Waitress was attentive and friendly. She recommended the eggs florentine for breakfast. I am not a fan of them, but took her recommendation and WOW! Best I ever had! Spinach was fresh and chopped and really tasty and the eggs were perfectly poached and the sauce was not salty or too thick. Slice of tomato in between. My mouth is watering just describing it. I am definitely going back before I leave Boynton Beach.

Do not waste your time stopping at this dive! The minute you walk in the door the pungent smell of urine hits you like a brick wall. Against our better judgment we stayed to try the food. We sat on the patio so we could at least breath. Service wasnt great either. The staff argued that the items that the menu stated were included was not. All Hot Handhelds include a side item and the server and the manger told us that it did not. All in all one of the WORST dining experiences I have ever had. Steer clear.

My dad and I went for breakfast and it was horrible. My dad got eggs and bacon and taste like dish soap. I got strawberry waffles and the strawberry still had the leaf on top. I also got a very small chocolate milk and it cost $5. Waitress was rude and never checked on us. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!

Great place, has a nice home country feel to it, food is delicious and nice size portions. Staff is friendly and prices are fair. Reason for the two stars is the rush feeling you get. Once the food comes out, in less then 10 minutes without even asking you get the check put on your table and asked if you want a to go box. I have eaten there for a long time and it always happens. For whatever reason they want you out the door ASAP. Otherwise Really good place, just never have the time to fully enjoy it.

We like to go for breakfast. The food was always good. Good portions at fair prices.We went for breakfast a few months back and was a noticeable difference. The food was awsome. Great presentation and delicious.I asked the waitress if there were new cooks. And indeed there were. Atmosphere is a bit plain but food is great.

I had been told this place was amazing. I did not think so. I was there and had the southerner. I love biscuits with eggs on top smothered in sausage gravy. Thats what the menu said I would get. I got that deconstructed. So I had to finish the job and put my breakfast together to get what I ordered. The biscuits were not fluffy and I needed a knife to cut them. I ordered home fries, they were flavorless. Absolutely no seasoning. Not even salt and pepper. Thats just wrong. My friend ordered hash browns. His were flavorless as well. He did say the chicken fried steak was really good though. But everything else was eh. I will not be going back.

Good food, usually very large portions at a reasonable price. Owner and servers are very friendly. Get there early the parking lot fills up. Worth a stop to eat.

Everything was good. Steak and eggs were cooked well. Pancakes and biscuits were dense and spongy rather than light and fluffy. Service was quick and servers were polite. Good atmosphere as well. Good place to get diner food I would say.

Average service. The food was really good. Just blah in there. Asking for a refil seemed like I was bothering them. This place has so much potential just seems like no one is in charge. No urgency.

Took my mom and her best friend there for lunch. Her best friend had been there on numerous occasions. The food was good the service was great and it was not loud in the building. We even got to witness a horse-drawn hearse carrying someone to the cemetery. The waitress brought it to our attention

Our waitress was friendly and checked on us frequently. Suprised there were breakfast specials but not any for lunch.Got a Ruben sandwich with fries. The sandwich was a good size and the fries nice and crispy.The menu has typical American diner food and the building looks like it has been there for quite some time.Weve eaten here one other time for dinner and wasnt impressed enough to consider this place when thinking about eating out.

The food was good. Iced tea tasted like instant. I went specifically for the avocado eggs Benedict. Everything was really good. The hollandaise was broken just a little, my family had a burger and a patty melt and said the beef was excellent. Service was exceptional.

Not good at all. If you know nothing about food, hospitality or anything at all about a restaurant this place will suit you just fine. If you are a germaphobe I must have a waiter that pays attention to you and you plan on enjoying your food it will not be happy whatsoever again. Stay away, stay far away. There seems to be a different waitress every other day.

Every time we go to this restaurant they seat us then ignore us and never take our order or even a hello how are you? We have eaten here once and the food was meh at best. But the other times.... nothing, no hello no are you ready to order no what would you like to order. I should add.... they were not busy at all and the serving staff walked by us many times and helped the tables next to us many times, but no acknowledgement from them at all. I also watched as the serving staff stood at the counter and spoke with each other while we were not serviced. (They saw us, they just didnt acknowledge us). And when other customers came in after us they were promptly seated and their order was taken right away by two different waitresses. (They werent under staffed, they had more then enough wait staff). If the front of the house is run this bad, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

A fall from grace. Im assuming that ownership or management has changed . The place isnt the most pretty place to catch a meal, nothing about the interior is going to wow you, but I have eaten here before in the past. Based upon my last few visits, waiting staff sometimes appears unattentive, food was bland, and my scrambled eggs were greasy. Everything here is average, nothing to really write home about. The place was clean at least, but other than that I left full but not at all impressed or truly pleased.

Highly, highly recommend! Food was delicious, our server seemed slightly overwhelmed, but that was understandable considering the place was packed. I would still recommend her, but am unsure of her name. She was very kind and patient with us. The highlight of our visit was the manager, Sarah. She stopped by our table to check on us and to make sure we were happy with our experience there overall. Will definitely be back!

This is a nasty restaurant. Food is outdated and found moldy that is used at times for omelets or soups or gravies. Meat slicer is never cleaned or properly broke down and yet it is used all the time for slicing cheese, meats, or veg, the fryer is never cleaned if it does get cleaned its after a months time food is left out unwrapped, all night long still being sold to you the customer because the owner does not want to throw things out to save a buck. Also food served to customer that is past its shelf life, like mash potatoes, rice, meatloaf, steak, soups, gravies etc. Bugs in the restaurant, owner doesnt like to give towels for cooks so the towels being used are dirty towels filled with food and grease that is used at times to wipe your plates that roddents or insects that have been spotted on the plates. And there are no sanitation buckets by cooks station just cold dirty greasy water sitting in the sink that is supposed to be used for cooks to wash their hands but is used for everything else but that. The pictures that are being advertised on this site all are not Palm Beach Diner. Its all a Farce at Palm Beach Diner. Just be careful and think about where you are going to eat before you choose this Establishment. I have pictures as well so when I figure out where to upload them you will see the stuff I spoke of.

CONS: Wait time, Hygiene, Food quality, Seating. PROS: Our waitressI had gone there 2012 for Valentines Day and I guess I forgot how it was because I decided to go again this year for my birthday. Im going make this rant short and get to the point. We sat ourselves because no one came to us for over 30 minutes and then when we were finally noticed, we were moved across the restaurant. Then it took 15 minutes to take our order. We ended up waiting 2 hours for our food!!!! People came and went, while we were still waiting. I dont know if they forgot about us because we were at the end of the restaurant, or if they just took their time because were Hispanic. Whatever the reason, the time is horrible. Oh and thats not even all, when we finally received our food it was drenched in grease, the food had no taste but that of oil. We ate what we could hold down and left in 10 minutes. We ate in less time than we waited for our food, it was just so sad. Nonetheless, our waitress was very kind and seemed very apologetic...I feel so sorry that she is hired there and should go somewhere else, because Im never coming here again and feel bad for the next person who does visit. There was no reason for me and my entire family to be treated like that on my birthday, especially because there was barely anyone there at all. Shame.
