Bergey’s Kia provided me with the easiest, most pleasant and stress free car buying experience I could’ve wished for. From their internet team to their Finance team, the customer service here is superior to any other place. I emailed them about a K5 they had available and they were transparent from the start. The numbers that they shared with me via email were within the budget that I was looking for and those numbers were exactly what was on the paperwork when I went in to sign. Absolutely zero funny business. These guys are the real deal. Austin and Stuart were my Sales consultants and they were a pleasure to work with. Real knowledgeable guys who knew their stuff and made sure that they passed on everything they knew about the vehicle to me. Austin made sure that I knew everything about the car before I drove off with it. Really personable guy. Back at the finance office, everything that was discussed via email was exactly what showed up. John even gave me a detailed breakdown of where the numbers I was paying were coming from and that’s something that I really appreciated. In my recent search for cars, Tony at Kia was by far the most helpful and transparent. The process was incredibly smooth and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. Finding a new car, especially in the current market can be treacherous. It doesn’t always feel like the sales person has your best interests. But the guys at Kia were great.

My dealer was Austin and going to this dealership was one of my best dealership experience. Very welcoming and friendly staff as well as manager. No scams, everything very straight forward. These guys are an hour and a half away from me but it was worth the drive.

Service personnel Chuck and Jim were awesome. Its great to have real service in a time that other dealerships probably dont real care about the car customer. Dealership is clean and Accommodating. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Sarah, my salesperson, was super attentive and helpful with everything I needed and when it came to meeting with the finance person it was absolutely a pleasure. John used no pressure sales tactics whatsoever, but offered me options for me to consider. He was patient when I made crazy requests, and explained everything very clearly. The price I was given included no “surprises”, and the trade-in value I was given for my car was excellent. It was a wonderful experience and I was able to get exactly the car I wanted. The salespeople were not pushy at all. I had called in advance to see if a car I was interested in was still available. When I got there, the car was ready for my test drive. While we were going over the paperwork (which always takes forever) they ordered lunch for us, which I thought was so kind. I am on oxygen so they made sure to not make me walk far, and let me sit as much as possible. They also detailed the car (which was already super clean) while we were doing the paperwork as well. I would definitely go back when we need another vehicle.

What HORRIBLE SERVICE. They have had my car a week. No information forthcoming. No one knows anything. Waiting on parts, no call backs nothing. Service was poor before Bergen took over but it is rock bottom now. Do Not take your car here!!!!

But such is life.I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, so I cannot comment on the sales staff. Service staff have been consistently great. The closest thing I have to a complaint is its expensive. But youre going to a dealer. If youre not prepared for prices to be a little higher, you may want to reevaluate your priorities.

Arrived at scheduled time for roof rack installation. My car was taken immediately. Staff was friendly. Sarah, my salesperson, even came over to see me while I waited. I was out of there in 45 minutes. My experiences at Bergeys Kia have been very good.

About two weeks ago we stopped in to get my husband a new car. We purchased the 2021 kia seltos EX and traded in his 2017 kia sportage. I must say I love this dealership and the workers because it was welcoming and friendly. Our sale person was Stuart and he was patience with us and especially our 4 year old who was starting to get restless. They gave us a good value for traded in and had the car clean and detail when it came time to pick vehicle up. Our sales rep also went over all the vehicle options before we drove off. I definitely will be getting all of our future cars here starting next year when I get the telluride.

The staff at Bergeys were helpful and polite. They inspected the car and advised me what the car required. They performed the repairs in a timely manner. I am pleased with their service.

Dropped our car off the night before for service. They didn’t start the car until 3 pm the next day and then conveniently couldn’t finish it that day even though they promised they would service it that day. When they called they showed zero empathy for extremely messing up our following day. Miserable experience from a dealership that doesn’t value customer experience.

I brought my car in for some service at Bergeys Kia in Lansdale, service manager was very polite and knowledgeable of the requirements I need for my car. I was giving a waiting period about 45 minutes to an hour I said that was fine no problem, I think maybe it was 20 minutes later I was told My car was ready and was all set. I would definitely recommend Bergeys care for any kind of service the purchase of your vehicle it is a five star Dealership.

This was my first service appt for my 2021 Telluride. They got the service done quickly, but when I stopped for gas on the way home, I noticed they had not reset the service reminder, and then noticed the technician left his dirty handprints on the inside of my light Grey door. I returned to address the issue. The service managers were great resolving the issue, but I was hoping for a better first experience.

My repair was fixed quickly and I received excellent service. I will be returning with my Kia again for any future service needs.

Sarah Devereaux at Kia Bergeys on Broad St was so helpful from start to finish with the purchase of our 2018 Sorrento. Sarah took the time to answer all our questions. I have had my Telluride for 3 months and noticed a problem under the leather of my passenger seat. The service team at Bergey Kia in Lansdale was great to work with, quick with replies, and overall very friendly. They resolved the issue in a few hours and I am very happy with the results.

I was happy that I had my brake pages replaced and my rotors cut as well I needed this done.However the service manager could have disclosed the proper cost upfront because I was surprised by the actual cost of the repair. Also the time involved was a lot longer than I anticipated that day.

I recently had a remote starter installed on my wife’s car and from start to finish the service was exceptional. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist upon entering and Dan, the service manager took the time to make sure he answered any questions I had before scheduling my appointment. On the morning of my appointment, I dropped my car off, inquired about a shuttle service and in about 10 minutes was on my way to work. When I picked my car up later in the day, I was greeted with the same warmth and friendliness from the morning and I left feeling like a 5 star customer. My wife loves her remote starter and I love Bergey’s Kia for making it happen.

He even let us put a hold deposit on the vehicle we wanted because of titling issues with our trade-in, which they offered $1k more than any other local dealerships. John, the finance officer got us through all the purchasing paperwork in under an hour, and too, was very knowledgeable.
