Me and my fiancee do all our shopping here.I have no complaints about anything at this Giant.Great customer service and ita always clean and organized.

This location has a bad rep to us of Delco but I personally like this location. The employees are always helpful, check out lines are never too crazy considering time Youre shopping and location. Their gluten free and vegan options arent many if youre looking for those however they always have gluten free cupcakes, cakes and cookies in the bakery.

The workers there are so so nice and friendly. I like the fact that they take the time out and talk to you. They treat you so much better than the other markets. And they respect each other. No attitudes.

I worked here for a better part of a year, and always do my shopping here when I can. Best super market in the area.

The store used to be a good place to shop but but now, its no cashiers they direct you to the self-checkout line dont care if you got a full cart you have to do it all yourself and when you ask to speak to a manager they dont service you they hide in the front office

Good amount of space, has everything I expected giant to have, wouldnt mind going back to shop for groceries there.

I love Giant...I went here to get some flowers for my pastor wife, well my sister in law wanted a couple of piece of ribs that were out so she ask one of the men that was putting it out could she get it...he was very nasty and said were not open yet 😡 she said I just want a couple of rib...why she said that, he slam those two ribs in her tray and said...I said were not open yet!!!Wow!!! Wont ask for food there again...she said please, but other than that I still like the Giant!!! It dont hurt to be nice even if your not open and a customer wanted something to eat, I still would of help them.

This isnt a bad Giant at all! In fact, they have a pretty abundant selection here in the landsdown location, along with some decent prices. Nothing incredibly expensive like inside of Acme or Albertsons Grocery stores. Still, I have to admit, Shoprite of Eddystone Pa Is my favorite grocery store as far as abundance in their selection and low prices. They are definitely the ones who set the bar for my critiquing.

By far one of the best supermarkets. Always stocked and efficient at checkout.

Medium selection of pet care, household goods, and personal care products. Small selection of international / Asian / Hispanic foods.Often very busy during peak hours. Offers online ordering and delivery or curbside pickup. Minor Covid-19 precautions are in place and building is adequately clean.

I love this Giant. The layout of the store is easy to follow, although I find the deli confusing and it has a lengthy wait, the bakery is always well stocked. One area that needs help is the cat food aisle. Very small sele tion, looks like they are re-vamoing it but its been a long time.

Love the cleanliness and organization of this Giant store. Get my sugar products without the sugar tax. I think the prices are very comparable to an Acme, without the sugar tax. Plus they have a gas station. 😊

The staff was very helpful and responsive to requests despite my early morning visit. Service like that is appreciated.

Nice and cheap grocery. on july 4th weekend they had a deal on corn. Very nice. we enjoyed corn BBQ with our regular chicken BBQ. Always shoppers!!

All ways fresh lunch and the large variety of fresh meat. To those that still eat pork they have some of the best looking pig feet.

Well this is my main store but lately I have went and no shopping carts available at front or back entrance. My friend had to use a box she got out one if the isles to put her groceries in because upon entering the store there were no carts. But once she gets to checkout and leave then magically a few appear. This is not cool as we the customer spends our money and dont have the necessities available.

I ordered a pan of fried chicken, it was seasoned, cooked thoroughly and delicious. The gentleman (Sam, I believe) who assisted me in hot foods was wonderful. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

I love this market. The produce and meats are always fresh, with plenty of variety to choose from. They also have a robot helper on the floor if you need assitance- very cute!

My card was used by an unknown person for $75 worth of Peapod delivery, called to dispute it. Was hung up on by the person I was connected to.

I dont know why the items that are on sale dont show the discount until the end. It doesnt show clearly that your bonus card has been accepted. Ive had 2 orders rung up wrong with several items not discounted

No lines. Alittle dirty in front of store. Need to hose down and empty trash cans. Prices alttle high but quality produce . Free parking.

I love to shop at giant, Never disappointed they always have a good sale.

We come here for our birthday cakes every year. One style of cake they offer is with a lite whip topping which is airy and not too sweet unlike buttercream or icing. Yhe cake is really good too. The staff are always helpful in figuring out how to help us even on short notice aka hour of. Lastly you cant beat good prices.

The store is clean and the customer service is good. The employees seem to be knowledgeable of the products on that day.

This is by far one of the worst supermarkets in the area. Upon entering you are greeted with trash in the parking lots and walk ways. Ninty percent of the time there are no carts in the vestibule. The meat counter is unattended most of the time and shelves are often devoid of product. Too often not enough lanes are open resulting in long waits to check out.P00rly managed!!!!!

I just left the store. I usually have great things to say about Giant. This trip I was able to get every thing I needed and everyone was great until I got to the seafood counter.The kid was not rude or disrespectful. However instead of packing my 3 lobster tail, he first took the opportunity to look around and pack 3 place them aside down below without a sticker and than once his coworker appeared he proceeded to package mine put a sticker on it and I was on my way.

