This is where office supplies come to die. The store is in such a sad shape, they should make a meme out of it. The staff is super friendly though so they get 5 stars. And I still like Office Depot over Staples because of the customer service.

Never have I seen a store that doesnt have ink. Its so low on ink that I wasted my time to come 25 minutes out of the way. So order online and save ⛽

I called yesterday to see if they had ink in stock for my printer. I spoke to a woman who had me hold while she checked. She told me that they had the ink in stock. Today I took a 20 minute drive there only to find out that they did not have the ink in stock. They offered to order it for me. Really! Why didnt the incompetent help figure this out yesterday. I wasted 40 minutes driving there and back for nothing. I could have ordered it online closer to home and had it in a day or two. I wouldnt go back there if there are other options.

Great prices on back to school supplies. Offers and rebates on many items. Beats the competitors on price. Nice furniture, assembly offered for a fee.

Cavernous, spartan, dusty displays and shelved products. We found what we needed but the place is not enjoyable to shop in.

The store looks like its about to have a going out of business sale. Its not fully stocked and there is always more than a few items at the front that are discounted for one reason or another.

Love the higher prices.

Out of ink, paper is on sale yet if you buy one, its more than the regular price
