I been with Lincare sorry! I mean don’t care for 7 years. Very un professional with trying to help with Medical supply’s oxygen nebulizer supplies they don’t even care to follow the rules and regulations but with CPAP machines I looked online come to find out they make sure that you don’t meet your 70 percent compliance on purpose just to get the insurance to either pay for the machine which is very expensive or something else behind it. I strongly recommend not doing business with them they could care less about you. There’s other medical suppliers in the area look it up. I gave 1 star cause I can’t rate them for zero stars. Hope you strongly take my advice. I am a very humble person and they still manage to stress me out causing me to go to the emergency room twice threatened to take my machine away saying thy don’t care to me. Wow really nasty business. They where real fast on sending a threatening letter witch I have! to charge me over $2,000.00 dollars and put it in collections less then 5 days oh yea that was fast. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEN FREE ADVICE. PS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH COMPLAINTS ON THIS COMPANY THE NAME IS LINCARE. SHOULD BE CALLED (DON’TCARE)

I have been a patient of LINCARE for perhaps 8 to 10 years. I have required monitoring equipment for 2 illnesses, and 2 units of equipment for lung issues, including a BiPAP and nebulizer. LINCARE also provides necessary supplies and medications.. LINCARE has always been very quick to respond, very concerned, and 100% dependable. Employees are the best. I feel a sense of peace because of this company, and am so glad to have found it. The bigger company I had before was horrible -- undependable, ridiculously slow and unresponsive. LINCARE always throws itself into helping me immediately. Do not know of any equal or better customer service oriented company. Thanks LINCARE and employees.

There is absolutely No customer care. None. If they intend to use the word care in their name it should be called Nocare.