I like shopping here and using points to save on gas (I’ve saved as much as $0.50 a gallon! not much but definitely not going to turn it down😅). But every time I put gas, there is a $150 temporary charge, which is excessive. Filling up gas tanks for non diesel cars usually don’t cost more than $50. If you don’t have $150 in your account or card it may temporarily throw you into overdraft, decline, or restrict you to use those funds for 3-5 days. So, if you can’t afford to have $150 restricted for that time frame, this gas station is not for you.

Food is always fresh but they need to do a bit better with restocking the fish.

Very clean and organized and shelves filled with products. Also gentleman at deli counter very helpful when l questioned them about the brand l was choosing since it was my first time shopping at Giants.but it will not be my last.also at checkout my cashier was polite and professional which meant a lot in this day and age.she also gave me the sale card.MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!

Easy to find items. Lots of choices to choose from. Lots of new items that give you great ideas to create & craft. To create theme parties. Smells good! A/C is excellent! Very heathy choices. Vegan friendly for you / anyone you know. I love the fact that the self service area has a option you can remove your items off the counter if you bought a lot stuff & put it in your cart so you dont to make separate services. My kids love Marty the robot. Love the fact that they have a stuffed animal of him too. A++ smooth riding handicap carts easy to operate, dont take too long to charge up if running low. Very comfortable plenty of leg room & good foot placement areas. Very quite running too. Barely hear engine at all. No crackly & scratchy sounds. Very very clean & all throughout the store as well. Plenty of room & easy to reach. Love the 10 for $10 option. But also love the sales on buy 2 items for a certain discount or 3. Plenty glutton free products. Lots of reduced salted / non salted foods as well. Tons reduce fat & low calorie products. Love the milk options. Love the fit drinks. Lots of magazines to choose from. Love where they placed customer service at right after the check out lines. Will shop here again & again.

Has consistently been a pleasant shopping experience before. Its Covid-19 clean, has removed hand carts to help manage sanitizing avaliable larger carts. Produce is pretty fresh and large selection of cheeses and decent amount of other food options.

This is for the Giant in Marple. 5 stars because the cashier wiped down the check out conveyor belt before each customer put their groceries on the belt. HOWEVER, two days later I went to the Giant in Lansdowne and that cashier DID NOT wipe down the conveyor belt which was very nasty looking and had wet spots from previous checkouts. So, go to Marple if you can.

I love the giant food store a great selection.

I explained to the manager that it looks like false advertisements on the apples and pineapples.The apples are per pound but the sign looks as if they were$0.99 a bag.The pineapples says $1.00 but when I was at the register it rang in at $1.27.The manager and cashier acted as if it was not an issue at all and asked if they should void them.

Good experience purchased every item on shopping list. Not too crowded either.

This particular giant in recent years really went down hill. For starters their carts are in disrepair. A few of their small two tier shopping carts have issues with the flap back parts that result in your groceries falling out the cart all over the floor. They claim all the time their prices are guaranteed low but this is never true, yes sure they have a large selection of things you wouldn’t find at other stores but the prices are typically never low. If it hadn’t been for their six station self checkout i’d be a 1 star giver, but the cart problem is easily fixable with some zip ties, but who knows if they even care.

Nice market, but the curbside pickup could use some vast improvement.

Slightly overpriced grocery store, but nothing out of the ordinary. They do have nice sales once in a while.Update: please note that the staff is kinda hood, management wont come out to help shoppers with anything, and they do NOT have non-dairy cheese. Large selection of cheese, none are Lactose-free. And if they DID have it, I couldnt find it. I tried to get some help but the store manager didnt bother coming out to even TRY (they just sent the clerk back with If its not in the cheese aisle, we dont have it) 😒 Maybe Im kinda spoiled by good customer service at places like Whole Foods, but I expected slightly more effort from this overpriced grocery store known as Giant.Oh well, Im gonna throw my money at Trader Joes and get my Lactose-free cheese slices!

Second time this week went to store never any shopping carts inside at either entrance. Shelves either low or no items stocked.

I went there today 12/13/20 around 12pm went to the seafood section my experience was not pleasant. The giant associate stocking fish in charge of that area at the time was not pleasant. No fish was on display for me to choose so I couldnt give her the right name of fish I was looking for; so she was frustrated. Even though my experience with the associate was unpleasant I dont blame her for that experience. I blame management in charge of hiring and or over seeing that there is enough staff to work and help each other. The associate was clearly overwhelmed at the amount of work and clearly needed an extra pair of hands or assistance to both stock and deal with giant guest. Please make sure theres at least 2 people in those areas the giant associate was all by herself.

I understand we are a lower income area. But there is no reason for us not to have hand sanatizer or wipes for wiping down the carts and baskets. If your not going to do it GIVE US THE ABILITY TO DO IT.

Small and some how disorganized. Its hit or miss with the staff, some are very helpful and you can tell they know their store, while others are apathetic and rude. I instacart, so my head went sideways when one of the staff responded, I only do dis bruh... when I asked where an item was. Wouldnt shop here myself.
