MetroPCS use to be the best wireless company to go with in my eyes. If they said $40 a month for unlimited everything that is what they meant. I would never run outta high speed data even with me using it every single day! If I had an issue all I had to do was call and they would fix the issue quickly.Now my experiences have been HORRIBLE and Im finding another company to go with. Now for the past two months it has said I used all my high speed whenever I know without doubt I had not. I called customer service just for the lady to ask me the same questions over and over. It became so frustrating that I ended up just hanging up the phone. For the first time since having my contract with Metro I wasnt able to add money into my account when it was time and I havent been able to add money for about three weeks. Last night I go to add money and they have done completely shut off my plan. WTF? I will not recommend Metro PCS to anyone
Its Sunday I needed another charger because I lost mine I called metro PCS in LaPlace about acquiring to get another one nobody answer the phone I called six times so I drove up there literally sat outside and called them because they was not answering the phone watch them look at the phone and not pick it up so I walked in there and pocket dialed them to see if their phone was working it was and i heard it ring and they did not answer it. Needless to say I am about to switch because thats not how you treat your clients. End result I just went and bought a charger from a gas station because I didnt want to give them more of my money

By far the worst experience I wish the owner would reach out to me I don’t even care to type it up with everything going on in the world today I can’t believe I encountered such behavior!
Not a good place to shop on Sunday. Two female employees refuse to talk about plans. They give customers a contract to read what they should be explaining....etc....lazy customer service...major disappoint.
The manager did not honor my warranty & i told him ftc in my accounts he was ugly & i said you dont have to so rude he said get out my stote & never come back
