Got tires here. Great service and prices. Had been calling around and ended up here, and with a much better deal since my tires were too big and unavailable elsewhere. While waiting I looked around; lots of merchandise available.

Its a good shop the people are friendly and they have alot of stuff in there and a wall of gloves to choose from. Ha haaa also the best tire service i go in drop it off and pick it up in about an hour tops. Love this place!!!

Everyone at the shop is awesome. I came in from San Diego with a problem before a race. They helped out greatly to get my son the parts he needed to race the next day. I highly recommend these guys.

Dont take your bike here! You will regret it. Look at the Yelp comments first because they are very helpful. I brought my bike in for oil change and fork seals. It took over 2 weeks with calling the owner for an update. The first week I asked about my bike, I was told it was doing great in line. What kind of comment is that? Also it was sitting outside in almost 100 degree heat. The second week I called and he tells me he was 8 weeks out and that he told me of his wait time. He never stated that when I dropped the bike off. I would never give someone my bike for almost the entire summer when all I needed was maintenance. When he did call me to come get my bike he said there was a problem...my bike wouldnt start. How does that happen when I had no problems with starting it. Ever! I got more run around about him having to evaluate the electrical system and how hes so backed up with other bikes and doesnt know when he would get to it.. also, it would be more cost, about 600$ more on top of the 400$ work. The owner does not value anyones service, treats them with no respect and doesnt seem to care about the customer. He lost my trust the first time i asked about my bike. He also seems like he is out to rip you off or scam you. So sad when you try to support your local businesses and Im pretty engaged in my community professionally and would have spread the word about his bike shop. In the end, I got a trailer and hauled my bike out of there as fast as i could and took it to a more professional place who built my trust in one day...called with an update from thier diagnostic test that only took 4 hours to do and will have my bike running by Wednesday. Im not saying Riders Choice broke my bike but that they really demonstrated a terrible product and service. I will not recommend this place to anyone and if asked, will tell my story. The only reason for 1 star is that the owners wife is an angel and trys to provide service recovery. This shop has been around for years and people go. But word of mouth is powerful especially when its bad. Message to the public, this is not the only shop in town, do your research you are paying a good chunk of change for your bike and should get quality service for it.

I booked a film shoot with competing local company, who passively neglected our schedule. I scrambled for a new professional racing team and Riders Choice came to my rescue in under 24 hours. We had two bikes on set doing tricks. A second shoot a week later. I am so thankful to Riders Choice, huge thanks to Dustin, Dillon, and Conley. You guys saved me on this job.

I called before coming and driving all the way there because I’m located in Little Rock CA. I asked if they changed go kart tires and they told me yes they do but when I got there they sent me to the back and they told me oh no sorry we don’t work on those. Just very unprofessional if you ask me I drove way over there just to waste my time and my gas thanks riders choice 🤦‍♂️

I was told over the phone is that my rear motorcycle tire would be mounted on if I bring my own Tire for a total of $60 but once I got there the price went up to $89.98 say $30 discrepancy from the phone quote well I was not happy still got the job done then once again when I picked up my motorcycle I charge tax plus stem valve charge recycle charge totaling 0ver $ 109.00 that was almost doubled of what I originally was quoted even after the fact I had made it quite clear that I owned a 2003 Honda VTX 1800 I guess theres a street bike and a cruiser bike difference still not a bad out of this world charge but I felt like I was lied to on the phone and then bumped up the price once I got there Im not sure if Im taking my business there in the future but maybe Ill give them a second chance, but its slim....

Dont follow COVID-19 processes. Claim the pandemic is fake. Service is noticeably slower if you abide by the rules. Rude staff allows their ankle biting resident dogs run around and pee on the merchandise. Highly discourage doing business here.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They kinda went slow with some tire mounting (1.5 hours for 2 wheels with bead locks...) but the job was done well. If you need stuff or service for your offroad machine Riders Choice has you covered.

As a Christian group of people I was blessed by the honesty, respect and professional service they provide. I can come to them with any issue my motorcycle has, and theyll give me advice before ever telling me to bring it in, that kind of honesty brings a higher respect level to the mechanics that work there. They want to see you on the road and able to get things going, even if its not in their shop. But I also love that they have a base shop charge for most work so the prices dont get all crazy when you pick up your bike. I would trust them with my bike any day, because they have displayed true integrity...may their business be blessed as they bless others!

