This CVS is the worst in all of Delaware County. They are always out of stock of most things. The pharmacy continues to make mistakes on my prescriptions. I only go here because of its location.The staff in the pharmacy are the worst!!!! they dont care about you!!! I was hung up 3 times and no one knows what they are doing. one say my script is here and the next person says its not. they asked me who did I talk to, but none of them tell who they are when you call. I have been put on hold without any warning, for 20 minutes. They finally came back on the line, to tell me my prescription will be ready by 1. I will be writing a complaint to the corporate office about the inept staff in the pharmacy.
Drive thru does not keep posted hours of operation. BEST to call before you go to see if it is open.
When I need to fill my prescription Im on hold forever only for them to hang up on me. Called again and it happened a second time. Please do better!
Im surprised at all the bad reviews because I’ve always gotten good customer service at this location. Lately, the drive thru has been closed when I go and the lines inside for the pharmacy have been lengthy and even the wait times which is the reason for my 4 stores but I can’t say that I ever had bad customer service here.
This store has had a closed drive-thru sign for 3 days and you cant get anyone to answer their phone, even after the store manager transferring. Our family limits exposure to indoor public places where people are known to not follow rules around COVID due to medical ussues. My mother couldnt even call to pay and get it delivered. I stayed on hold 15 minutes the first time and 8 the second after being disconnected on their end. The store manager said he was not aware the drive thru had been closed repeatedly.
Went there today after traveling to 2 other locations for money gram. It’s hard to find locations because of the devastation here in my city. Luckily we found a location where everything is working flawlessly!! Thanks!! This was the location we had to travel to after about a hour of looking for a CVS.
They don’t understand the emergency..just simply answer no they didn’t receive any proscription…Pharmasist lady need to fired…emotionless
This location always says one thing online and when you get there theres always some issue with that you need. Says that they have walk in vaccines but none available when you get to the store
Pharmacy really stinks. The pharmacist that Ive been dealing with has been very rude & disrespectful. And I requested the home delivery via Fed Ex. Was told it would arrive in 2-3 business days. Its now the 4th day & I called to find out what the hold up was. & was told the 2 prescriptions were stil thrre at the stores pharmacy !!!! now looking into Walgreens & Rite Aid to deliver my meds after I transfer out of this RUDE & INCOMPETENT CVS Pharmacy located on N Union Ave in Lansdowne, Pa.,19050
Its 9:17AM and pharmacy part of CVS still not open. Customers and staff waiting for the pharmacist to arrive. Poor customer service.
Worst pharmacy ever. Took them 5 hrs to finally give me a portion of my prescription and was never called back for the remaining until today and it has been more than a week. On my first pick up, they told me to come back after an hr. Went home called them twice each time was another hr wait. Finally on the third call, they told me that it wasnt available but they have a portion of it disponib. Since i was in a lot of pain i decided to go with it. Drove there listen for this, their computer went down and i had to wit for another 15 mn. After 20 mn the pharmacist came back to assist me and guess what, her answer was sorry, come back in an hr we dont have it. I parked my car went inside told the lady that i just spoke to one of them and was told to come and get whatever they had left. She went back look for it and it was right there waiting inside the basket. This experience was the worst ever for me in so many levels. Will never send my prescriptions there anymore.
Staff in pharmacy is very nasty and rude like they dont enjoy their job throws bag into your hand like your a dog...several occasions its only 1 that does this!! She needs to get a life and present herself better to the public...she makes the place look bad..

I used to love the pharmacy. They went the extra mile and were truly fantastic. In the past three years, theyve really gone downhill. They usually struggle to find my prescription and recently, they mixed it up with another. They claimed that it was all fine now because they fired the person that did it. What the .. How is that ok? Losing my medication? Not cool.Edit.. Theyve gotten so much worse. They deserve zero stars. Youre seriously rolling your eyes at me and telling me to HOLD ON when I spell my last name too fast for your liking? No.

