I came to this store due to a bad experience at the Montgomeryville location; they were the next closest store in my vicinity. Customer service was great; they helped me within 10 minutes and actually greeted me and asked me my issue upon entering the store. Very polite and attentative staff; they took the time to answer additional questions I had about adding devices to my plan. I highly recommend this store.

Theres a guy here named Nelson who deserves a raise. Seriously. Most patient and affable dude on the planet. If you see Nelson or are going to this store, bring him a snack or a coffee or some donuts or something. Hes the man.

I finally gave in and upgraded my iPhone 6s to an iPhone 11. I was concerned about all of my data transferring correctly. Thomas was very helpful reassuring me everything would be fine. There were no issues. It was an awesome experience. It was so easy I couldn’t believe I waited so long to upgrade my phone. I love my new iPhone 11. I highly recommend Thomas and the AT&T store on Valley Forge Rd.

Josh, at the lansdale store was absolutely fabulous. I have been with AT&T for decades and Josh is the best person that I have dealt with!! Iwas completely a wreck when I accidentally ran over the phone with my car. Josh was the best ever!

My wife got a phone for Christmas. ATT rep activated the new phone and transferred the files. Very nice and cooperative.

Came in for 1, maybe 2 phones but left with 4. Thomas was a wealth of knowledge. He even has me considering the new AT&T TV product. So impressed with our experience here. Relaxed, no pressure. Will be back for future needs.

I was having issues with my phone and stopped into this locations. Alyssa was very helpful and kind. She was able to fix my problem and also show me some features on my phone that I wasnt aware of. The store was clean and she was awesome. I will definitely be coming back to see her!

Went to the valley forge AT&T store to inquire about an iwatch 6. Met Josh there and he was great! He gave me the information I asked about and then he looked over my account and found out I could get basically a new upgraded phone for free. I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise that I got the new Samsung note20 and got my wife a iPhone 11pro and still got my monthly bill reduced by $20! I love you, man! I will be back next week to get my wife an iwatch 6 and seriously thinking of going with the streaming TV they are offering.

Came in tonite for a new phone for my son. They are under new management and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. Thomas the store manager was great. He was really helpful and got us the best deal. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

I am extremely frustrated with ATT and this location. I have been dealing with an issue involving a trade in and credit for months now and still waiting for a resolution. I turned in the phone to this store. I have called this location and was told a DM would look into my issue and get in touch with me for weeks. I have called and left numerous messages and still nothing. No updates on the status either. I have had my cell phone through ATT for over ten years and I am contemplating switching carriers if this doesn’t get resolved!

I recently went into the At&t store to add an iPad to my plan. I normally go to other locations, but with everything being closed I wandered into this one. As we all know, adding onto a phone plan can be extremely frustrating, but my experience was excellent, with this employee! Alyssa was awesome! She answered all my questions, gave me a couple different options, based on what I wanted to pay, and was extremely patient during the whole process! She was super friendly without being pushy about add ons (which I wound up purchasing)! If anyone needs some superior phone service- head to this location- ask for Alyssa !!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE! they recently switched mangers and he can not handle when it’s busy. You walk in. And instead of asking what you are here for he ignores you. We waited for over an hour for him to just to tell us that our issue is out of his control and we have to call customer service! Absolutely poorly ran store!

Jen, the manager spent over 45 minutes trying to help me restart my voicemail. She was very diligent and tried many things. She then wrote down everything she did so that when I called tech support, which we have insurance for, they were very impressed with all the ways she took to troubleshoot the problem. They said she went over and beyond . They were very impressed as was I. Ultimately I was directed to advanced tech support in Oklahoma and they got my voicemail to be able to work again!🤗

Im a senior citizen, who took my 2 teenage granddaughters to your North Penn Market place, off Valley Forge, in Lansdale PA to purchase 2 iPhone 11s. Anticipating a line, we arrived at 9:50, because your website indicated a 10 AM opening. 10 minutes later, another couple arrive & shortly thereafter, a woman joined or line. At approximately 10:10, the man behind us called another AT&T store to make sure the store was open. He made a call & told the man behind us that she was on the way. Terrific! 10:30 arrived with her! As she nonchalantly made her way to the door, I said what,a going on?b as shes unlocking the door, she turns to me & says thingsHappen - like traffic. I live in Upper Darby! No apology- just an attitude that screamed HOW DARE YOU QUESTIOB ME! I grabbed my granddaughters hands & left! Im not about to hand that kind of money over to that kind of rudeness! NO employer should consider her an. Asser!t!!

The ladies working at this location where very helpful and knowledgeable, so I got a different phone than I was looking for and even payed less for the same features. Im100% satisfied with my purchase. This store is less crowded, so I also got faster service.

An afican american women with long hair, in braids was 29 minutes late and when we asked what happened, she responded with Things happen. When she had McDonalds in her hand and in a rude tone a voice. We were first in line and because of her rude attitude we left.

We got to the store at 9.50 because we wanted to be first (wich we were) and we were trading in our phones. As a line started to form a man standing with us called a neighboring store to contact whoever was opening as it was now about 10.10. The gentleman on the phone said she was running late, so we continued to wait and about 10.30 she shows up we asked her what was long she replied things happen with McDonalds in hand, her reply was in a rude tone so we decided to go to a neighboring store.(Description, african american woman, long braids)We dont know her name..

Second time I have been in this store. It was just as bad as the first time. When I went in with an question all I heard from the sales girl was I dont know I dont know I dont know and I cant help you with that. What does she know. The manager was also there the three of us she couldnt hear what the sales girl was saying and try and help no she sat there. I didnt get what I went in for a new SIM card. The day before I called customer service they said they could send me a new card or I could go in the store and there will be no charge. Well I ended up paying $5 for the card ughh. Should have had sent it to me. Anytime I call customer service they are so knowledgeable, helpful understanding and go out of their way. I dont know how these stores operate the three I have gone to in the area same and even rude. One more thing I asked if there are any deals on the iPhones. I got an answer of yes but thats it. I had to draw it out of her. Do sales associates need to be trained better.

My reviews are usually about eateries but i just had to write a review about this store. In most AT & T stores there are lines but not here, i think we were in and out in about 10 mins 😀 never crowded, answered all of my questions and my son was even occupied watching cartoons on the tv 😀

We were scammed at this place. Very shady business practices. Multiple issues with our payments and phone trade in. Manager was completely unwilling to correct mistakes. She just blamed everything on third party contractors. Was not upfront with contract.

Worthless - went in for an under warranty phone that got corrupted after a software update. After noodling with it for a few minutes, was instructed to take the phone to Best Buy because maybe they could exchange it for me. Instead, I went to Car-Tel in Harleysville where Kevin got a warranty exchange initiated and gave me a sim to use on an old phone while waiting for the replacement to arrive. Unfortunately, I could not give zero stars, because even a 1 star rating is way too generous.

The store is in a good location but the staff either isnt very knowledgeable or not very attentive. I went in for an iPhone 5s SIM card and they gave me an iPhone 4s SIM card even after I mentioned that it seems a bit big.