Tony runs a great shop. Bought my Kawi ZX14 new in Little Rock Arkansas in 2008, and recently moved to Lancaster with 32,000 miles on the as new bike. Factory level service, tune, plugs, oil, chain, tires, fork seals and front brake pads. Very knowledgeable, professional, good prices. Been up on the big Kawi sport bikes since an 84 900 Ninja and a ZX 10, all ridden throughout the western US, and Tony at Riders Choice is ago to!

Took my Yamaha 2005 WR450 for carburetor cleaning and when I got it back it wouldn’t run in second gear so I took it back to them again for warranty work and I got it back running, but it was hard to start so I took it to a different mechanic and it turns out that the carburetor wasn’t cleaned and they switched my OEM carb for a Chinese knock off. We had an oil leak in the gear box of a2002 Polaris trail boss 330 and needed the carburetor cleaned and we got it back and the fuel filter wasn’t zip tied out of the way of the engine so it melted, and the gear box still leaked. Took it back for warranty work and they had it for 2 months.They have cheap quality workmanship and they don’t care about their customers they only care about making money.I spend over $3000 and am completely disappointed and now having to spend more money at another mechanic to get things fixed and I’m out an OEM carburetor because of their dishonesty.

I walked in the door was greeted by nice employee. I wanted to order a carburetor rebuild kit for a 1992 Kawasaki Jet ski 750 SS. Employee looked on the computer but said they won’t sell it in California. I said, “Are you sure, I just saw the kit on line Amazon Prime.” He looked at me and scoffed.” Employee said, “I can’t do it.” I walked out and ordered the part on my cell phone in the parking lot. Not the first time I’ve been unsatisfied with customer service. I won’t waste the gas going there again.

Riders Choice has a sign on their door stating that employees and customers are not required to wear masks. The sign also says that customers run the risk of getting COVID by entering. It seemed risky to me so I went to the Harley dealer down the street instead.

Great people and great customer service

I love this store! This place has a huge and awesome selection of parts, accessories and gear and if they dont have it they can order it and get it fast. Great prices, they even work on bikes, sell bikes and always seem to have friendly and helpful attitudes. They are pretty much a one stop shop for most things in need and they are open on Sundays for those emergency parts that you need to get like I did before a ride that day.

This place is Great, really great people, I’ve recently gotten back into dirtbike riding with my Wife & Sons, this place has been a huge help, their inventory is the best in the AV, but best of all is their staff, they are all very knowledgeable & have answered all of my questions right off the top of their heads regarding parts and accessories, the maintenance shop are has been Extremely helpful with all of my parts and repairs needs and again more questions!! They treat you like a normal person even if you are just learning and getting into the sport. If they don’t have something in stock (they usually do but) they order usually within a day or two. I’d Highly recommend them. Nice, capable & knowledgeable!! I’ll be returning....a lot!! Thanks guys & gals!

Been coming here for 20 years and I spend thousands of dollars a year on motorcycle parts. I only come here as a last resort. This shop has just gotten worse and worse. The chubby Asian guy at the counter has the worst customer service Ive experienced. This is really a riders last choice. Your much better off using rocky mountain atv/mc or motosport. Or go to cycle gear where they at least have a little customer service.

I Didnt get the help I was looking for. They wont help you if you own a Chinese bike. They didnt even TRY to help me out.

Their customer service is really good, definitely well improved. They go out of their way to match prices. I have gotten really good deals on their tires. Their mechanics are pretty good but one of the them didnt put my speedometer cable back on right and it came undone at the wheel when I was riding it back home. They will however remedy any concerns and will own up to any mistakes you feel they have made once it is brought to their attention. They are definitely well stocked, very impressively so. They also have good deals on some bikes which are usually on consignment. I do suggest them for all motorcycle needs but I would suggest checking their service work before heading out the door. If it wernt for that one experience with the cable, I would have put 5 stars.

This on their sign theyre open 9 to 6 Monday through Saturday I was there till 10:30 this morning and they were never open so whats up with that.

Been in the valley for over 15 years, I had a flat on a Monday( most shops are closed) this motorcycle shop is open 7 days a week and they fixed up my Suzuki Intruder within a hour. Their shops mechanic is a friendly guy and took good care of me. Thanks for the great service.
