my cake was exactly what I asked for. They are such nice honest people and I cannot wait to use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Worst service ever. Had a small party for Easter and the jumper they brought didn’t even work. So the kids couldn’t jump. I ordered a tent and it never arrived. Totally ruined my party. Never again will I use them .

1. Asked Marvin about his bad reviews on yelp. He simply told us that it was the competitor writing bad reviews on several accounts to make him look bad.2. Told us he would set up our tent and tables on Thursday ( the party was going to be on Saturday so it wouldve been perfect to have an extra day to set up and plan our layout better. Waited all day Thursday and no one came. He promised us an earlier date because he wanted us to be HAPPY as courtesy!3. Friday morning he told us his workers would come in 4-6 pm. His workers didnt show up until 7:30 PM to set up tent and tables. This gave us so much anxiety since the party was going to be the following day. He didnt even bother letting us know he was gonna be showing up later than expected. We had to call to find out what was going on.4. Friday night - he gave us a small tent. Hed previously gotten the measurements for the backyard himself and promised us the perfect size tent. The tent covered half the backyard when it was suppose to be covering the entire backyard. (It was supposed to be raining a little bit the day of the party so we were worried) He even said hes been doing it for 17 years BUT STILL DONT KNOW WHAT HEs DOING. HOW CAN YOU TRUST THESE PEOPLE IF THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT!5. He said we will be happy. Yes he dressed up the chairs which is not in our agreement but because he sent different chair (not as agreed).6. Lights was too bright ... again! Not as agreed! So he changed it to 1 string of bulb lights AGAIN NOT AS WE HAVE AGREED. We were not given an extension cord AGAIN. He promised he would give us a power cord but he never showed up again since we gave him the payment already.We had to ask our neighbor for a power cord in order to make the lights work. Truly a mediocre business. Unprofessional and hard to work with. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other business to have your party set up. With Marvins business we had way too many close calls. I told him beforehand, if he does a great job (which was what we were expecting) we would make sure all our guests would go to him for future events but after his mediocre work, Ive told them to go some place else. If you do however choose to plan your event with this business, expect LIES.

My daughter had a party. Her & my mom rented a tent, tables, chairs, photo booth and a speaker. When it was time to set up. It was a group of people that set up the tent & dropped off the tables. Then a lady came to take our pictures, the speaker never arrived and my daughter was told that the person who was supposed to bring the speaker got into an accident. They offered a refund but they have been sending my daughter the run around about giving her money back. When they finally gave her the money, they short her by $30.After speaking with the man from the party rental. He refund my daughter the $30. He also apologized for the delay

DO NOT USE THIS PARTY RENTAL SERVICE !!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. Absolutely the worse party rental service that I have ever dealt with. The owner proved to have VERY POOR business etiquette. I placed an order for party rentals and sent the 50.00 deposit through zelle to hold the date for my event. I tried contacting the owner multiple time via phone, at which time I was contacted through text to contact him via text not phone. Which struck me as odd. I responded back via text asking for a rental agreement or cancellation policy. Which they do not provide!I should of known then, that this business was nothing more than a scam. I take responsibility for my participation in ignoring the red flags. This company was the only one I found with the services I needed that others did not provide. The day of my event, the tables and chairs arrived at a different time then I requested.Upon the arrival I was told they did not have my complete order! After the tables and chairs arrived I contacted Marvin to see when the rest of my rentals would arrive and of course no answer. Later I received a text saying that the truck that brings the rentals was in a car accident and that the rest of my order was in the truck all I could think of at this point was is this a joke how could so many things be going wrong with receiving my order? I never received the complete order of rentals. As for the reimbursement that the owner assured me I would be receiving the next couple days after my event. A week later I received a partial payment that wasn’t even half of what I was owed, Marvin contacted me and said i would be receiving the rest of my refund as soon as his fraud situation with his bank was resolved. It’s has been over a month and nothing. Obviously I do not expect he will be giving me the money back. They must need it more than I do. Lesson learn and I hope others take time to read this review and be warned. Please do not fall subject to this unprofessional business transactions.

Rented a water slide for my nephews birthday a week before and Marvin was super helpful and nice (Palmdale) Im not from around here, but alot of other places were charging $300 and his was the most reasonable price, his team who set up the slide were super nice too, i highly recommended to chech this place out.

An enthusiastic 5 star review for a very professional team of people.  They were on time and hard working. I rented 1 tents, 48 chairs, and 8 tables with table cloths.  All of it looked brand new!  In fact, the tent covers were still in new packages!  Better still, their prices were better than the competition.

Never using this service again!!! They never finished the decoration, to top it off they were still decorating in front of guests. Totally unacceptable. After the party they left their equipment here for 4 days never came to pick it up !!! Finally comes the day they decide to pick up their stuff and I go onto my patio and I find glass scattered all over the ground plus alot of safety pins !!!! What is wrong with these people?!?!?! I have a baby, plus 4 dogs ?!?!?! What if one of them got cut by their mistakes.. never again using this service!!! Very unprofessional. If I could I would give a negative star .

Unfortunately I had the worst experience with p&m. I booked and paid for a bull and water slide they overbooked and ended up having to rent a bull from another vendor. I didnt get the bull set up till after 4. I am guessing they didnt have anymore water slides I didnt find out that the water slide wouldnt be showing up until I called p&m didnt get an answer and then got an excuse so I ended up with a party full of guest in water attire and no waterslide, never once did they communicate with me I had to keep calling I was told Id get a refund and till this day still no communication I will let all my friends and family know about my experience so they can take there business elsewhere. Super unprofessional.After everything happened I had them booked for my bridal shower they brought what I had booked and even gave me money back for the bull I had rented they made it right. I am happy that they did what they said they would

I called around different places for pricing.When I called these guys back a 2nd time to book it was a different price more expensive.Had to remind them of the original price they quoted me. Should have been a red flag there already.They were scheduled to come out on a Sunday between 9-12. Had to call at 12 to see where they were.They said they were running late had to make a pick up and be right over. At 2 Im checking again and NOW Im told between 3-3:15.So they were basically setting up with guests arriving watching them. Unacceptable.We had all these decorations we couldnt use because they were so late. Cant be decorating if front of the guests now can we.I expressed my dissatisfaction and they said they will handle it next day (Monday) during pickup.Next day (Monday) Im here expecting them to come pick everything up. 1:30 Im trying to get a hold of them no answer. Had to cancel plans waiting on them.Tried again Monday evening. Still NOTHING. NOTHING all day Tuesday. Not a peep from them. Im sorry when was I hired to be their storage facility?Then Tues evening on way home from work I have to reach out AGAIN to them. Then they finally decide to come pick up their stuff.Sorry but that is not how you do business. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

They were very friendly I had no issues at all their price was unbeatable, the only thing I didnt like was that the next morning they picked up the jumper right away around 9am while were all sleeping usually they leave them until 2pm from other rental places but not a big deal I can live with that I will be getting there services again for my next event
