Nikki Bergman is such an Awesome Audiologist she has always been very kind Helpful and considerate she treats everyone with Dignity and has General concern about each individual and works with them to give them the best hearing possible,it doesnt matterbif it take 10 adjustments to fine tune everything to our hearing needs she always is patient and does it with a wonderful smile. Highly Recommend her for your Hearing needs.

Kathy is awesome! She serviced my great grandma and made sure she got her exactly what she was looking for; the brand, the size, making sure they were comfortable, etc. My grandma actually looked forward to her appointments! It wasnt like a chore, like gotta go to this appointment again.... All n all, Kathy works really hard to make sure her paitents are well taken care of and that they really understand what their tests mean and what to do next! 😊

Kathy is amazing! She makes sure that every patient understands their diagnosis and treatment options, no matter how long it takes. If a hearing aid is recommended for treatment, she takes the time to explain the differences between all of the types that are available to ensure she and her patient together choose the correct one for their needs.Above all, she knows that a hearing aid cant do its job if the patient doesnt use it. So, she will see a patient as long or as many times as necessary to make certain the patient is happy and receiving the maximum benefit from treatment.

Kathy is great. She doesnt rush you through the testing. The hearing aides are computer programmed to your specific needs, be it in a group setting, listening to music, etc, etc. I can now hear my husband as he turns away from me asking a question, I can hear those soft spoken ladies in my quilting group and most of all, I can hear when my grandchildren talk to me. Thank you Kathy.
