Today, I went to Elegant Beauty Supply. Finally, I found a product that I had been looking for for a long time. I was very satisfied. What delighted me the most is an employee: Samantha. She was very kind . She helped me a lot and advised me in the choice of my products. She’s very professional. I’m sure I’ll be back in that store.

I didnt end up buying anything but the people there were extremely nice very helpful. They have a lot of really cool stuff there too.

Juju’s customer service was excellent. Went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bundles. Was satisfied

Took a while to get service in the wig section. I did not receive any acknowledgment or assistance when wondering from aisle to aisle

April 28, 2021. I absolutely ❤ this beauty supply store. The staff is more knowledgeable of the products. And they are very nice and helpful. Listen... I am a very picky woman when it comes to wigs. They were very patient when it came to my needs. And the prices are very reasonable. If they dont have the latest in product they will order it right away. Ladies I highly recommend. The hairstylist isnt the most experienced hair professional. She had her entire family in the salon. She answered 7 phone calls while attempting to blow dry my hair. I could smell that my hair wasnt clean do I mentioned it to her, her response was she is doing just a washed and that it will be fine after she had the chance to add more products into it. She then got back to her very loud conversation she was having with her male friend who just moved to forward. I love supporting small businesses, but it is hard to do so when the individual’s bedside manner is left in the back burner. I recommend readjusting the way you treat your clients when they are in your salon. Good luck

Worst customer service in the world. These workers need training on customer service skills. I would NEVER step foot back in here again. Take my money where it’s appreciated. Outrageous and yes it was that bad to say the least !!

Not only do they have a huge selection they have great prices and excellent customer service. They were very helpful and patient in helping both my sister and I choosing the right style for us. I will join their VIP membership and return repeatedly thank you to all the staff and management in making this a fun experience its very rare to find service like this these days.💖💖

I gave this elegant a 1 star because it is the lowest rating I could possibly give them. I came into this elegant to purchase hair and when they girl gave me back my money she gave me a fake 10 dollars bill. I came back and spoke to the manager and he was no help at all and very rude, swearing up and down that they dont give out fake bills. DONT GO TO THEM THEY HAND OUT FAKE MONEY.