Four stars because the Pharmacist Jennifer has helped me a ton! However, the technicians seem to lack Customer Service and that personal friendly touch I’ve come accustomed to with other a pharmacies. They would always forget to put in my phone number for discounts knowing they are suppose to ask for bonus card. Glad you don’t need that anymore!!Most recently, after the take-on of Giant customers, every time I call the gentleman says two to three hr wait! It use to be 15-20 minutes.When I need a script I need it - don’t have that time to wait so I now drive farther for that convenience!
Unprofessional and lazy
This CVS is okay, it is definitely being revamped and customer service can be better. Lately, everytime I go there there arent that many cashiers, however, there is this one attendant who is very attentive and helpful. I cant guarantee shell always be there, but she does make a difference, I dont know her name.
Theeeeeeee worst pharmacy ever!!!!!!!! The girls play around all day. No regards for people in line or people waiting for prescriptions. They tell you 20 minutes, and you wait hour . Wish I could give them no stars, for their poor service.
I generally like this store. I would say that customer service training is in order for some. They seems to run out of sale items so quickly. There is a new cashier that has not been trained enough that she feels confident. They need help.
The pharmacy staff are very good. They take care of my parents with their medication. Very knowledgeable. Now this one guy that works there is very rude, but I really think something is wrong upstairs. Creepy African American guy. He has this thousand yard stare. Im sure the management knows this and need to keep him in the back. I tried to withdraw some money from the ATM there by Santander Bank. Money never dispensed. Anyway, fast forward, I asked him to put an Out of Order sign up so nobody else loses their money because it just might be their last. He looked straight through me and pretty much ignored me. I got pissed on top of my pissed offness and left. Its a shame hes causing this store bad reviews.
The lady that claims she is the manager of the store, has really nasty attitude and you cant even ask her a question without her snapping on you .she need to be trained, how to deal with costumers. For my bad luck everytime I go there, she is at the register which made me stop going to that store bcs im not going to ruined my day bcs of her.
The cashier name Nathaniel is so RUDE. He does not greet you, he doesnt help you with anything. He stands at the register emotionless and doesnt say a word not even a simple HELLO or Hi. He must get paid to be a mute. He doesnt even tell your total when he done ringing you up. Oh and dont ask him to double your bags or to get something for you, he moves slow and act like he doesnt want to do his job. I dont see how they hired him to work in customer service because he needs some serious training or another job. Also this location has expired frozen food. I picked up a frozen pizza and something told me to check the date. Come to find out that pizza was several months old. I asked Nathaniel were there anymore pizzas in back possibly, and of course he stood there like a mute. I wont be coming to this location ever again. The service is TERRIBLE, and products are not up to par or in stock.
This is where I got my accutabe prescpriton for the 6 months I was on it. They usually had to order it, they didnt have it in stock. They did great. With this presecription, I had only a 2 day window when I could pick it up. Never missed it thanks to the awesome team! For those complaining, please exercise your empathy. Retail pharmacies are understaffed. Their workers are overworked and underpaid. And its healthcare, not fast food
Cashier Gabrielle who identified herself as a manager, hada funky attitude until I informed her I was sent to investigate a complaint and so far the complaint was valid. At that point she became very humble. CVS in Lansdowne needs trained employees. Customer service ettiquette does not exist here

HORRIBLE customer service. The cashier was very RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL. I really god SCARED/THREATEN by the way he looked at me.The price I was being charged didnt match the price on the shelf. The shelving is a mess.I am a CVS loyal customer, but I will NEVER go back to this specific location. I do not want to deal with this kind of customer service.

I had a script called in the night prior from my doctor. When I called the next day they (sounded like a white female) said my script was sent to “the cvs I usually go to.” When I tried multiple other CVS’s they had nothing on file. When I called Lansdowne CVS after confirming with my doctor that he sent it to Lansdowne CVS a diffferent woman picked up and said they had nothing on file. Two different stories. How are you able to tell me my script is somewhere else when you have nothing on file? Do not use this CVS - they have terrible reviews for a reason!

The store looks dirty, the parking lot has holes and there was no one at the register, I had to find someone. The last time I came in here was 2 years ago and they had expired products on the shelf, when I asked for the store manager, she seemed unconcerned and move the the items from the shelf. However, I was not confident they were not returned to the shelf after I left the store.
This store is permanently closed. They transferred the patient records to CVS @ 119 E Baltimore Ave, Lansdowne, PA. The Rite-Aid phone number rings at CVS now.
Dont go in there, ignorant customer service they have a hard time, they cant even help you what your looking for, smfh
