I took my brand new camper (purchased new, March of 2020) in for winterization. When they finished they gave me the bill which was only for the winterization and a quote for a new toilet flush valve because it was cracked.I’d never had an issue with my flush valve before this and now it sprays water all across my bathroom.I can’t help but think it was cracked while removing the hose from the valve and they didn’t want to replace their own mistake on their own dollar.

I called to have my boat winterized. They quoted me $80-$100 on the phone. I knew this sounded low (I had gotten quotes from several other shops for around $250 on average), so I even confirmed that this was correct. The representative assured me that it was correct unless my boat was quite large. I told them it was an 18 foot stern drive, and they said that it wasnt what they would consider a large boat. I made an appointment and dropped it off. When they called to tell me it was done, they said I owed $435. The office manager refused to admit that they had made a mistake, belittled me (do you even know what kind of boat you have?), threatened to put a lien on the boat, and then hung up on me. If you go here, be sure to get anything and everything in writing because their word doesnt mean anything to them.

It can be hard knowing what kind of mechanic you’re going to find when you need to take your vehicle in.Are they going to extort every penny they can from you or are they going to do good work, honestly, and fair?My experience with Chris and his crew is that they are those of the utmost integrity.If you need RV or auto mechanic or repair work done, I highly recommend checking out this company!

I went there to get my brakes fixed on my 1994 Winnebago while in Laramie. Cody is very professional and knowledgable and Id definitely definitely go back to get my RV serviced again if needed. Id recommend him to anyone needing to do maintenance on their RV. 😊

I have been here multiple times needing help with all of my vehicles, and the owner Cody Engle is awesome and gets to peoples problems and soon as possible and the quality is amazing. I would highly recommend that if you need camper, boat or automotive work done to go to C&C.

Not to be trusted! First of all the owner looks and acts like he is 12, absolutely no knowledge about campers at all! Gave my wife a quote on our camper that was worth more then the camper its self! Obviously a family run business with absolutely no clue on what there doing very unorganized and very quick to blame there unprofessional actions on lame excuses!

An appointment was made. The camper sat on the lot for eight days before it was seen to. Phone calls of inquiry were either unanswered or were met with confusion and unmet assurances. Despite the appointment, they didnt know who the camper belonged to. A diagnosis was made at a cost of $120 plus shop fees. A band-aid was offered at an equally exorbitant cost. Result: $400 to install a switch; which was declined.
