Found something I liked and am planning to return with a bike for a brake handle and brake line replacement job.They are a good shop and booked out for a full tune-up into mid-August! I was crossing the walking bridge that crosses the railroad tracks when all of a sudden my rear tire locks up and starts skidding. Once my bike comes to a stop and my heart beat slows I look down to notice my tire is not right. While having some mechanical experience I couldnt get it right still. A passer by stops to question about my bike and situation and he proceeds to tell me that there is a good bike shop a couple hundred feet away. I was on a tight schedule and took his advice. I was able to limp the bike there and speak with a nice lady, I stated my problem and told her I had another one that my bike was joined by two chains and a gas motor also accompanied the pedal bike . I was afraid they would turn me away but then the lady asked me if it would fit through the door and I stated yes. She then told me to bring it in like there was no concern. Needles to say they were very accommodating and and had me back on my voyage in no time .Thanks Pedal House you are great!

I took in my older Triathlon bike that was shifting rough, not super quiet, just needed some good tlc and these guys did not disappoint. I think my bike is quieter now than it was brand new and shifting the best it’s ever shifted. I’m loyal now. Thanks pedal house!

I came to them in a dark time. It was the first day of my bike trip and my front wheel had already broken. As soon as I arrived I was immediately comforted by the professionally of the staff. Bought a bike from somewhere else and it wasnt shifting properly. I was out on a bike ride with my kids and decided to just stop in. They serviced me while I waited and didnt want to even charge me after adjusting it. I ended up bying a helmet before we left. Very helpful to us and friendly!

Ive never used Pedal House for service or sales as I do not live in Laramie, but I have an experience that Id like to share. I recently competed in the Two Moon 24 bike race for which Pedal House was a sponsor. I forgot my water bottles at home like a fool and was holding out a glimmer of hope that Id be able to purchase a bottle or two at the race. I found the Pedal House trailer at the race and asked if there were by chance any bottles for sale, no such luck. However; Dewey, the Pedal House team member I was asking without hesitation offered me his own water bottle from the trailer. He said he wouldnt be needing it and offered it to me like Id known him for years. Needless to say, Dewey, helped make my race experience much easier with his gesture. If this is the kind of service you get outside Pedal House, I can only imagine the service at the shop is top-notch and provided by quality people like Dewey. Who, as it turns out, is the shop owner. Was headed out of town and needed my bike fixed up before leaving. Took it in for some minor repairs and new tires and they were more than accommodating given such short notice. The staff was super helpful and very efficient at getting my bike fixed and ready to ride for the summer. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

I had them repair two of my kids bikes and they did a great job. Tune ups were booked two weeks out, but they let me leave the bikes with them anyway since I live 70 miles from town. They called me as soon as the bikes were ready, exactly on the day they predicted. Staff was all very friendly and glad to answer questions from someone like me who doesnt know much about bikes.

I wish there were more places like this in town, with both a local feel and professional service. They can always help you find exactly what youre looking for, and get it for you if its not in the shop. More importantly, they really know how to repair and treat your bike well, and can do so quickly and completely. The only real wait is the beginning of the summer when their schedule fills up quickly, but normal tune-up and repair will be same day once theyre ready for you.The very knowledgeable staff has all the answers, and are really into all aspects of cycling and love to get out and ride. I took an old beater of a bike in to get new cables put on it. Upon leaving the cables didnt quite work. The owner offered to fix it free of charge. Great experience. Great costumer service. My bike works great now and I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone! This friendly bike shop really stands by its work.

The Pedal House is the epitome of a high quality local bike shop. They do outstanding service on all types of bikes, and are my go-to wrenches when the service needs of my bikes exceeds what I can normally do on my own. Like many fine businesses, they give back to the community by hosting/sponsoring a variety of events, and serve as a week night social hub. Nobody would order cheap stuff online if they could shop at a local shop like this.

We still hang bike thieves in Wyoming - such a clever slogan! Last year I saw one of their stickers when I up in Jackson. I liked the slogan so much I ordered one of their t-shirts for my brothers birthday last month. There was a mix-up with the shipment to LA and it never arrived. I spoke with Dewey and he was extremely apologetic. He fired out a new box with next-day shipment for free and threw in a few extra freebies as well. The Pedal House has awesome staff and great owners. Next time I’m in Laramie, I will definitely make it a point to stop by the shop.
