BEST IN BUSINESS!! I needed one side of sliding mirrors for my bathroom Medicine cabinet. Took it here, was told it’d take till end of week, got it back the next day! Beautiful work and best prices you can’t beat it! Was $80 on amazon, was only $27 here and got it back less than 24 hours later. Super friendly staff as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone needing glass cut, repaired, windows, doors, bathrooms etc. I will be going for any glass needs in the future.

We recently contracted with Alderfer Glass Company to install glass in our newly renovated shower in the master bath. We were very pleased with the end result which looks absolutely great. The crew that did the installation were very professional, personable and so quiet that we barely knew they were even there. It was a pleasure to have had them in our home. From Start to finish a great experience. Estimator was knowledgeable. He took his time, explained my options and discussed features. Ordering was a breeze. Installation was perfect. Installers were neat, clean and extremely professional.i ordered a shower door for a new bathroom. I called several glass companies and received 4 estimates. Alderfer, was not the cheapest, but it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. Other estimates just had me email the measurements for a quote. 2 companies came out but did a quick measurement and gave me a price. Alderfer took time measuring the exact dimensions and explained my options for trims, install location, swing direction, etc. I am very glad I went with Alderfer and would definitely use them again.

Im very pleased with the work done by Alderfer Glass Co. I have an old house with old windows and one of them was not easy to do. Everything went well until the job was over. A sliding patio door was replaced. All was fine until the installer removed the broken glass panel and went to put it in his truck. He left shards of glass all over my neighbors lawn. His daughter stepped on some of the glass on the lawn. Her father come over to complain, but I was able to calm him down before we got into a fight.. My son spent half an hour with a shop vac cleaning up all the glass left on the grass.

The basement windows are great. They were installed professionally by experienced workmen. The bay window was previously replaced by you, with a 10 year warranty, however you replaced it again and charged us full price. The materials used to replace the window were the same as the one that was in the window you replaced. The other 2 windows had different materials.

Alderfer Glass did an excellent job templating, scheduling and installing shower glass in our remodeled master bath. The materials and workmanship are of very high quality. The installers were meticulous in their install and were very courteous. They kept my home very clean throughout the install. My only recommendation would be to improve on the lead time (3+ weeks) from templating to install, if possible. Alderfer Glass has previously installed our front entry door and will be replacing window glass for 2 of our windows. I would highly recommend Alderfer Glass.

Alderfer Glass did a wonderful job installing a very large mirror over a double bowl vanity for my new bathroom. This mirror had 3 cutouts on it for 3 small lights on (through) the mirror itself. It looks beautiful! My contractor notices on upper right corner starting to pull away but was able to put a pc or wood between the mirror and the window frame to just hold it in place while the heavy glue dried. Note that it was pouring rain that day with an unusually high humidity level. All is well now. Looks gorgeous!

I was prepared to replace 3 windows and just the glass on 2 others. However, the estimator from Alderfer pointed out that the windows I thought had rotting wood only had peeling paint. I was able to scrape and repaint the windows myself and only ended up having Alderfer replace the glass in the other 2 windows - a significant savings.

Extremely professional, quick to respond and quality workmanship. The day after I called, I had an estimate for a shower enclosure and cracked window. The price was hundreds less than another competitor who took days to come out and then give me my estimate. The workers arrived on time, were very clean and even gave me a goodie bag for my shower with a squeegee and glass cleaner. They thoroughly explained the warranty and my shower. I will use Alderfer again and highly recommend them.

We have used Aldefer twice now. The first time was to replace over a dozen panes of glass in our windows. That went beautifully and when finished, it was like they were never there other than the new glass. The second time was to help with two glass shower doors that were having hinge issues. Once again Aldefer was fairly priced, but more importantly completed the job in a timely manner and the end result was great. I have recommended others to Aldefer because they have proven to be a reputable company and well managed.

My mother was serviced here for her windshield. Totally disappointed because of such high reviews. They put the cut out glass in the floor of her car. They did not say anything to my mother about what she needed to do with her inspection stickers!?!?

We had a set of 5 windows in our 2-story foyer and one of the 5 windows was foggy (the seal had been broken) when we moved in. I contacted Alderdfer and they came right out, and provided a very reasonable estimate. Within 2 weeks the glass was installed and it looks great. The guy who came out was very friendly and quick. Even though this was a small job, they treated us like it was a big one. When were ready to replace all windows, we will certainly use Alderfer.

Alderfer replaced a decorative window in our foyer. After 14 years, discovered it was retaining moisture due to a poor job of installing by our builder.Wasnt impressed with the installer complaining every step of the way about what a poor job was done. I realized that which is why I paid them to install a new one. i wasnt thrilled with my builder either but didnt deserve to be reminded!!

They did a great job of installing our shower door which we didnt even know they did. They did have to come back to make one minor fix because water was leaking under the base near a grout line of the tile on the bottom Sill. One thing we didnt like is the younger person that came over had a few comments to say about the style of our bathroom such as very busy isnt it, to each thier own and sure is different. They didnt say that to us, just overheeard talk. Owner was very nice and I was ready to tell the young kid to step outside if he didnt like our style. We didnt hire them to give us their Telford PA interior decorating skills just to put the door in.

Just recently discovered a long crack in my car windshield. Emailed Alderfer glass that same night, filled out the form they provide to get back to me via email. Today is another day.......I filled out the form again, and am still waiting for a reply. Cant give a review on their work, but their online customer service doesnt seem to exist. If I dont hear from them today, I will go elsewhere.
